Heshun Ancient Town boasts secluded bluestone alleys, babbling brooks, white walls reflecting flowers, and ancient bridges spanning the water, all easily accessible. However, it suffers from over-commercialization and overcrowding. Since tickets are valid for seven days, it's advisable to stay in the surrounding area for tourism and vacation.
Heshun Ancient Town is a historic and culturally rich town. There weren't too many tourists that day, and the weather was great—a clear blue sky, perfect for taking photos. I spent half a day exploring the east and west sides, but didn't have time to delve deeper into the town's residential streets and alleys. It's definitely a worthwhile ancient town to visit.

The entire scenic area felt incredibly hot. We took the sightseeing bus and got off at the first stop, then hiked up to the Hot Sea Boiling Pot. The scenery along the way was fantastic; I recommend hiking this part of the trail yourself, as it's not particularly tiring.
If you're elderly and can't climb, I wouldn't recommend this scenic area. The electric sightseeing vehicles have two stops uphill; the first stop allows for a short hike downhill, but the second stop leads directly to the large pot, which is really not very interesting. Personally, I thought the most interesting part was a short walk from Pearl Spring, where there was a heated stone bench and floor. Sitting on it was nice and warm, and taking off your shoes and stepping on your feet was also very comfortable. Since it's a hot spring area, why not provide tourists with an opportunity to experience the hot springs, even just to wash their hands or soak their feet? Anyway, I found the whole experience quite boring. It was very windy, and the electric sightseeing vehicle queue took an hour, even though it wasn't a holiday. It was infuriating!

There wasn't much to see inside besides the hot air balloons, so I didn't ride any. Instead, I climbed 597 steps to the top of Dakong Mountain and then took a full-range hot air balloon ride. Apparently, you can see the crater from the balloons, but it looked quite far away. The ride around was pretty quick. It was alright.
The 17th was a clear, sunny day with high winds and low clouds—a great spot for sightseeing. A sea of clouds can be seen from the summit. If you're fit, hiking is a good option as it's not too far. If you don't want to walk, you can choose a paid electric cart to the foot of the mountain, then hike up the steps, stopping to enjoy the scenery along the way. Alternatively, you can pay to ride a horse at the foot of the mountain.

Whether it's the vast wetland, the rolling mountain backdrop, the distinctive grassy rafts, or the ever-changing flowers, plants, and birds, it's easy to capture stunning photos. The light and shadow effects are especially stunning at sunset. The ecological environment is excellent, and the air is fresh. As a national wetland reserve, the air is fresh, the views are expansive, and it's truly refreshing. Strolling along the wooden boardwalk, away from the hustle and bustle, is a wonderful way to relax.
I recommend buying a package ticket so you can experience everything. Taking the boat alone costs 60 one-way per person, while the bamboo raft costs 70 one-way per person, which is quite high. We originally didn't plan to take the boat, so we bought separate tickets. Later, when my family couldn't walk anymore, we ended up taking the boat instead, which was a bit of a loss. The entire scenic area is beautiful, especially on a clear day.

Winter is a great time to visit, for its natural beauty and pastoral charm. After entering, turn left. Don't go to the Ginkgo King immediately; it's too crowded and noisy. Instead, wander freely through the vast villages, letting your imagination run wild and finding peace in the moment. The beauty of the ginkgo trees is just beginning, slowly unfolding their splendor.
We arrived too early, half a month too early; the ginkgo leaves hadn't even turned yellow yet. My friend and I rented an electric scooter and drove around the village, which was quite fun. We ate ginkgo nuts stewed with pork hock, and it felt like I ate a lifetime's worth of ginkgo nuts in one meal. The owner said that cooked ginkgo nuts aren't poisonous, hahaha.

The hot spring area isn't very large, with indoor pools (each with a separate fee), outdoor pools, and an outdoor pool. The water is very smooth, the hygiene is acceptable, and the service is good. It's primarily known for its high cost-performance ratio. It's more convenient to get there by car. We took a taxi, and when we left, we had to wait a long time to get one.
If you come to Teng to soak in hot springs, don't miss the Dongshan Hot Spring Village, which has a super good value for money. It has a swimming pool and more than 30 hot spring pools, a steam room, and good service. The prices of ordering food in the restaurant are also affordable.

Very good experience. The environment is very good. The staff is also very responsible and very patient. This is the best hot spring I have ever been to. The receptionist at the front desk is also very good. Overall, I had a very happy time.
The spa at Angsana is really great. There are many types of outdoor hot spring pools, the environment is very beautiful, the atmosphere is great, and there are also treatments. We decided to go to the hot springs on a last minute basis and bought swimsuits on site. All the staff were very welcoming. The bath towels were warm and freshly disinfected. We went in the evening and many guests had already left. We had almost the entire outdoor facilities of the hot springs to ourselves. The experience was extremely perfect.

It's a short walk from the National Cemetery. It's a great and rare sight to see a waterfall in the city. Once you enter, you're above the waterfall and can walk down to the bottom.
This is a small scenic spot located in Tengchong City, featuring two waterfalls. One roars like a yellow dragon, thundering with force; the other tinkles like pearls gurgling in the water. It's truly amazing!
