Being able to eat mackerel bibimbap and prawn pancakes while looking at the sea is super satisfying. The pancakes are very fragrant and burnt. We went there early and could eat without waiting. If you go to Yeongjong Island, I highly recommend this restaurant.
The portions are generous, and there are set meals for two or three people. The honey makgeolli is delicious. The dried pollack bibimbap is also delicious. It's even better when wrapped in perilla leaves. The wasabi kimchi is also good.

I really love the decor of this cafe. Their drinks and cakes are super delicious, and the baked goods they sell are delicious and creative. They also offer free Wi-Fi. The cafe is spacious and has both indoor and outdoor seating. They even have a rooftop area for sunny days, and I had a wonderful time there.
It's an amazing place, bright and open, with a variety of delicious snacks. There are comfortable seats inside and a beach-like terrace upstairs... I didn't actually buy anything, I just wandered around because there are many cafes along the pier with beautiful layouts, tempting drinks and desserts, and nice views!

After visiting Chinatown, I walked to the famous Simpson Market and had to try their famous fried chicken. I waited in line for nearly 30 minutes to get my hands on their chicken. Taste-wise, I thought it was pretty good. I got a mix of regular fried chicken and spicy sauce chicken. I preferred the regular fried chicken, but the spicy sauce was good too. If you don't like spicy food, be sure to ask for it without the sauce!
The chicken was incredibly crispy, deep-fried to a crisp, and the seasoning was sweet and spicy. The reddish syrup was flavored with chili oil and chili peppers. You have to try it at least once in Incheon, so I thought it was worth it. Even though it was lunchtime on a weekday, I still lined up to buy it.

I ordered a dish I was very familiar with in the Chinese restaurant, sweet and sour pork, which was cooked in a very traditional way, similar to the one in my hometown. It tasted good, with a moderate sweetness and sourness. However, I was not used to the noodles with soybean paste, and I felt that the old Beijing style was better.
I spent a few days in Korea and had the best jajangmyeon. It was covered in thick sauce, and you could tell from just a quick photo with your phone that it was filled with lots of ingredients. The dumplings were also delicious, crispy on the outside and full of fillings on the inside. I accept it as a carbohydrate bomb, as long as it tastes good, hahaha. Everyone, come and try it too.
