The scenery, transportation, and cable car facilities are all good, but on the afternoon of November 20th, around 2 PM, one of the young staff members checking tickets at the South Gate Yuping Upward Cable Car entrance had an extremely poor attitude and lacked professionalism! Because I had already purchased tickets online (and the tour guide had also purchased tickets for everyone), I was worried that the tour guide's tickets wouldn't be refunded and wanted to use the online ticket code to enter. However, I couldn't find the code and needed this staff member's assistance. Instead of helping, this person yelled, "Are you going to get on or not?!" Who gave this guy his job and the audacity to be so arrogant?! I hope Huangshan Scenic Area will take this seriously and address this issue.
The butler at this hotel was incredibly attentive! We went on the 18th, right in the middle of a cold snap, and the butler was like a warm, comforting nurse, constantly checking on us. Later, they gave us a whole bunch of gifts (picture one), including two pairs of gloves and crampons! Seriously, we felt safe and secure! Although the hotel is a bit old, the location is fantastic, perfect for watching the sunrise and sunset! We'll definitely come back.

The scenery is beautiful, and the underground palace is magnificent. It even has an elevator, which is a nice touch. However, during the autumn break, the lines for the sightseeing bus are incredibly long, especially since the place is remote and the taxi return trip can take more than 30 minutes. You need to plan ahead.
The natural environment is beautiful, the underground hall is magnificent, and the scenic area is designed to be very user-friendly. There are elevators and shuttle buses to go up and down the mountain, making it very suitable for middle-aged and elderly people to visit.

I recently visited this place and I truly believe it's worth the trip; the scenery is absolutely stunning. First, the natural landscape is breathtaking, every view like a meticulously crafted painting. Second, the facilities are excellent, with the visitor center offering detailed guided tours, which was very thoughtful. Furthermore, the staff are incredibly friendly and always willing to help. Overall, this place is not only beautiful but also offers excellent service, making it a wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature. Highly recommended!
Yangzhou's Slender West Lake is truly a hidden gem! I recently visited and was completely captivated by its beauty. The lake water is crystal clear, and the banks are lined with lush willows and vibrant flowers, making it feel like stepping into a traditional Chinese landscape painting. Small boats gently sway on the water, adding a unique charm. The ancient architecture within the park is also very distinctive, each exuding a rich historical atmosphere. During my visit, I experienced an unprecedented sense of tranquility and peace. Overall, Yangzhou's Slender West Lake is absolutely worth a visit. Whether you want to appreciate natural beauty or learn about history and culture, it has something for everyone. I highly recommend it!

The scenery was decent, but a bit crowded. Having seen other beautiful landscapes, it felt somewhat lacking. Perhaps we arrived a little too early. A complaint: the sanitation facilities were problematic. Some public restrooms were too dirty to enter. The景区 staff just sat there looking at their phones without cleaning up. There wasn't even water to wash hands. This 5A scenic area, with its ticket price and service details, is worse than even free ones.
I personally love the scenery of Hongcun South Lake. The Hui-style architecture combined with the reflections and the autumn colors is simply stunning. The carvings on the old houses are also very distinctive. It would take about three hours to stroll around, which is quite nice.

Huatai Scenic Area is a purely tourist route; there are no temples for worship. You don't need to buy a general admission ticket for Jiuhua Mountain Scenic Area, but you must buy a cable car ticket. Transfer to the scenic area bus; the mountain road takes about 10 minutes. Walk 100 meters to reach the cable car entrance.
I'd longed to visit Jiuhua Mountain for 40 years. I previously thought it was a famous Taoist mountain. Only after visiting did I realize it's also a famous Buddhist mountain, with several halls housing mummified corpses, well worth visiting. First, I took a scenic bus up the mountain; the journey was long, and the mountain was very high. Then I took a cable car to Baishui Palace. The incense was very strong, and there was a hall with 500 Arhats at the top. After descending the mountain, I arrived at Jiuhua Town, which was very lively.

It was great! I even saw a bear swimming! Quite interesting! It was just a bit crowded! And in the summer, the animals are all so lazy and it's too hot! They probably don't want to move! People would be dying of heat, hahaha! It's quite suitable for children! Suitable for kindergarten and preschool! It's a bit too advanced for third grade and above! Kids won't be as interested as they were when they were younger!
The animals at Hongshan Zoo live in a truly pristine environment. I also got to see many animals I'd never seen before, and the kids were very happy. However, we didn't get to see the giraffes we were really looking forward to; we're looking forward to seeing them next time!

The Yuantouzhu Scenic Area of Taihu Lake truly amazed us. The green coverage is incredibly high; it's a natural oxygen bar. The scenic area is very clean, and the food is delicious and reasonably priced. The vegetarian noodles were tasty, and enjoying the all-you-can-eat hairy crab hot pot right by Taihu Lake was fantastic!
Thanks to our guide, Director Mao, for the well-planned and efficient itinerary. We departed from Fenghuang at 8:20 AM and returned at 6:00 PM, with no hard selling or shopping throughout the trip. In the morning, we visited the observatory, the Aizhai cliffside walkway, and the Aizhai Bridge. In the afternoon, we explored the ancient town of Chadong, a border town, taking a boat trip across two provinces and then a ferry from Hong'an Ancient Town back to Chadong Ancient Town. We were extremely satisfied with the day trip!

We took the kids there over the weekend, and it was a lot of fun. Although the hotel is a bit old, it was still very clean. Our housekeeper, Ms. Wang Ying, contacted us in advance to decorate the room and prepare fruit and snacks. The kids were hungry in the evening, so each of them had a milk and biscuits – so thoughtful! Breakfast was very crowded… While the selection wasn't huge, the quality was decent; the noodles and donuts were delicious. I highly recommend this hotel; it's excellent.
I went on Friday, and it was packed with people. There were queues for almost every attraction. The facilities are outdated, but the dinosaur museum was quite nice and worth a visit. The dinosaur research center was closed for upgrades.

By mid-November, the maple leaves along the Stone Statue Road had turned red, and the ginkgo trees had already turned yellow. The only downside was that the sycamore trees hadn't turned yellow yet, but that didn't detract from the beauty of the scenic area. It was quite nice and offered good value for money.
The scenic area is vast. This time, I mainly visited the Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum, Meiling Palace, Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum, Music Terrace, and Linggu Scenic Area. The Wutong Avenue left the deepest impression on me. The avenue lined with dozens of meters tall sycamore trees immediately reminded me of Fei Yunfan and Zi Ling. Walking on such a tree-lined avenue, I was so happy I almost fainted… While at the Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum, you can visit the Changsheng Deer Park to feed the deer. The deer there are very friendly, and you can freely touch and take photos with them. My route was: from the Wutong Avenue along the ring road to Yanque Lake, then to the Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum (remember to enter from Gate 3!), followed by the Meiling Palace, Music Terrace, and Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum. Note that this route is quite strenuous on the legs, so be prepared! Also, remember to buy shuttle bus tickets in advance and wait at the stop to save yourself a lot of walking!

The guided tour package was definitely worth it; the tour guide was fantastic, contacting us a day in advance to let us know the meeting time and place for the next day. The explanations on the day of the tour were very detailed, and she also explained the nearby Imperial Edict Museum and Dian Shi Garden very thoroughly. Oh, by the way, the entire scenic area is quite large, so I recommend allowing at least half a day and wearing very comfortable shoes to prepare for a lot of walking.
It's fun, and the ancient tomb feels incredibly realistic. The location is a bit remote, which is understandable. If the tortoise-shaped seal on the souvenir item could be made a little more appealing, it would be even more desirable.
