The [scenery] here is beautiful, there are a lot of [interest] here, come here to play [price ratio] very good! I hope you take the whole family to Meili Snow Mountain National Park to take a walk, absorb the fresh air of nature, strengthen immunity to protect health!
This time I passed by the Jinsha River Bay, walked to Feilai Temple and the four viewing platforms in the Feilai Temple Scenic Area, and also focused on the four hiking routes in Yubeng. Meili Snow Mountain is pretty good. Among them, the 13th Tower Observation Deck and the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Observation Deck in the Feilai Temple Scenic Area are a hiking loop of about eight or nine kilometers. If you don't want to see Meili Snow Mountain from different angles, just take a look at the 13th Tower Observation Deck.

Yubeng this place, absolutely! First of all, the scenery is so beautiful. Snow mountains, forests, waterfalls, grasslands, all crowded together! Just take a shot is a blockbuster. Especially in Yubeng Village, the house is scattered at the foot of the mountain. Behind the snow-capped mountains, like a picture, you can't forget it at a glance. Hiking is even more cool. Although the road to the ice lake and the waterfall is tired, all the way is a surprise. The stream is bursting, the wild flowers are blooming, and you can meet squirrels and yaks from time to time, which is like an adventure. At the end of the end, the ice lake is blue and cold, and the waterfall is smashed down and screaming. It is worth it to be tired! The people in the village are very real, and the owner of the hotel is as enthusiastic as a relative! The butter tea tube is enough, and the barley cake is fragrant. Baking the stove at night, looking up is full of stars, quiet enough to hear your heartbeat. In short, Yubeng is the kind of place where "I don't want to go, I want to come when I leave". Not so much business, pure natural + human touch, save money to go again!
The Meili Snow Mountain is a hidden gem, a sacred site of Tibetan culture and a hiking paradise (the divine waterfall and icy lake are breathtaking, and the Ni Nong Gorge is precipitous). ⚠️ Transportation is difficult (200 yuan one-way for an off-road vehicle), prices are high (transporting supplies is difficult), and the high altitude presents a formidable challenge, requiring both physical strength and perseverance. 🌟 The beauty lies in its pristine purity: the fire pit under the starry sky warms the heart, the sun shines upon the golden mountain, and the ecological sanctuary is priceless. 💡 Travel Tips: Non-hiking enthusiasts should be cautious, travel with caution during the rainy season, and bring adequate altitude sickness gear.

Beautiful scenery and amazing views! It's a bit of a climb to the second monastery but the views along the way are amazing. On a good day you will see the peaks, the glacier and all the surroundings! Pack enough water. The entrance is 55rmb. You then have the option to pay 75rmb for the round trip car taking you to the starting point of the hike. Seems crazy expensive to me so we walked this way, which was very doable. Take your trash with you!
The natural scenery is good, but the sightseeing bus is really more expensive than the ticket as the comments say 😂 The one-way road is narrow and steep, which is understandable. It is recommended to buy a package ticket directly. In addition, it is estimated that there are fewer people coming, and many facilities have fallen into disrepair over the years😔

I did a lot of research before choosing Wunongding, which was definitely the right choice. God blessed us with a sunny day. It was still covered with fog at 6 or 7 o'clock in the morning. As time passed, the holy Kawagebo pushed away the dark clouds, and the golden sunlight sprinkled over the Thirteen Peaks of Taizi at 8:18. Cheers came from Wunongding. The devout believers put their hands together, knelt down, and spoke eloquently, hanging prayer flags on the fence of Kawagebo to welcome the God of Wealth on the fifth day of the Lunar New Year. Distance creates beauty. Feilai Temple is too close, and the whole picture of Meili cannot be fully displayed.
Comprehensive comments on Wunongding Observation Deck and Wunongding Village: First of all, Wunongding is Tibetan. This area is foggy, especially in summer. It is indeed very large, but it is not the literal meaning in Chinese. The original meaning is: "The place where Buddha was born". 1. Wunongding Observation Deck 1. Scenery: Not inferior to Feilai Temple Observation Deck. Feilai Temple Observation Deck is closer to the snow mountain, and can only see part of the snow mountain peaks (including the main peak). Wunongding Observation Deck can see the panoramic view of the 13 peaks of Meili, and can also see the Baima Snow Mountain and the 13 White Pagodas. The 13 White Pagodas of Wunongding is a filming location for the movie "Youth". The valley below is the county river valley (a tributary of the Lancang River). 2. Fun: Here you can see the snow mountain, which is not much different, but Feilai Temple has more life atmosphere and is a small town. There are often RVs camping on the platform. 3. Cost-effectiveness: 🌟 Cost: Wunongding does not charge (maybe there is a new hotel construction next to it), but Feilai Temple charges 40 yuan/person. 🌟Scenery: Wunongding > Feilai Temple (about the same) 🌟Accommodation: There are more hotels of different price levels in the Feilai Temple area. There are high-end mountain villas. Wunongding currently has: Jixiashan, room prices are 2000-6888. Runjing, room prices are 800-2000 yuan. Fragment Wuxiang, 800-2000 yuan. It is estimated that the mooring will be opened in 2023. The price is estimated to be about the same as Jixiashan. In addition, the night view of Deqin County is also worth seeing. There is an open county viewing platform near Wunongding. When the weather is clear, you can see the vague snow-capped mountains and the bright starry sky. But don't go too late, and you must go out with many people (at night, especially in the early morning, there may be small animals coming down from the mountain). 2. Wunongding Village Wunongding Village is the best-preserved traditional Tibetan structure village in Deqin County. There are 22 households in total, most of which are still rammed earth structures, and the folk customs are simple, warm and friendly. After going down the mountain, the hotel can organize a free hike to the village to learn about the local customs of the Tibetan village and visit the old Tibetan house. I don't know if other hotels have this project. If there is a "tour guide" with you, it is still very interesting.
