The most anticipated attraction in Jiangxi is the autumn harvest scene, which is particularly beautiful. Taking the cable car there feels like entering a completely different world. It's a large place with plenty of food and drinks, great for exploring, and perfect for taking photos.
During this trip to Huangling, we stayed at a hotel on the mountain. There were dedicated passageways for going up and down the cable car, which was very convenient. Huangling is a very unique scenic area, boasting not only beautiful natural scenery but also ancient Hui-style architecture and residences in its villages, all carrying a rich history and significant cultural value. While enjoying the beautiful natural scenery, you can also feel the pulse of historical development. Overall, a positive experience.

The hotel has complete facilities, a great environment, and parking available. There are many restaurants nearby, and it's very close to the scenic area. The room is a mountain view room, clean and tidy, with a separate shower and toilet, smart home technology, and a very quiet environment. The bedding is clean. There's a laundry room and gym on the second floor, and free luggage storage is also available. I'd definitely stay here again.
Wugong Mountain has two main characteristics. First, its summit is a grassland! The professional term is "alpine meadow," located at an altitude of nearly 2000 meters, creating this stunning scenery. Climbing up and seeing it is a truly delightful surprise; this unique feature is indeed rare. Second, it appeals to a youthful audience. Every mountain needs to highlight its unique characteristics, and Wugong Mountain's focus on young people is truly impressive! "Special Forces Tourism," "Tent Army," "Electronic Music Festival"—these are all clever tactics!

This was my second visit to Hongcun. This time it was more commercialized, with a huge number of tourists. The scenery was still quite nice. Anhui has many ancient villages, so I suggest visiting just one. The entrance fee is quite expensive. Although it's a three-day pass, who can spend three days in one place? This unintentionally raises the ticket price. I suggest improvements! This is our suggestion as tourists: lower the ticket price. Why charge such a high entrance fee for an ancient village?
Before visiting Hongcun, I was already drawn in by its reputation as a "village in a painting," and after seeing it in person, I found it even more beautiful than I expected! Buying tickets on the official website a day in advance saved me 20 yuan, and for only 94 yuan, I could enter the park repeatedly for three days – an incredible value! I rushed into the scenic area at 6:30 am. There was no one vying for a good spot at the South Lake Bridge; the blue tiles and white walls were reflected on the calm lake surface. The ink-wash painting style from "Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon" seemed to come alive. A quick wide-angle shot with my phone was met with comments on social media asking if it was AI-generated. At 4 pm, I waited at Moon Pond. The sunset gilded the white walls, and the water reflected a "double moon spectacle." After 40 minutes of waiting, I finally got the best spot – the final photos were well worth the wait! The wood carvings at Chengzhitang are a must-see. Shining a phone flashlight at an angle, you can clearly see the eyelashes of the children in the "Hundred Children Celebrating Spring" scene – truly deserving of its title as the "Folk Palace Museum" of Huizhou. For accommodation, I chose a guesthouse near the South Gate, just a few minutes' walk from the scenic area. The window offered a view of South Lake. The owners were incredibly welcoming, helping with my luggage and providing detailed explanations of the local customs and culture. They even made sure I arrived safely before I checked out. For food, I highly recommend the mildly spicy stinky mandarin fish at Deyuelou Restaurant. The skin is crispy, the flesh is shaped like garlic cloves – it smells pungent but tastes delicious! Also, try the fried hairy tofu sold by the old lady near the Wang Family Ancestral Hall, sprinkled with chili powder – crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and incredibly flavorful. Avoid these pitfalls: The cobblestone paths are extremely uncomfortable on your feet, so definitely don't wear high heels; a bowl of beef noodles inside the scenic area costs 50 yuan, which is not worth it. The "Laozaotou" restaurant outside South Lake offers a much better deal at 38 yuan, including stinky mandarin fish and braised pork with dried bamboo shoots; the "Huangshan Maofeng" tea sold for 10 yuan for 3 packs by the roadside is mostly stale tea. Look for the Hongcun Post Office at the South Gate exit, where you can sample the 68 yuan can of pre-rain tea. Whether you're admiring the Hui-style architecture, taking stunning ink-wash style photos, or savoring authentic Hui cuisine, Hongcun is worth slowing down and savoring. I'm already missing the morning mist, the evening smoke, and the fresh aromas on my tongue. I'll definitely come back again!

This is my second time here; the last time was 10 years ago. It feels like it has changed a lot. It's easy to get lost inside, so if you don't have a good sense of direction, I recommend hiring a guide. The scenery is beautiful and makes you want to stay longer.

It's a great place to escape the summer heat, and the prices for food and accommodation are quite reasonable at this time of year. As for meals, you can eat at the hotel, but you can also walk to town to eat, although that's a bit further. It's much, much cooler than down the mountain.
Although Lushan Mountain was crowded during the National Day Golden Week holiday, everything was well-organized. There were plenty of shuttle buses available, making it easy to get on and off at any time. The scenic area is vast with many attractions, so even during the Golden Week, it didn't feel crowded at all. Don't worry about the crowds.

We took a combined ticket to Sixi, Rainbow Bridge, Likeng, Jiangwan, Moon Bay, and Huangling. Sixi and Rainbow Bridge were the best. They were quiet. At Rainbow Bridge, you can swim and soak your feet. It was beautiful and you could smell the scent of freedom. Huangling was also nice. I took the cable car up and walked down the mountain, which felt very free. It was just a little crowded.
Although it's not rapeseed blossom season in March, I still couldn't help but marvel at nature's wonders. There are two routes from the base of the mountain to the summit. The first route follows the navigation (after passing the ticket gate, it leads directly to Observation Deck No. 1). The descent, guided by a local, passes the most beautiful observation deck. There's also a scarecrow park nearby; I recommend visiting when the sun isn't too strong to take photos. From the base to the summit, various B&Bs are lined up along the way, generally quite affordable. At the summit, there's a four-star B&B. The infinity pool was my main attraction, but unfortunately, it was under maintenance during our visit. If you want to see the sunrise, sunset, stars, and sea of clouds, I recommend staying at the top, where most of the properties are single-family and cost a bit more. The following image is a direct translation from the observation deck.

The scenery was stunning; the golden rice paddies, layered upon layer, were especially beautiful against the backdrop of distant mountains and mist. It was just a pity that the light was weak due to the overcast and rainy weather. Tomorrow, I can use my ticket to enter the fields again and take some amazing photos.
Very satisfied. The terraced fields are beautiful this season. We arrived at the scenic area at 9:40 am and took the shuttle bus to Jiuqu Yunhe. There are three viewing platforms. You can walk into the terraced fields. Then we took Line 2 to Baiyin Valley. We climbed all the way from Kenggen Shizhai to the top of the mountain, and then returned to the foot of the mountain to take Line 2 back to Jiuqu Yunhuan. We then transferred to Line 1 to the visitor service center at the foot of the mountain.

The thousand-year-old Tachuan is peaceful and solemn in winter. There are very few tourists. There are only two of us and another family of three. We can't appreciate "one of the four most beautiful autumn colors in China" at all. We plan to visit again in autumn when the leaves turn red.
In winter, Tachuan lacks the prosperity of autumn colors and the noise of people. In the quiet village now, you can feel your own tranquility! It is recommended that tourists who come here to visit in autumn.

If you haven't been there before, it's worth a visit. Anyway, Anhui is full of these ancient villages and towns, and you get tired of seeing them all. This Tulou is quite unique.
Located in Shendu Town, She County, in the mountainous region of southern Anhui Province, Yangchan Tulou is a small village nestled against the backdrop of the mountains. Most of the villagers are indigenous, and the village has a simple and unpretentious atmosphere. Dining at the mountain farmhouse is affordable and delicious. Stepping into the Tulou is like stepping back into a simpler era.

A very satisfying stay. The room was clean, smart, and comfortable. Choosing a room with a small balcony was so relaxing and undisturbed. The soundproofing was also good, so I slept well. The location is also excellent; it's just a two- or three-minute walk to the Huxingshan bus stop, and a few more steps to Jiuhua Street. The owner and the receptionist were incredibly kind. I was too lazy to plan my own itinerary, so they arranged the route for me.
My parents and I drove away from Nanjing for the weekend. Arriving in Jiande, our first stop was Daciyan (Daci Rock). We were there to see the legendary Hanging Temple. It was truly spectacular, and the air was fresh. We bought a cable car package and rode the cable car up the mountain. The rest of the trip took about three hours, with stops and walks to take photos.
