It's quite far from central Busan, but if you like beachy things, I highly recommend it!!
Fans of Shichirigahama in Shonan or Umikaji Terrace in Okinawa will love this place!
It takes a while to get there, but you can save time by getting off the train at Haeundae or Centum City and taking a taxi to the cafe.
(It's about 30,000 won and takes as little as 30 minutes.)
By the way, I took the train from Haeundae to save on transportation costs, but it was a pain having to transfer twice.
The Tokai Line station is a local line, so most of the information is written in Hangul. If you're not used to Korean, it can be quite difficult.
In the end, it took me about two hours because I couldn't read Hangul and made a mistake while connecting.
Also, after transferring to the Tokai Line, you have to take another 30 minutes of train and then a bus to the cafe, so it's quite tiring. It gets dark after dusk.
It might be quite difficult for women and those with children.
So, be sure to use a taxi wisely! (^^)
The cafe was such a wonderful experience that it made me forget the hassle of traveling.
All the staff were friendly. The coffee and sweets were of high quality and worth the money. The cups and towels were also adorable and delicious!
The seats were comfortable, so I ended up ordering a refill of my latte.
There were cushions outside, so it was very relaxing.
A visit during the day is nice, but I highly recommend visiting in the evening for the beautiful sunset.
During the day, enjoy sightseeing and shopping on Line 2 (around Seomyeon, Jeonpo, Gwangan, Centum City, and Haeundae), then take a taxi from Centum City or Haeundae to get there!
*Don't forget to check the sunset time in advance! (^^)
Taxies are difficult to catch on the way back, so I recommend using a taxi app.
It's far away, but when I think of Busan, this cafe is the first thing that comes to mind. It was such a wonderful cafe.
I'd love to return.
