I think it's delicious. The beef and potato soup that everyone ordered is called goulash. It's in the appetizer section of the menu. It's a small bowl of soup, enough for two people. The main course is the stewed beef with dumpling, which is called goulash serve with dumpling. The beef is very tender and delicious, and the dumpling with chili is delicious, but the chili is not spicy and a little salty.
This is a typical Hungarian restaurant. Both the appearance and the layout of the restaurant are very good. The waiters are very hospitable and the dishes are generous. I recommend the steak and foie gras, which are affordable and very delicious.

This restaurant is a popular local restaurant with a high cost-effectiveness ratio, so there are many diners. If you go late, it is easy to queue up. You can ask the hotel to help you reserve a seat. The restaurant is about 300 meters away from the Hungarian State Opera House and is close to the famous Andrassy Avenue. The food tastes good, but it doesn't feel as good as its reputation, and there is a certain gap compared to other popular or Michelin restaurants in Budapest.
I didn't read any guides beforehand and stumbled into this restaurant. It was much busier than the surrounding restaurants. At around 2pm, I didn't have to wait for a table. The service was pretty good. In the aisle, a couple was leaving, dawdling in their coats. The guy who served the food made helpless eyes at me next to him. The environment is very good and the layout of the restaurant is very layered. The stewed beef we ordered was quite appetizing. The cheese taste in the roast lamb was not accustomed to me. The roast duck (actually duck skin) for the appetizer was a bit greasy. The coffee was served with small biscuits. This is enough for one time. It's not bad to experience it.

You have to make a reservation in advance. If you don't have a reservation, you have to wait for about 20 minutes. If you come here to check in, just order a cup of coffee, and forget about the main course and dessert. Save your stomach for something delicious. After ordering, I made mistakes twice. This Ruszwurm cukraszda café is located on the west side of Budapest, behind the Matthias Church on the top of the Buda Hill. The restaurant was built in 1827, and Princess Sissi was a frequent visitor. The café is small, with only 6 or 7 tables, but it does good business. The taste of their desserts is outstanding, especially the tiramisu, which is the best tiramisu cake I have ever eaten.
It's obviously different from the luxurious New York cafes. This coffee shop is simple and simple, with a simple interior with all-white wall paint, a few round tables and chairs, and two old wooden cake windows. The small store is unpretentious.
