Bamberger is the largest historical city in Germany that has not been destroyed by war. Bamberger's most outstanding architectural works include the late Romanesque and early Gothic cathedrals with four bell towers, the old town hall in the river, and the former fishing village "Little Venice" (German: Kleine Venedig), The Baroque Palace Böttingerhaus and the Renaissance Building Old Imperial House. The historical elements of Bamberg City have been preserved to this day, and more than 1,000 buildings are listed as protected relics.
It's a beautiful townscape, and a perfect spot for a stroll. With the old town hall, unique churches, the national storage library and more, you'll have no trouble finding a photo spot in the area. I think you'll enjoy strolling through the winding alleys.

It really feels like Venice. Bamberg Little Venice is worthy of its name. For us, it feels like Jiangnan. Living by the water, of course there are no aunties washing clothes and vegetables. There are also cruise ships on the river, although they are a little expensive. When the weather is good, the shooting effect is very good. It is recommended to go early when there are fewer tourists. Residents are planting flowers on the balcony, it is beautiful
Bamberg, located in Bavaria, is also known as Little Venice. Why is there such a saying? Because there are abundant water systems here, many buildings are built by the water. Crossing the Regnitz River, we will enter the old town of Bamberg. Then you will see the unique old town hall built on the water. The structure of the entire town hall is very peculiar, like a ship anchored in the water. There are many small bridges on the Regnitz River, allowing us to cross the two sides of the river. Many people order a cup of coffee and stand on the bridge to enjoy the river view. The swans and ducks in the river swim back and forth, looking very leisurely. Everyone's life is so comfortable under the sun.
