There's a reason why tourist attractions become tourist attractions. I recommend Chongzuo Detian Waterfall and Dongnayu Bay. The combined ticket is quite cost-effective and valid for two days. Remember to exchange the combined ticket for a paper boat ticket after visiting Dongnayu Bay. Also, I think the food at Detian Waterfall Scenic Area is better than restaurants near the scenic area; the prices are reasonable and the food is really good. I had a baguette sandwich (basically a baguette with meat filling) at the Sino-Vietnamese Style Street, which was surprisingly delicious. At the Sino-Vietnamese Cross-Border Street, at the restaurant at the top, I ordered Vietnamese pho and chicken, which were also really good. It had a proper kitchen, and the food had a nice wok hei (wok aroma). 👍 The "Tusi Yuping" food stall at Dongnayu Bay has many snacks; the cold noodles and cold skin noodles are quite good. I especially recommend the brown sugar ginger water, which is great for warming up and dispelling dampness after hiking. I bought several kilograms of brown sugar there; it's 15 yuan per kilogram. Families from Beihai, Guangxi, who were traveling with me also bought a lot as souvenirs; it was indeed very authentic. 👍
I chose to go during winter break, a season that locals ridiculed, so the low water level was to be expected. However, it's still worth seeing when the upstream releases water. The management and traffic at the scenic area were somewhat unsatisfactory; if you don't arrive very early, you could easily spend several hours in the parking lot, so be sure to go early to avoid peak hours.

Our tour guide, Ya Ya, was fantastic! She was very responsible and enthusiastic ❤️! She told us where to go for fun and where it would be most convenient to get around. I loved her and will definitely come back again!
I'd long wanted to see the magnificent Huangguoshu Waterfall, and I was unexpectedly deeply awestruck upon first sight. The refreshing coolness emanating from the mist, the thrill of passing through the Water Curtain Cave, and the awe-inspiring roar of the water—all these elements combined to instantly erase all worries. Speaking of Tianxing Bridge and Tianxing Cave, the karst landforms and cave wonders there perfectly complement the grandeur of the waterfall, creating a feeling of wandering through a natural gallery.

Libo Xiaoqikong Scenic Area is a highly recommended tourist attraction. As a national 5A-level scenic area and a World Natural Heritage site, it features karst landforms and integrates mountains, water, forests, caves, lakes, and waterfalls, earning it the reputation of "the emerald on the Earth's belt." The overall experience is serene, dynamic, and richly layered, suitable for photography, hiking, and family water activities. The highlights of the scenic area are concentrated along the Xiangshui River: the ancient Xiaoqikong Bridge built in 1835; the cascading Laya Waterfall; 68 waterfalls densely distributed along a 1.6-kilometer stretch of the river; the emerald-green Wolongtan (Sleeping Dragon Pool); the Yuanyang Lake, accessible by boat; and the "water forest" where "water flows through the forest." From October to December each year, the red spider lilies bloom extensively in the valley, adding a seasonal romance. The entire area offers a constantly changing landscape, with the water's color displaying multi-layered blue-green gradations depending on the light and water volume, making for excellent photo opportunities. The park is open from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Adult tickets are typically NT$120 (excluding the sightseeing bus), which must be purchased separately (subject to daily announcements). High visitor volume is expected during holidays; it's advisable to avoid peak times. The best season is from June to October (high water season), when the waterfalls and water colors are at their peak, ideal for water activities and photography. Autumn and winter offer beautiful views, but the water volume and color are less vibrant. It is recommended to wear non-slip river shoes, bring spare clothing, and sun/rain gear. Seniors and families can utilize the park's transportation system for a more relaxed pace. Restaurants within the park are scattered and relatively expensive; it's recommended to bring snacks and water to sustain you through long walks and water activities.
Libo Xiaoqikong Scenic Area is a well-known and beautiful scenic spot in Guizhou. It features the ancient and elegant Xiaoqikong Bridge, with water flowing gently through its arches, creating a graceful scene perfect for photos. Yuanyang Lake has shimmering green water and is suitable for boating, but it was closed due to recent rain. The Stone Forest offers a great hiking experience, passing 68 cascading waterfalls to reach Cuigu Waterfall, where children can play in the water. The scenery is also quite nice.

Qingxiu Mountain, located on Fengling South Road, Qingxiu District, Nanning City, Guangxi Province, is one of the core scenic areas of Nanning, a national 5A-level tourist attraction, and an autonomous region-level scenic spot. Covering an area of approximately 13.54 square kilometers, its main peak reaches an altitude of 289 meters. Known for its "mountains that are not high but beautiful, waters that are not deep but clear," the mountain boasts a forest coverage rate of 98%, earning it the title of "Nanning's green lung." Natural Landscapes: Qingxiu Mountain possesses abundant plant resources, with nearly ten thousand plant species growing here. Among them, the Millennium Cycad Garden is a significant attraction. The cycad conservation team has successfully propagated tens of thousands of cycad offspring and achieved the reintroduction of cycads into the wild. Other distinctive plant landscapes include the Orchid Garden, Leaf Garden, Cherry Blossom Garden, Yellow Bellflower Garden, and Aquatic Garden, each with its own unique characteristics and blooming flowers throughout the four seasons. Cultural Landscapes: Qingxiu Mountain carries a profound historical and cultural heritage. The Longxiang Pagoda, originally built during the Wanli period of the Ming Dynasty, is a landmark of Qingxiu Mountain. After reconstruction, it stands 60 meters tall with nine stories. Dongquan Spring, Guanyin Temple, and Shuiyue Temple, among other attractions, each hold significant historical value. Wang Yangming once left behind his philosophical concept of "unity of knowledge and action" here, and the Ming Dynasty stone inscription "The Place Where Master Yangming Passed Away" still exists. Tourism Highlights: Qingxiu Mountain is characterized by its flower-viewing economy, nighttime tourism economy, and cultural and sports economy, offering a rich array of tourism experiences. Visitors can take photos in the shade-loving botanical garden, participate in nighttime garden activities, and admire models of prehistoric dinosaurs. Guanyin Temple is the only temple in the country that remains open at night, attracting numerous tourists. Huanshan Xiuping is Nanning's largest lawn, while the Longxiang Pagoda offers a superb vantage point overlooking the Yong River and the cityscape of Nanning. Qingxiu Mountain perfectly combines natural ecology with historical culture, making it an ideal destination for leisure, vacation, and sightseeing.
It's quite close to the city center, so getting there by taxi is very convenient. The park is enormous; walking half of it took over 20,000 steps. The scenery is exceptionally beautiful, with mountains, water, pavilions, and a lake. A truly worthwhile place to visit.

I have visited so many ancient towns all over the country, and Qingyan Ancient Town is one of the most distinctive ones. It has scenery surrounded by mountains and rivers, and its towering ancient city walls are very dangerous. It has the charm of a frontier town.
It feels like all ancient towns are the same now, with no distinctive features. The shopping malls are rarely visited, but what makes it different from other ancient towns is that you can climb the city walls, which feels like the Great Wall. Food is very cheap, with sugarcane juice at the entrance only 7 yuan a cup, and the set meal at "South City Old Things" is 38 yuan, which is more than one person can finish!

definitely worth it for its price, too much to see as well. and for photography lovers it is awesome. history, culture, the story of stone.
This is considered a must-see classic spot in Guiyang. You can easily spend half a day taking photos. It's located in the University Town area, and the 20 RMB entrance fee is quite reasonable. There are also performances during the day, including a Nuo opera, which is a good way to learn about traditional culture.

Thumbs up for Wanfenglin Scenic Area in Xingyi, Guizhou! 👍 The service at the scenic spot was excellent, with an abundance of clean restrooms, and the local drivers were very nice. 🥰 The scenic area is a 20-minute drive from the city center. The entire trip takes 2.5-3 hours. You board an electric cart from the visitor center, and the driver provides commentary along the way and stops for photos. There's plenty of time, the driver is friendly and doesn't rush you, and they even help you take good photos. There are restrooms at every stop, and water is available for free at the service areas. Nearby, Huangxiu is the most popular fried rice spot; 15 yuan is enough for two people and it's not too spicy, perfect for people from Guangdong who can handle the heat.
We were very happy that we took a pet-friendly sightseeing bus. The dogs were given snacks, water, and exquisite water bowls. The pet bus was very warm, clean, and tidy. The beautiful driver not only drove us, but also explained the history of Qianhu Miao Village to us.

I came here after seeing online reviews suggesting it was fun, but the experience was average. The facilities are small, and many of the venues are themed around 4D imaging. The food and drink options are limited and expensive. The itineraries and performance guides are unclear, so I had to download the Fantawild app to research them myself.

The "FAST" (Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical Radio Telescope), also known as "China's Sky Eye," is the world's largest and most sensitive single-aperture spherical radio telescope. Visiting FAST is free, but the shuttle bus service is not free. The distance from the shuttle bus station to the observation platform is approximately 20 kilometers, taking about half an hour. Before boarding, you must deposit all electronic devices, including mobile phones, watches, power banks, chargers, digital cameras, car keys, etc. At the observation platform, you can rent film cameras for 300 yuan each, or take commemorative photos for 30 yuan each. Unfortunately, we missed the chance to get up close to the "Sky Eye" (FAST). Later, we saw tickets available on Ctrip for 600+ RMB per person. Of course, besides seeing the "giant saucer," there are many interesting things to do at the FAST scenic area, such as visiting the Astronomy Experience Hall and the Nan Rendong Memorial Hall, watching a dome movie, and even experiencing professional stargazing activities after sunset. ✨ The summer nights in Pingtang are cool and pleasant; enjoying outdoor barbecue is very relaxing… When you come to Pingtang, be sure to try the local specialties: prickly pear juice and passion fruit juice 🍹🍸
China's Sky Eye, the technological pride of the East China Sea, is under strict supervision. We can only rent a point-and-shoot camera on site and shoot with film. We don't know whether it is good or bad, and it is exposed. But more of it is personal experience. In the interpretation hall, you can hear more knowledge, but on the scene, you can see, touch and feel more.

To be honest, the scenery at Mingshi Pastoral Park is just average. I wouldn't recommend it to tourists from outside Guangxi Province. It's a long trip, so it's better to go to Yangshuo and take a bamboo raft to enjoy the Guilin landscape. This combined ticket only covers two-thirds of the bamboo raft trip (I feel ripped off; this wasn't mentioned in the online ticket information). A single ticket for the scenic area covers the entire trip. Once you disembark, it's just a small park, and that's it—you're out of the scenic area. Note: The auntie singing folk songs on the shore was genuine and her singing was beautiful; the boatman was simple and honest; the young lady on the bamboo raft was beautiful, kind, and provided excellent service. She even sang us folk songs by Liu Sanjie—her voice was sweet and melodious; kudos to them! Thank you! Detian Waterfall is spectacular and breathtaking; highly recommended! The scenic area isn't large, but the route is well-designed, with multiple viewing and photo opportunities along the way back. I suggest taking a bamboo raft to see the waterfall up close; I think the price is reasonable.
The scenery is amazing. It was very pleasant to take a bamboo raft tour on the Mingshi River. The tour guide was very enthusiastic and sang for us. The countryside and the fish scale dam were also very healing. We watched another performance on the way back.
