This is the northern scenic area of ​​Qianshan. Over 95% of tourists visit here. There are three cable cars: Tianshangtian, Dafoding, and Wufoding.
The scenic shuttle bus is a bit pricey. Getting off the bus, even for just one stop, costs 15 yuan. You have to buy a new ticket to get back on. I bought it three or four times, which was a disappointment. Everything else is fine.

This route is especially suitable for seniors. I took my parents to climb Qianshan Mountain. They were quite apprehensive at first, but they ended up enjoying the scenery by electric cart. Finally, we climbed a little further toward the Big Buddha Temple and took the cable car back and forth. Not only did we see the relics of Sakyamuni and the naturally occurring giant Buddha, it was a pleasant surprise and a great way to spend the day. On the way back, we walked along the way, took some photos, and stopped at Longquan Temple. We then went up the mountain to explore the temple and visit Wang Erlie&#39;s study before taking the electric cart back.

Qianshan Scenic Area is vast and it is difficult to walk through it in one day. We chose a classic and challenging route:
📍Start from the main gate (walk up the mountain) &rarr; cross the Wuliangguan Square &rarr; visit Wuliangguan &rarr; enter the Sanguan Hall &rarr; worship Laojun Hall &rarr; experience the wonders of Jiabian Stone &rarr; climb Tianshangtian &rarr; cross Yizitian, Qichongtian, Jiuchongtian &rarr; look up at Tianwaitian &rarr; stroll through Yuxiaguan &rarr; climb Foshou Peak &rarr; finally reach the top of Wufoding &rarr; take the Wufoding cableway down the mountain &rarr; walk back to the main gate, the whole way is full of steps and undulating mountains.

Qianshan is a holy place for Taoism and Buddhism, with many temples and views, strange peaks and strong pines complementing each other, and ancient temples standing in rows. The temple buildings here are perfectly integrated with the mountain. Some are located on the hillside, some are built on the top of dangerous peaks, and some are hidden in the mountains, exuding an ancient atmosphere of years of precipitation, as if people are in the long scroll of history.
👉【Tips for playing】:
1⃣ It takes about 3.5 hours to walk from the main gate of Qianshan to Wufoding. Although Qianshan is not difficult, there are many steps, which puts a certain amount of pressure on the knees.
2⃣ If you want to climb to the top with less effort, you can first take an electric car to the Wufoding cableway, and then take the cableway up the mountain. After getting off the cableway, you only need to walk a short distance to reach the top. The cableway is open from 7:30 to 18:00.
3⃣ Remember to bring food and water to replenish your energy. Although they are sold on the mountain, the price is slightly higher. Wear comfortable shoes. The wind on the top of the mountain is strong, so you can prepare a coat. At the same time, don&#39;t forget to take sun protection measures.
4⃣ It is recommended to set off as early as possible on holidays. There are fewer people in the morning and the air is fresh. We started climbing at 6:30 and reached the top at 10:00. The whole process was moderately crowded. But please note that some tourists will choose to take the cable car to Wufoding first and then walk down the mountain, so there may be short congestion in narrow places.

Today is Women&#39;s Day. Ladies can visit Qianshan for free. I went to Xiangyan Temple at the south gate. I arrived at 1:30 pm. There were few people. I walked about 1 km to the temple. The ticket is 30 yuan on normal days. It costs 40 yuan to drive up. The temple is not big and very quiet. The mountain breeze is very special. The 1300-year-old Panlong pine is really shocking. The Buddha statue in the temple is made of jade and is very exquisite. You can climb Xianren Terrace after leaving the temple gate. It seems to be the shortest route.
