Lake Lugano, with an area of 49 square kilometers, is long and narrow in the shape of an S. The middle of the lake is in Switzerland, and most of the two ends are in Italy.
The lake surrounds the old town of Lugano, like a piece of glass jade; the Lugano fountain nestles on the lakeside, and the 60-meter-high water column is covered with rainbows and soars into the sky; the wide lake surface is sparkling, large boats and small boats are cruising through the waves, and big geese and little ducks are playing happily...
