If you drive to Yuhu Village by yourself, you don't need to buy a sightseeing bus ticket. Just find a restaurant that you can register. There are some restaurants where you can call the owner to register and the car can drive up.
My second visit to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain didn't disappoint. The snow-capped mountains in the distance were still magnificent, but the lines were much longer this time. The waits for tickets and the cable car were quite long, and I spent a lot of time waiting. Overall, the view was worth it. If the scenic area could optimize visitor flow and reduce waiting times, the experience would be much smoother.

This hotel is a great value for money. Whether you are traveling for business or sightseeing, it is a wise choice and highly recommended.
[Scenery] Mount Emei's scenery depends entirely on the weather, and getting good weather is all about luck. 😆😆😆🤭🤭🤭. On good days, you can enjoy the sunrise and sea of clouds at the Golden Summit, and even see Gongga Snow Mountain in the distance. (The picture shows the sunrise and sea of clouds at the Golden Summit and the snow-capped mountains in the distance on September 14, 2025. I followed the weather information on the Mount Emei WeChat account a week in advance and finally saw this after a day and night of hiking starting on the 13th. It was truly stunning.) [Value for Money] The ticket options are quite comprehensive, with both hiking and transportation packages available. Facilities are also quite good. Hotels around the scenic area offer good value during the off-season, but prices increase significantly during peak season and holidays, which can be unacceptable. Prices within the scenic area increase as you get higher up the mountain, especially considering labor costs, as everything is carried up the mountain by hand or by mules. [Fun] 🐒🐒🐒🐒🐒🐒🐒 Quite aggressive😂😂😂

As a famous cultural and historical landmark, the Giant Buddha is worth a visit. In addition, from the high point of the Buddha's head, you can overlook the confluence of the Minjiang River, Qingyi River, and Dadu River, which is a beautiful view.
What a unique scenic spot! The Leshan Giant Buddha is spectacular! There's a direct high-speed train from Chengdu to Leshan! Leshan is a truly wonderful city! It's clean, comfortable, and has tons of delicious food! I recommend spending an extra day in Leshan; the food is delicious! You won't miss out! Bobo chicken, shaved ice, and steamed buns...they're all delicious!

The gushing waters were nothing we’ve seen before. The scenery was gorgeous and magnificent. It was an awesome day, an awesome experience. It’s not expensive too. However when we went to the ticket office to exchange tickets bought from trip.com, the staff had problems looking for our tickets. Better to just buy there at the ticket office
The scenery here is absolutely breathtaking 🤩🌍—massive mountains, roaring river, and views that make you feel tiny in the best way possible. If you read up a bit on the gorge’s cultural + geological history before visiting, it adds so much depth to the experience 📖✨.👍 The shuttle bus service we took was super convenient 🚌💨—no stress, just sit back and enjoy the ride.😅 On the flip side… it gets really crowded with busloads of tourists 🧑‍🤝‍🧑🧑‍🤝‍🧑 (we went around 10am–12pm). There aren’t any benches to just sit and soak in the views 🪑🚫 except the lounge area at the very top, which is a bit of a shame because you’ll want to linger. Also, no halal food options on-site 🍖🚫, so if that’s important for you, bring your own snacks like we did 🍎🥨.Overall: Stunning views, worth a visit for the natural wonder 🌊🏔️, just go prepared and maybe hit it earlier or later to avoid the biggest crowds. ⏰🙌

The scenery was breathtaking. Water was crystal clear. We went on a lull period so it was very peaceful and quiet. We took a didi to lige peninsula but couldn’t get a didi back. Nobody picks up our booking. Luckily the original didi driver gave us his number but he charges cny80 to take you back to daluoshui village. It was only cny17 to get there. Better to pay him to wait for you at the lige peninsula viewing platform for cny50
When the weather is nice, you must visit Lugu Lake. See the reflections of the blue sky and white clouds on the lake, touch the vast expanse of water lilies, ride a pig trough boat on the water, feel the breeze from the grass sea and the bright sunshine. Walk around the lake, watch the wind roll in the clouds, admire the sunrise and sunset, and then enjoy a quiet moment of daze, then have a steamed stone pot fish. I hope to repeat this cycle over and over again, forgetting all my worries.

Finally, I came to Daocheng Yading as I wished. Although the scenery in September is mainly green, the taste is also different. The combination of icebergs, forests, grasslands, lakes, cattle and sheep, and green land is so beautiful.
After four trips to Daocheng Yading, this hardcore two-day guide will help you experience this paradise on earth. I'm Leo, a traveler and photographer who constantly explores dungeons in Earth Online. Daocheng Yading has had its fair share of both praise and criticism over the years. However, as the starting point of my road trip across China 10 years ago, I still have a deep attachment to it. Yading, located in the Garze Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Sichuan Province, is known as the "Last Pure Land on the Blue Planet." It boasts a diverse landscape of snow-capped mountains, glaciers, canyons, forests, meadows, and lakes, offering breathtakingly pure scenery. The three sacred mountains—Xiannairi (6,032 meters), Yangmaiyong (5,958 meters), and Xianuoduoji (5,958 meters)—are important pilgrimage sites for Tibetans. I've visited Yading in spring, autumn, and winter. Regardless of the season, the mountains are dotted with jewel-like lakes: Milk Lake, Five-Color Lake, and Pearl Lake, each creating a breathtaking visual experience. Of course, Tibetan temples like Chonggu Monastery along the way further enhance the area's rich religious atmosphere. II. Tour Route and Highlights Morning: Explore the Long Route and Pilgrimage to the Sacred Mountains and Lakes It is strongly recommended to stay in Yading Village, near the scenic area, the night before, to arrive around 7:00 AM. Due to the high crowds, it is recommended to avoid visiting during peak holiday seasons; the constant queues are unpleasant. Then, take a sightseeing bus to Zhaguanbeng (approximately 40 kilometers) and walk to Chonggu Monastery. Then, take an electric car to Luolong Cattle Farm (a picturesque alpine pasture surrounded by three sacred mountains). From here, hike or horseback ride (approximately 300 yuan/person) to Milk Lake, an ancient glacial lake with a distinctive milky blue color, at 4,600 meters. Continuing the climb for approximately 40 minutes, you will reach the Five-Colored Lake at 4,700 meters. The lake's waters reflect different colors in the sunlight, creating a truly spectacular sight. Afternoon: Relax and experience the culture and nature. After returning to Chonggu Temple, you can choose a relaxing short tour: head to Pearl Lake (Zholma Lacuo) and admire the reflection of Mount Xiannairi in the lake. This tour takes about an hour to reach. If you have more time, you can split the tour into two days, covering both the long and short routes. This is less physically demanding. Practical Tips: · Ticket Information: During peak season (April 15th-November 19th), the entrance fee is 146 yuan, and the sightseeing bus is 120 yuan (required). · Transportation: You can take a direct bus from Chengdu Xinnanmen Station (approximately 12 hours), or drive. · Altitude Sickness: Take Rhodiola rosea in advance, bring oxygen tanks (it's recommended to buy them in town for a better price), and glucose. · Equipment and Food: Due to the significant temperature difference between day and night, you should bring plenty of warm clothing (such as a jacket) and waterproof, non-slip hiking shoes. Food is expensive in the scenic area, so it's recommended to bring high-calorie snacks and self-heating food. Although the journey to Daocheng Yading is difficult, all the fatigue will be worth it when you find yourself in this beautiful pure land.

The park lives up to its title as the first national park in mainland China. It's divided into three sections. Since I was traveling with my parents, we chose to hike in the last two sections, which include the lake and Bita Lake. The weather was bad when we arrived—cloudy with showers, and the rain was quite heavy. Plus, I didn't get enough rest the first few days, so I felt a little carsick, or maybe it was altitude sickness?! This slightly impacted the experience, but overall, it was a wonderful experience. A national park worth visiting. Besides the meadows and lakes, the diverse biodiversity is even more noteworthy. The squirrel Tashi is incredibly adorable and friendly, and there are all sorts of water birds. I even heard about black bears, but I didn't see any. Wildlife enthusiasts will find this place truly delightful. The scenery truly lives up to its national park title—it's incredibly beautiful. Even with the constant rain, the sky, meadows, and lakes offered a variety of different views throughout the day. At the end of the trip, we even saw a rainbow—feeling quite lucky! In addition, I think the point of traveling is to observe and feel purely without comparison. Maybe some components of the scenery here are also found in other places, but everything has its own uniqueness. Only by feeling without prejudice and preconceived notions can you see the beauty of the world!
This beautiful national park is a great option for those planning to spend half a day doing some light trekking and appreciating nature in a curated manner. For context, we left Dukezong by bus at 11 am and only returned at around 6 pm. We took our sweet time exploring the two lakes and had lunch in the park as well. It's well worth the price and time to visit Potatso when the crowd volume is manageable like the time we visited as it meant no waiting time for the buses and more time to enjoy the scenery. Quick tip: if you don't intend to spend on food and drinks (which understandably is pricier than what you find in the city), I suggest that you bring your own there. Just make sure to dispose your waste responsibly. It was unfortunate to see plastic bottles and packagings left behind by strangers.

I really enjoyed coming here with my mom and husband. We were able to see the animals up close while still feeling safe, which was amazing! I was a bit disappointed with the panda area, as it wasn't as engaging as I had hoped, but overall it was still a wonderful experience. I wouldn’t mind coming back again next time. Highly recommended!

Your date is packed with surprises! Join the caravan parade, donning the caravan's attire and participating in the activities. Take stunning couple photos at various photo spots. Join the handmade lacquer fan production team and paint a heart-shaped commemorative heart. Enjoy the Guozhuang carnival dance, where close proximity will accelerate your heartbeat. The lights of the Fairy Valley create a beautiful and romantic atmosphere. The Lijiang Ancient Scenery Area makes your date even more unique and worthwhile!
The interactive caravan parade was fantastic. I highly recommend the outdoor live-action drama "Lijiang Love Song"! It tells the story of a Tibetan man and a Naxi woman's love story, complete with waterfalls and fire effects, making it incredibly realistic and touching. The actors were so emotionally invested that we all had tears in our eyes. The handmade lacquer fans are creative and perfect for giving to friends. The whole experience is thrilling and perfect for young people. Highly recommend for young groups!

Come to the 800-year-old Lijiang Old Town and stay at the 300-year-old Sweet August Inn, a beautiful guesthouse. On sunny mornings, climb to the top of the Wangu Tower for panoramic views of Lijiang Old Town, even with Jade Dragon Snow Mountain as your backdrop. In the afternoon, visit the Mufu Museum, where professional guides will share Lijiang's 800-year story. At 7 p.m., head to Sifang Street for bonfire dancing hand in hand with Naxi women. Lijiang Old Town at night 🌃 will captivate you, delight you, and relax you with folk songs. I hope my guide will inspire you to visit Lijiang again and again.
After a 20-year hiatus, I visited Lijiang Old Town again and saw a lot of changes. The city itself has grown in size, and there are now many more restaurants and high-quality hotels, like McDonald's and Starbucks, offering a wider selection. Tourist police patrol every few miles and in crowded areas, like on bridges, to provide guidance. However, with the increasing commercialization of the old town, the atmosphere and traces of its past have vanished.
