It was already noon when we arrived, and I wasn't particularly interested at first, but seeing the panda cubs completely melted my heart. They were so cute, I really wanted to steal one away... hahaha 🤣 I also saw a panda sleeping in a tree. At first, I thought it was a fake panda doll, but after taking a video, I saw its belly breathing, haha... I was charmed again, making this a must-do trip. It's just a pity I didn't see the famous panda flower this time. Maybe I'll go again another time. It's a little bit of a shame~
My visit to the Chengdu Panda Base was perfect! I arrived at opening time to see the pandas at their most active - they were playful and looked incredibly happy. The park itself is massive and stunning, with beautiful landscapes, various scenic spots, and is impeccably clean with numerous restrooms.I wisely avoided the crowded enclosures near the South Gate and headed deeper into the park, which was much quieter. I highly recommend the full walking route from south to west to see everything, including the adorable panda cubs. Checking for park staff with signs was a great tip for finding the best viewing spots. For those with less time or mobility, the shuttle service is excellent. Don't miss the park restaurants; while slightly more expensive, the food is tasty and offers good value. A truly unforgettable and well-managed experience!

Dujiangyan boasts numerous famous scenic spots. Here are some of the more well-known ones: Dujiangyan Scenic Area: The core area of Dujiangyan, featuring attractions such as Fulong Temple, Erwang Temple, Anlan Suspension Bridge, Baopingkou (Bottle-Neck Pass), Feishayan (Flying Sand Weir), and Yuzui (Fish Mouth). It allows visitors to appreciate the charm of ancient water conservancy engineering and the wisdom of the ancients in water management. Nanqiao (South Bridge): An antique-style covered bridge located on the Minjiang River below Baopingkou. The bridge features exquisite paintings and wood carvings, and the night view is particularly beautiful. There's also a food street nearby. Qingcheng Mountain and Guanxian Ancient City are also worth visiting in the surrounding area.
Dujiangyan is definitely a MUST visit place when you’re in Chengdu for its proximity within 30mins of train, UNESCO site to enjoy ancients intelligent of water dams built up, and panda garden with less people

I booked a tour guide named Kaige through Ctrip. They contacted me a day in advance to confirm the itinerary and provided detailed updates before and after the day. The small group of six ensured everyone's needs were met. The guide's explanations were very professional, lasting nearly four hours and covering a wealth of information. They combined professional knowledge with easy-to-understand examples. It was an exceptionally worthwhile experience. I will definitely recommend them to my friends.
To prepare for the half marathon on the 2nd, I accompanied my daughter to Guanghan. As a runner, she could visit the Sanxingdui Museum for free. When she received the text message, she first checked with the platform and was told that the tickets were official Sanxingdui tickets, and they would contact her by phone the day before the visit. On the day of the visit, she would collect a pendant and activate her ticket upon entry. After confirming everything, I booked tickets for the 1st, from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM. On the 2nd, we found the staff at the entrance around 2:00 PM. We collected the bronze bird pendant, swiped our ID cards, and entered directly. There were so many tourists on the weekend that we couldn't see some exhibits clearly, but the new exhibition hall was indeed magnificent. We'll come again on weekdays when it's less crowded, after the free admission period for those over 60.

A cultural tour to see where Du Fu lived in his later years. The scenic area is beautiful, quiet amidst the hustle and bustle, and some spots are great for taking photos. Seeing the inscription for Shaoling Thatched Cottage by Prince Guo reminded me that Prince Guo was the same Prince Guo from the TV series "Empresses in the Palace".
We went at the beginning of summer vacation. It wasn't too crowded and was quite quiet. The attractions weren't very big, and you could see them all in about two hours. It was pretty good, and the kids especially enjoyed it.

I suggest waiting until the road is repaired before going; the mountain road has 18 bends, and every turn is enough to make you nauseous. Taking the bus round trip takes three hours, which is a huge waste of time. And then there's the queue for the cable car, which also takes another three hours round trip. By the time you get to the top of the mountain by bus, you'll be completely disoriented.
This is the most expensive attraction. A round trip by bus costs 90 yuan per person (3 hours), and the cable car costs 120 yuan per person (round trip). (There are so many people that you have to queue for three hours to get on and off the cable car; six hours are spent waiting and traveling). The entrance fee is 165 yuan per person. I suggest waiting until the road is repaired before going. By the time you get to the top, it's already very late, and you can't see much at all, only the golden roof and Buddha statues.

The location is quite convenient, with a subway station nearby. The park isn't very large, but it has a rich cultural heritage. You can experience the culture of the Three Kingdoms period. Jinli Ancient Town is also nearby, which is worth a visit. Overall, a good experience.
The cultural relics area mainly consists of three parts: Huiling Mausoleum, Han Zhaolie Temple, and Wuhou Temple. The existing main buildings of the temples (except Huiling Mausoleum) were all rebuilt in the eleventh year of the Kangxi Emperor's reign (1672). Facing south, they are arranged along a central axis, consisting of the main gate, second gate, Han Zhaolie Temple, vestibule, Wuhou Temple, and the recently relocated Sanyi Temple and the newly built Jieyi Tower, totaling seven sections. The temple houses over 50 statues of Shu Han heroes such as Liu Bei and Zhuge Liang, over 50 steles from the Tang Dynasty and later dynasties, and over 70 plaques and couplets, most notably the Tang Dynasty's "Three Perfections Stele" and the Qing Dynasty's "Winning Hearts" couplet. In December 2003, the former South Suburb Park was merged into the western section of Wuhou Temple. The South Suburb Park was originally the tomb of Liu Xiang, the chairman of Sichuan Province during the Republic of China period and commander of the Seventh War Zone during the War of Resistance against Japan. Built between 1938 and 1942, the mausoleum complex features a 400-meter central axis running north-south. Its layout, including a stone archway, three-arched gates, a square pavilion, the Jianxin Hall, and the tomb chamber, is rigorous, majestic, and solemn, making it the only northern-style mausoleum complex in Southwest China. The Three Kingdoms Culture Exhibition Hall, located south of the Huiling Mausoleum, covers an area of 1,500 square meters. Initially established in 1994, the Chengdu Wuhou Shrine Museum underwent a comprehensive upgrade in 2019. The exhibition now features 157 items (sets), including 104 cultural relics (sets), of which 4 are first-class relics, 1 is second-class, and 22 are third-class. It comprehensively recreates the military, economy, folk customs, and later traditions of the Three Kingdoms period, divided into four sections: The "War and Glory" section showcases the improvements in weaponry and the enhancement of urban defense capabilities during the late Han and Three Kingdoms periods through displays of bronze crossbows, arrowheads, halberds, and swords; the "Folk Customs" section primarily displays the recovery of agriculture, arts, and local customs during the turbulent late Han and Three Kingdoms period through various pottery figurines, coins, and bronze mirrors; the "Legacy and Heritage" section presents the rich life forms of Three Kingdoms culture through later calligraphy, painting, opera, and porcelain; and the "Shu Han Scenic Spots" section focuses on important Three Kingdoms cultural relics from Sichuan, Yunnan, Guizhou, Chongqing, and Shaanxi.

I experienced both the boat tour and the mountain climb, and each had its own unique charm. The boat tour offers a panoramic view of the Buddha, while the mountain climb allows for a closer look at the details—both were breathtaking. The only thing to note is that the steps leading down to the Buddha's feet are very steep, so it's best to wear non-slip shoes and walk slowly.
Absolutely amazing value for money! Convenient transportation; easy access by taxi or subway. Attentive service, always ready to help, and a wide variety of fresh breakfast options. The scenic area is spacious and well-lit; the overall experience far exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!

Five-star review! The scenic area is picturesque, with clear waters, lush mountains, and fresh air. A stroll through it feels like stepping into a fairyland; every snapshot is a masterpiece without any filter. The facilities are excellent, the restrooms are clean and odor-free, the rest areas are well-distributed, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The entire experience was fantastic, and the value for money is incredible. I've already recommended it to friends and family! A truly worthwhile trip! The scenic area not only boasts stunning natural scenery but also retains a rich cultural atmosphere. The guides' explanations are professional and engaging, adding depth to the journey. There are plenty of activities without crowds, convenient transportation and parking, and reasonable prices for food and accommodation. It's perfect for family trips or group travel. I'll definitely come back for a second visit! I must praise the cleanliness of this scenic area! There wasn't a single piece of litter on the wooden boardwalk, and the greenery was exceptionally well-maintained. Walking through it was incredibly pleasant. The staff were a pleasant surprise; they proactively helped with directions, shared hidden gems, and responded quickly to any questions. The scenery at the core attractions is breathtaking—cascading waterfalls and vibrant autumn foliage. This trip was definitely worth the price! I was so touched by the service at the scenic area! The itinerary was perfectly balanced, neither rushed nor boring. The tour leader was professional and attentive, not only proactively mitigating risks but also helping us find the best shooting angles, even arranging drone aerial photography. The scenic area boasts excellent ecological preservation, retaining its pristine beauty. The tranquility, far removed from the hustle and bustle of the city, is incredibly soothing. It's already on my list of places to revisit! A top choice for family trips! The scenic area offers numerous interactive activities suitable for children, with thorough safety measures, giving parents complete peace of mind. Numerous educational signs along the way ensure children can learn while having fun. The dining area offers child-friendly meals, and the rest area even has a mother and baby room. The facilities are thoughtful down to the smallest detail, making traveling with kids stress-free. My child keeps saying they want to come back! A delight for hiking enthusiasts! The scenic area's trails are well-planned, with moderate difficulty. The scenery changes with every step, offering both the grandeur of steep mountains and the serenity of streams and bamboo forests. Supply stations are well-stocked, and staff promptly remind visitors of safety precautions, ensuring comprehensive safety. The view from the summit is breathtaking; all fatigue is healed by the stunning scenery. Highly recommended for outdoor enthusiasts!
Qingcheng Mountain is a microcosm of Taoist culture. From Zhang Daoling's hermitage to spread his teachings, to the temples and monasteries built against the mountain, their upturned eaves have carried the incense of a thousand years, and their plaques and couplets hold the wisdom of the ancients. Walk across the suspended walkways, touch the mottled inscriptions, and amidst the morning bells and evening drums, understand the Eastern philosophy of "harmony between man and nature."

Shuangqiao Valley is the essence of Mount Siguniang, with snow-capped mountains, meadows, and lakes unfolding along the way, offering wallpaper-worthy scenery at every turn. The sightseeing bus stops conveniently in sections, and each attraction, such as the redwood forest and Potala Peak, has its own unique charm. The hiking trails are easy to navigate. The only minor drawback is the crowds during peak season; if you want to enjoy the scenery alone, it's recommended to start early. Overall, a fantastic experience, a must-visit for nature lovers!
