Anyang's time-honored local restaurant has several branches. Before visiting the new Yinxu Museum with the group, we came to this Zhangde Road restaurant for lunch. Because we made an appointment in advance, the dishes were served quickly when we arrived at the restaurant, which saved precious time for the afternoon museum visit. The whole meal was mainly based on Anyang's traditional local dishes, and also brought some specialties from other parts of Henan, which was quite rich. Daokou roast chicken is a specialty of Henan, steamed sea bass is a southern flavor brought by textile factory workers who moved from Shanghai, and rice porridge is a local specialty of Anyang, and the sour and salty taste is a bit amazing. After the meal, we took a tourist bus and arrived at the new Yinxu Museum in a few minutes, which was very convenient.
You have to try the local cuisine when you go to a place. Before going to Anyang, I searched for Shengdeli, which ranks first on the Anyang Henan cuisine hot list, and of course I would not miss it. I specially went there for dinner, and the dishes were really delicious and not expensive.
The dishes ordered were mainly Henan specialties, including those specially recommended by the waiter. The red braised pork was Yuanfu (Yuan Shikai) braised pork (the dish is called Yuanfu braised meat), the fish was braised big carp, and the chicken was Daokou roast chicken. I felt that the dishes tasted good.
The restaurant environment was good, the service was good, and the price-performance ratio of the dishes was also very good.

The restaurant was quite full. We ordered our favorite lamb skewers, lamb soup, stir-fried lamb with green onions, vegetables, etc. We paid the bill before eating. The dishes were served quickly, the portions were large, and the taste was good. It is a good local lamb soup restaurant and is worth recommending.
