Grass-fed sirloin beef Cut into small pieces, the taste is plump and tender. The unique maple syrup calf juice is simply amazing! !
It’s the first time I’ve eaten black North American wild rice. The more you chew it, the more fragrant it is. It is said that the nutritional value is not inferior to that of wheat.
It’s served with sweet roasted radish sprouts and broccoli.

A local specialty plant and green apples are made into sorbet. It has a very green grass taste when you put it in your mouth, followed by a fresh and sweet apple taste. It felt weird at first, but it was actually quite harmonious with the rich and heavy roasted oatmeal white chocolate.
But this dessert is really solid...
