Datang Furong Garden is located on the southeast side of the Big Wild Goose Pagoda in Xi'an Yanta District, Shaanxi Province. It is a cultural theme park built in the Tang Dynasty Royal Gardens north of the original Tang Dynasty Furong Garden site. It covers an area of 1,000 mu and opened on April 11, 2005. It is a national scenic spot. There are 14 cultural areas in the park, showing the style of the Tang Dynasty in many aspects. The core attractions such as Ziyun Building can overlook the panoramic view and watch the holographic projection performance; Fengming Jiutian Theater staged the dance drama "Dream Back to Datang" 3. There are also activities such as the water dance light and shadow show "Datang Chasing Dreams", and you can also taste Tang meals and experience the unique charm of the royal garden.
This park has a lot of atmosphere and a lot of feeling. There are fewer people taking photos there than at the Tang Dynasty City that never sleeps, but the scenery is still beautiful. It's worth taking a photo.

The setting was nice, with each dish presented as a performance, and the atmosphere was quite cohesive. The service was average, and the check-in process was inefficient. They said they would have a costume change, but they didn't inform guests in advance. Many people didn't change, and I asked to change, but the men's service only had three sets.
Who understands! The moment I step into the Chang'an Twelve Hours street, my phone's time is still frozen in 2025, but the world before me has already plummeted to the Lantern Festival of the third year of the Tianbao era. In the alleys paved with slate-gray bricks, "bad guys" in round-necked robes, swords slung across their shoulders, pass by. "Ladies" with double-ring buns walk by with smiles on their faces, food boxes in hand. Even the vendors selling Hu pancakes shout with a hint of Chang'an accent: "Fresh-baked Hu pancakes!" Looking up, I see soldiers on the "watchtower" waving flags. Suddenly, the sound of a 羯琴 drum echoes from the end of the alley. "Li Bi," wearing a green robe, stands on a high platform and announces: "Today is the Lantern Festival, and the whole city is always awake!" Goosebumps instantly crawl across my arms—this isn't just a stroll through the streets; it's like I've stumbled onto the set of "The Longest Day in Chang'an"! Pushing forward with the crowd, I stumbled upon "Zhang Xiaojing" teaching a child to draw a bow. His raspy voice laced with a hint of sternness: "Remember, keep your shoulders down when you draw the bow!" Next to me, "Tan Qi" was pinning flowers to the girls' hair. With the sway of his silver swaying ... I bought a string of candied haws and walked around, the red fruit reflecting against the gray bricks. Suddenly, a dancing girl's sleeve brushed my arm. She turned and smiled, the gold-foiled ornaments on her temples blinding me—this is what Chang'an should be like, bustling like a pot of boiling spicy soup, thick with the aroma of fireworks. As I walked out in the evening, the setting sun stained the eaves of the streets a golden red. Lanterns on the watchtowers lit up one by one, and the drums of the Lantern Festival thumped loudly. Looking back, I saw girls in ruqun (skirts) running by, carrying rabbit lanterns, their laughter as crisp as broken jade. Suddenly, I understood why they say, "Chang'an is a city that lives forever in dreams"—every brick, every laugh, every bite of cake here, steps on the moonlight of the prosperous Tang Dynasty, allowing you to leave with your heart lingering in the shadows of those lanterns.

Xi'an is incredibly hot this season, and the Daming Palace, with no shade at all, is even more unbearable. The shuttle bus seems to have stopped running due to the lack of people. I only visited the Danfengmen Museum, where the explanations were relatively simple. Overall, I was a little disappointed.
The visit to the Daming Palace Ruins Park gave us a very intuitive understanding of the Tang Dynasty Daming Palace. Its area is four times the size of the Forbidden City in Beijing. The two museums in the park use the Daming Palace as a link to connect the history of the Tang Dynasty, which is great!

This trip to Xi'an was a decision I won't regret! I bought a package for two adults and one child, and was even given a free upgrade to VIP seats. What incredible luck! The show, which spans the Banpo period to the present day, boasts a variety of spectacular special effects that truly captivate. It's definitely worth bringing the kids along; it's both educational and fun. Highly recommended!
The Xi'an Eternal Love performance was very nice, and there were many free entertainment programs. The scenery in the scenic area was also very beautiful, and the photos and answers were very good. Next time I will bring my family here to play.

It was a very last-minute decision, as we bought our tickets over an hour in advance. However, the experience was fantastic. The children, who were interested in history, followed the guide closely and listened attentively for two hours. Anyone interested in history should definitely go, and anyone interested in calligraphy, needless to say, will definitely go. The new museum is very large and has excellent air conditioning.
Today's visit to the Xi'an Forest of Steles Museum with our guide, Huang Yifan, was incredibly rewarding. His explanations were professional, engaging, and truly impressive. Speaking of the "Shitai Filial Piety Classic," Huang explained that it was personally prefaced, annotated, and inscribed by Emperor Xuanzong of Tang, Li Longji. The official script on the stele exudes elegance and grandeur. He also drew upon the text of the Classic of Filial Piety to explain the contemporary philosophy of "governing the world with filial piety," providing a deeper understanding of Tang Dynasty culture. Speaking of Yan Zhenqing, Huang detailed his calligraphy style. His strong and powerful style reflects his integrity. He also shared stories about Yan Zhenqing's life, allowing us to appreciate his calligraphy while also experiencing his charisma. Regarding Wang Xizhi, Huang focused on his running script. He described Wang Xizhi's calligraphy as elegant and dynamic, particularly his "Lanting Preface," which is hailed as "the best running script in the world." Huang also shared some anecdotes about Wang Xizhi's calligraphy practice, making us feel a sense of familiarity with the master calligrapher. During his lectures, Huang skillfully incorporated the Analects and the Book of Songs. For example, when discussing filial piety, he quoted lines from the Analects; when discussing ancient social life, he referred to passages from the Book of Songs, allowing us to appreciate the profoundness of traditional culture. Huang's explanations were insightful and accessible, making them engaging even for those of us with limited knowledge of calligraphy and history. This visit was truly worthwhile. Thank you, Huang, for your wonderful explanations!

Thank you very much for the very professional explanation of the tour guide 👍👍👍, which is very expandable and detailed throughout the whole process without any card points. It is a great tour guide. The children and parents benefited a lot ❤️❤️❤️
Teacher Adan's lectures were excellent, lasting two hours. His explanations were meticulous and insightful, and he was also very good at stimulating the audience's thinking. He was also very patient with the children and had a very strong affinity.

To see the world from a thousand miles away, we went up to the next level and came to the Stork Tower in the textbook. The design was very reasonable. Because the weather was hot, we took a sightseeing bus for 10 yuan per person. When we got downstairs, there was an elevator directly to the top of the Stork Tower. There was a drone aerial photography project on the roof. When we went there, it cost 50 yuan for 4 minutes of shooting. I think it was very worthwhile. You can see the beautiful scenery of the whole Stork Tower. It is very worthwhile.
The newly renovated Stork Tower boasts a magnificent air cushion, but it's incredibly hot inside. The Puji Temple Pagoda is well-preserved. Stork Tower: A Poem Creates a Building Puji Temple: A Love Story Set in a Temple
