The building is magnificent. We passed by here at night and the night view is also very beautiful. Because they believe that Allah&#39;s residence should be on the sea, they built this mosque on the sea. If you want to take a picture of it standing on the sea, you have to walk a long way to the avenue beside it. After buying the ticket, it opens at 9 am.

At 9 o&#39;clock this morning, I came to Hassan II Mosque and needed a ticket to enter. The mosque was built in 1987 and is located in the northwest of Casablanca, the Kingdom of Morocco, at the westernmost end of the Islamic world. One-third of the mosque was built on the sea to commemorate the Arab ancestors of Morocco coming from the sea, costing about 500 million US dollars.
The first thing we saw was a huge square with a pool. Behind it stood a tall minaret and mosque building. Take off your shoes and enter the mosque. The buildings inside are symmetrically distributed, with elegant and simple decorations. The entire mosque can accommodate 100,000 people praying at the same time, making it the third largest mosque in the world. There are skylights on the top floor of the mosque that can be moved in parallel for ventilation, and there are also floor heating equipment on the ground, which is quite modern. The maritime tower of the port can be seen outside the temple.
​There is a peaceful, quiet and simple atmosphere in the whole mosque. There is no gold and silver decoration, and there is no pursuit of luxury. Several tour groups came here to visit, and you can hear the voice of the tour guide and the gentle exclamations of tourists. We admired the exquisite architectural decorations in the temple, took some photos from different angles, and waited for a while in a corner, leaving behind the world&#39;s chaos and emptying our minds.

Located just next to the beach, this mosque is big. The ornaments and interiors are beautiful with calm color tones. It is opened for public/visitors only in some certain times. In my case, I arrived at arround 4pm and waited til 5pm to be opened. To go inside the mosque, you have to wear proper clothes covering your body (for females). The staff here are nice and kind to foreigners, they explained nicely about the opening hours and the rules to go inside.
