The Temple of the Sun in Cusco has a long history. The ticket to the Temple of the Sun in Cusco (QORIKANCHA) is 15 pesos. There are many tourists, all of whom use headphones to listen to the explanations. Although there are many people, there is no noise. It is very large inside, and basically introduces religious content, Inca culture, and development during the Spanish colonial period. It shows that Cusco was the Inca center at that time. There is also an introduction to the architecture of the Inca period. The whole piece of large stone is stacked tightly without gaps, showing the original stone stacking. The courtyard is very large, and there is a well in the middle. The paintings on the wall show the ancient people's understanding and belief in the sun. It takes more than an hour to look closely.
In the ancient Egyptian architectural art, besides the pyramids, the most impressive thing is the temple architecture. Temple architecture is an important carrier of Egyptian civilization. It reflects the level of development of ancient Egyptian social civilization, embodies the wisdom of the ancient Egyptians, and contains the ancient Egyptians' religious beliefs, national aesthetics, cultural symbols and other multi-layered connotations. Most of the temples in Egypt were built to worship the sun god.

Sacsayhuaman is located on a high mountain, and its historical status is comparable to that of Machu Picchu, but its fame is relatively small. Standing in Sacsayhuaman and overlooking the entire city, it is still very beautiful
On the way to Machu Picchu, Sacsayhuaman is a must-go place. It is also a place with a very long history of Inca civilization. The architecture is also very spectacular and has been well preserved to this day.

I went to several cities in Peru and found that they all seemed to have a Plaza de Armas, which seemed to be a standard feature. The Plaza de Armas is very beautiful, with a church in the center. There was a show here at the time, and we happened to see a very good show.
The Plaza de Armas is the city center and the place where local activities are held. This Plaza de Armas is similar to the one in Lima, but there are not so many buildings around it, but it is indeed very beautiful.

It is a very magical place. It is hard to understand or imagine how people thousands of years ago could build stone walls so neatly. It is also a place with local characteristics, where you can appreciate the local customs.
The Inca Trail and the twelve-sided Inca Stone near the Plaza de Armas attract a lot of tourists. The Inca Stone is very neat and large, which is impressive. In the vicinity, you can also see the life of the locals, which is very nice.

Mexico Cathedral (La Catedral de Mexico) is located in the Plaza de la Constitución. It is the largest and most important Catholic church in Mexico. There are many ornate relief paintings on the dome. The main altar is inlaid with various gold and silver jewels and noble and ornate carvings, as well as large religious paintings, and an ivory-carved statue of Christ on the cross in the middle.
The Cathedral is the most important church in Cusco. Like Lima, this cathedral is also located next to the Plaza de Armas. The building is very grand and the decoration inside is extremely gorgeous. The square is also the most lively place in the area.

The Inca Museum is a museum we really want to visit during our trip to explore the ancient Inca country in Peru. Here, we can learn about the long civilization through cultural relics and historical materials, which makes our next trip to Machu Picchu more targeted.
The Inca Museum was our first stop in Cusco, which was very helpful for our subsequent visit to Machu Picchu. You can have a comprehensive understanding of the history of Inca civilization. Among the thousands of years of history, this place is very impressive.

We visited the main attractions during the day and walked around San Blas at night. It was a very lively place with a lot of feeling. The old houses and different small shops were very interesting to walk around slowly.
San Blas is a neighborhood in Cusco, very close to the Cusco Cathedral and not far from the Plaza de Armas. Here you can experience the life of the locals and it is also a very relaxing place. If you don't speak the language, you can only take a general walk.

Although there is a little bit of altitude sickness, it is not serious. The scenery is quite beautiful, under the blue sky and white clouds, it is even more intoxicating. The vast land contains a long history of civilization!
Laguna Humantay is a high mountain lake at an altitude of 4,200 meters. It is not far from Machu Picchu. There is an Inca Trail where you can hike there. The scenery along the way is beautiful, but it rains occasionally and the road is very muddy. The slope up the mountain is steep. If you can't climb it, you can choose to ride a horse. I climbed by myself and the altitude reaction was okay. I felt a little dizzy at the top, but the road down the mountain was very slippery. I almost fell several times and sat down twice, getting covered in mud, but it is still worth going ✌️

Cusco is the former capital, and the Art Museum is a place worth visiting. The long-standing Inca civilization, through the museum's display, let us have a preliminary understanding, which is very helpful for going to Machu Picchu
The art museum is not big and the location is easy to find. When visiting this museum, you can see many pottery and handicrafts from thousands of years ago, which reminds me of the Qinghai Museum, which is very beautiful.

Plaza San Francisco is a very beautiful square. It is not very big. It is surrounded by buildings with a long history and colonial style. If you walk around the square, you can also experience the streets where the locals live.
Plaza San Francisco is also an important square in Cusco. The square is large, the buildings are beautiful, and the surrounding area is relatively empty. The sun is strong in the plateau city, and there are few people in the square at noon.
