Hey, are you planning to conquer Mount Tai? Let me inspire your boundless ambition! 😎 Mount Tai, though renowned for its grandeur and magnificence, is nothing more than a "mini-Mount Tai" in my eyes. I'm fully prepared, brimming with fearless courage and unwavering confidence, determined to conquer this "mini-Mount Tai" with ease! Step by step, I will pierce through the morning mist, traverse rugged rocks, and write my legend of reaching the summit with sweat and perseverance, making the sea of clouds at the peak cheer for my victory!
I had initially thought that since I'd taken the cable car up, I should at least walk down the mountain myself. But the scenery at Mount Tai was truly breathtaking. Wandering around the various spots at the summit, it got dark almost without me noticing. The sun set, and the temperature dropped sharply. Thankfully, the cable car was still there. I chose this comfortable and safe option again, and it took only about ten minutes to safely descend from Nantianmen.

Baotu Spring truly lives up to its reputation as the number one spring in the world, a must-see attraction in Jinan. We took a moat cruise from Black Tiger Spring to Baotu Spring; the ticket cost 20 yuan, and the scenic area was right there after we disembarked, which was very convenient. The spring water was crystal clear, shimmering in the sunlight, making it well worth a visit.
Purchase tickets through Ctrip and simply show the QR code at the entrance to scan and enter – no ID verification required, super convenient and fast! I was surprised by the sheer number of tourists even on a weekday; I can't imagine how crowded it would be during holidays! The spring water inside is incredibly clear, completely overturning the traditional notion that "clear water has no fish." The water is crystal clear, but the fish are huge and incredibly fat!

It's one of the must-see attractions in Qingdao. The exterior design is beautiful, and some of the displays in front are quite interesting. The back part, the winery, just shows the original equipment. It's a long walk, but you can only see the equipment; there's no hands-on experience, so it's a bit boring.
I had business trip in Qingdao and grab the opportunity to visit this Beer Museum. I book my ticket via trip.com (package:85rmb) and thought that the schedule must be followed accordingly (10:30am to 12:30noon). I arrived in the location at 9:30am and good thing I was able to start immediately. Museum A can freely roam around while Museum B is where you need to scan the qrcode bought online. The Museum are full of information both in Chinese and English Language and many simulation which can be more appreciated. Information on how the beer started and its transition period. Free beer (0.15L) and nuts with beer flavor (1small pack) are included in the package. The beer tastes good! while the nuts flavored beer is not that much tasteful. It’s same with the ice cream beer flavor that I bought that tastes normal too. Right in the middle of the tour is a souvenir store which can bought as present to your family and friends and some are affordable but mostly a little expensive.

Laoshan Scenic Area, a famous 5A-level scenic spot in Qingdao, boasts a history of over 2,000 years. It is said to have been established during the Western Han Dynasty and is considered the premier mountain by the sea. For first-time visitors to Laoshan with limited time, I personally recommend the Taiqing route. It offers both mountain and sea views, as well as opportunities to visit Taoist temples. The Yangkou route takes an hour each way by bus, and the Jufeng route is too strenuous, making it not worthwhile. The experience of standing on the mountain and overlooking the sea via bus and cable car is truly breathtaking, with huge waves constantly crashing against the shore. While the Taiqing route offers bus and cable car services, it still requires considerable physical exertion. After getting off the cable car, you'll follow a mountain path to Mingxia Cave, and then descend along the same path, passing Shangqing Palace. The entire journey takes approximately 2.5 hours. The descent is strenuous, and there are no cable cars or sedan chairs available; you'll have to rely on your own willpower. However, the scenery along the way is quite beautiful and worth the trip. Overall, Laoshan is a highly recommended 5A-level scenic area. It truly lives up to its reputation. If you have enough time while traveling in Qingdao, you should definitely come here to see the mountains and the sea. It's a really good choice.
I'm glad my notes can be helpful. Below is my honest review of Laoshan Scenic Area, hoping it will provide you with more reference: Laoshan Scenic Area is located in Qingdao, Shandong Province, and is a famous scenic spot that combines natural scenery and cultural heritage. Here, the mountains are majestic, with strangely shaped peaks and rocks, and the sea and sky blend seamlessly, creating a spectacular view. Climbing Laoshan allows you to appreciate the wonders of nature and also experience rich Taoist cultural relics. Advantages: Rich Natural Scenery: With mountains and sea intertwined, waterfalls, streams, strange rocks, and ancient trees abound, making it suitable for outdoor adventurers and photographers. Profound Cultural Heritage: Laoshan is a famous Taoist mountain with many ancient temples and monasteries, creating a rich cultural atmosphere, suitable for tourists who appreciate history and culture. Fresh Air: The mountain air is fresh, far from the hustle and bustle of the city, making it a great place to relax. Disadvantages: Transportation is Slightly Convenient: The scenic area is large, and some attractions are far apart. It is recommended to plan your route in advance and allocate your time accordingly. Crowds are common: It can get very crowded during holidays and peak tourist seasons. It's recommended to avoid peak times or visit during the off-season. Physical requirements are high: Some hiking routes are quite steep. Those with less stamina may need to be well-prepared or choose transportation such as cable cars. Overall, Laoshan is an excellent tourist destination that combines natural beauty with cultural experiences. Whether you enjoy hiking, photography, or cultural exploration, you can find enjoyment here. It's recommended to plan your trip in advance and enjoy a wonderful journey! If you have specific interests or needs, feel free to let me know, and I can provide you with more detailed suggestions!

Although it is one of the four major pavilions and is larger than Tengwang Pavilion and Yellow Crane Tower, it is superior to the former two in terms of historical relics. However, the 100 yuan entrance fee plus the 60 yuan round-trip cable car is a bit expensive. The pavilion itself is not large, and Tianheng Mountain and the cable car are not located in the scenic area.
Penglai Pavilion is a very large scenic area with expansive sea views. Inside the park is a huge Qi Jiguang Memorial Hall (unfortunately, we didn't have enough time to explore it thoroughly). Penglai Pavilion itself is the best part; the cable car area afterwards was just so-so (it was under construction, mostly a construction site), and we didn't have enough time to visit the museum. We went during the May Day holiday, and it was extremely crowded; some seats were very cramped, and there were long queues. Overall, it was quite nice, but the scenic area is enormous, so I recommend planning ahead. Towards the end, we ran out of time and didn't even have time for lunch.

Family, you absolutely can't miss the Underwater World when you come to Qingdao, especially that nearly 100-meter-long underwater tunnel! It's really amazing! Tickets are available now! Here's a guide for you: Copy Ticket Purchase Guide Tickets can be purchased in advance through the official WeChat account or major travel platforms. A general admission ticket is 170 yuan, with student discounts available. There might be queues at the ticket counter, so buying in advance is much more convenient. Itinerary We recommend starting with the Dreamy Jellyfish Palace, where the colorful jellyfish under the lights create a dreamlike scene, perfect for taking photos. Next, head to the Seal Pavilion to see the adorable seals. Now for the highlights: the Marine Life Pavilion and Whale Pavilion have many precious specimens, where you can learn a lot about the ocean. Then, there's the incredible underwater tunnel! Stretching nearly 100 meters, walking in feels like being surrounded by fish from every angle, with sharks, turtles, and rays swimming right beside you—the feeling is indescribable. It's also a great place for taking photos; even a simple shot on the escalator has a great atmosphere. Finally, head to the freshwater aquarium to see some unique freshwater creatures. Show Times: Don't forget to check the times for the mermaid show and the shark and human show; they're spectacular. Arrive half an hour early to secure a good front-row seat.
Qingdao Underwater World is located on Laiyang Road in the south of the city, adjacent to Luxun Park, offering convenient transportation. The museum is divided into an intertidal zone, an underwater tunnel, and a ship cabin exhibit. The tunnel is 82 meters long, with moving walkways gently navigating the area. Manta rays, turtles, and sharks circling overhead create a striking visual experience. The Dreamy Jellyfish Palace, with its changing lights, creates a sense of immersion in the blue starry sky, perfect for photo ops. The shark-man dance and mermaid show are performed three times daily, with lively commentary that will keep children captivated. However, during National Day, crowds are high, and there are often three layers of mobile phones stacked against the glass, so avoid visiting during peak hours. Some tanks have scratches on the glass, which can be detrimental to the viewing experience. The export goods area is long, making it easy for children to cling to toys. Tickets are 170 yuan, and you can save 20 yuan by purchasing in advance on the official website. It's cheaper than Polar Ocean World, but the animal species are slightly smaller. It's recommended to enter at 9:00 AM, right when the gates open, to experience the tunnel first and then the show, which takes two hours. Overall, the museum has a 4-star rating and is suitable for families and couples. Remember to bring a jacket, as the temperature inside the museum is a constant 22°C.

It was a pleasant surprise. I visited the Confucius Temple and Confucius Mansion on the first day, but I was a bit tired, so I didn't go to the Confucius Cemetery. I thought my combined ticket for the three Confucius sites would be invalid on the second day, but on a whim, I opened the QR code on the combined ticket, and it was still valid for entry, which was a pleasant surprise.
The Dacheng Hall of the Confucius Temple, along with the Hall of Supreme Harmony in the Forbidden City and the Song Tiankuang Hall of the Dai Temple, are known as the three great halls of the East. With its double-eaved roofs, upturned eaves, carved beams and painted rafters, it is resplendent in gold and green. The architectural style of the Confucius Mansion is typical of the integration of official residence and private quarters in feudal China. The mansion's rear garden features mountains, water, forests, winding bridges, and other landscapes arranged in a harmonious and orderly manner, dotted with pavilions and towers.

A great experience! My child loved it. The facilities were new and plentiful. It was clearly well-arranged. The kitchen was fully equipped, and they even provided mosquito repellent patches and other necessities for children – very thoughtful. The owner's recommendations for restaurants and other places to eat were excellent. I'll definitely come back!
It was a fantastic experience. We toured the interior of a real aircraft carrier, watched stunt car shows and water performances, and the final, spectacular long-running fireworks display was truly unforgettable.

The scenic area is well-developed and managed. We took a bus to the beach, then another bus to visit the peacock garden, and then to another beach. After getting off the bus, we walked back to the first beach along the 2.5-kilometer boardwalk. Then we took another bus directly back to the visitor center. The scenery is beautiful and well worth a visit.
The islands of Lianyungang are exactly my type—nestled between mountains and the sea, with beautiful reefs. The coastal boardwalk is a scenic walking trail I've been longing to explore. If you have enough time and your physical condition allows, hiking instead of taking the shuttle bus is also a great option.
