The Shenyang Palace Museum is not big. The car is parked at Shengjing Department Store. It is close, there are snacks, and cultural and creative ice cream is not expensive. Families with children have fast passes (you only know when you get to the front of the line). Overall, it is okay

This is a truly worthwhile place to visit. I highly recommend Zhang Xueliang's former residence. It's a must-see for any Shenyang visitor. The subway is also conveniently located. This central area is definitely worth a visit.
The 18 yuan entrance fee is well worth it. There are many combined tickets available, so we bought separate tickets for the former residence. You need to exit Zhao Yidi's former residence and re-check your ticket to enter, so you don't need to buy a separate ticket. The entire tour took about an hour. It was crowded, and the place is small, so we walked quickly to avoid getting stuck. We went on a normal weekend, and it was already crowded. Holidays might be even more crowded.

The Liaoning Provincial Museum has a large collection of exhibits, and the explanations are very detailed and informative. I learned a lot from the two and a half hour explanation. I thank the tour guide for his wonderful explanation.
I finally had the chance to visit the Liaoning Provincial Museum, a provincial museum jointly built by the national and local governments. It had been on my wish list for a long time, but I finally managed to pull it off today. Since its relocation to the new building in Hunnan District, Shenyang, the exhibition area has been greatly expanded, allowing more of the museum's collection to be seen, which is definitely a major benefit. I confirmed before the trip that the museum's true treasures were all at home, not traveling or on loan. However, the finest paintings and calligraphy were digitized and displayed in VR, so I couldn't see them in person. The Liaoning Provincial Museum is absolutely not to be missed.

I forgot to leave a review. The scenic area is great, the cave is particularly beautiful, and the boat ride was a delightful one. There's a lake right afterward, the water is crystal clear and full of fish.
The life jackets do have a strong odor, though; I recommend cleaning them regularly.
The water cave is ok, you don't need to rent a coat, just wear long pants and long sleeves with a disposable raincoat. (Mid-August) The dry cave is boring, the Taizi River cruise takes 20 minutes, and you can only stay in the cabin.
