After visiting the Forbidden City in Beijing, I went to Shenyang to see the Forbidden City. It is not as large as the Forbidden City in Beijing, but it is very distinctive. The architecture has a strong ethnic flavor. The tiles are yellow and green, and it has the flavor of the prairie. The characteristics of the Forbidden City in Shenyang are that the front court is low and the back palace is high. The Phoenix Tower and the Ten Kings Court are very distinctive.
A must-see attraction in Shenyang. The Shenyang Palace Museum, formerly known as the "Three Eastern Provinces Museum," is located within the Shenyang Palace complex. Also known as the Shengjing Imperial Palace, the Shenyang Palace was also known during the Qing Dynasty as the Shengjing Palace, the Auxiliary Capital Palace, the Liudu Palace, or the Fengtian Palace. Construction began in 1625 during the reign of Nurhaci and was completed in 1636 during the reign of Huang Taiji. Later renovations and additions during the reigns of Emperors Kangxi and Qianlong resulted in its current complex, comprising over 100 palaces, pavilions, and halls, encompassing over 500 rooms and covering an area of 60,000 square meters. This was the first majestic imperial palace complex of the Qing Dynasty, imbued with a rich and varied Manchu style and Northeastern Chinese characteristics.

The scenery is beautiful, the primeval forest is a natural oxygen bar, and the Jinjiang cabin is very comfortable to stay in. The experience is very good. It is a good place for summer leisure and vacation. I highly recommend it to everyone.
Changbai Mountain is beautiful, with breathtaking scenery. Free buses (numbers 1, 2, and 3) run directly from the high-speed rail station to the scenic area entrance. The visitor center offers free luggage storage. Corn is 5 yuan per head, instant noodles are 15 yuan per bowl, and ginseng milk is 20 yuan per cup. Grilled cold noodles are 15 yuan per portion, and grilled sweet potatoes are 20 yuan each.

Changchun's Jingyuetan Lake boasts beautiful scenery and fresh air, making it a perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. However, some facilities appear dated, signage is unclear, and dining options are limited. We recommend upgrading infrastructure, adding more signage, and diversifying the dining options to enhance the visitor experience.
My bag is filled with the spring of the north, and the snow and wind turn the journey into a warm dust. The moonlight over Songjiang shines on the mountain roads, and the smoke-filled streets and alleys warm the traveler's dreams. Let us trust that good luck will temporarily bring us back to Changchun, where spring will return. This farewell is not a thousand miles away, but we will surely meet again on a beautiful day. —We will meet again someday, and all the mountains and seas will be warm✨

The Light of Life is a favorite for children. It tells the story of the origin of life, from blue algae to the birth of various organisms. It is very meaningful. After that, there are various activities for children to play.
Shenyang Fantawild is a true paradise! The thrilling rides are incredibly exciting, like the Fire Meteor roller coaster, which screams at lightning speed, and the warm and romantic carousel, which feels like being transported to a fairytale. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the experience is fantastic. I highly recommend it!

The Liaoning Provincial Museum has a large collection of exhibits, and the explanations are very detailed and informative. I learned a lot from the two and a half hour explanation. I thank the tour guide for his wonderful explanation.
I finally had the chance to visit the Liaoning Provincial Museum, a provincial museum jointly built by the national and local governments. It had been on my wish list for a long time, but I finally managed to pull it off today. Since its relocation to the new building in Hunnan District, Shenyang, the exhibition area has been greatly expanded, allowing more of the museum's collection to be seen, which is definitely a major benefit. I confirmed before the trip that the museum's true treasures were all at home, not traveling or on loan. However, the finest paintings and calligraphy were digitized and displayed in VR, so I couldn't see them in person. The Liaoning Provincial Museum is absolutely not to be missed.

The night show is more interesting. Tickets are checked in at 16:30 and there will be NPC interactions at the entrance. The Shanhaijing Wonderful Night Show starts at 19:30, and there will be singing and interactive activities at the front to warm up the audience. If you want a good seat, enter early to get a seat. Remember to bring a raincoat because there will be a rain spray session. Umbrellas are sold on site for 35, which is too expensive.
Before going, I read the reviews and didn't buy daytime tickets, only the night show. I found the venue quite small and the equipment quite old. The evening show was quite good, and the fireworks were beautiful. But why are there discounts for children and college students, but not for middle and high school students? These children get discounts elsewhere, so why are children and adults priced the same here?

Thanks to the rafting guy who pulled us out and helped me find my glasses. 🙏🙏🙏. The rafting waves were so thrilling. So much fun. The park is so huge. One day is definitely not enough to explore. The staff are so friendly and attentive. The service is great! No words can express my excitement at this moment❤
My kids loved it here, playing from 10 AM to 6 PM and still wanting more. It wasn't crowded the day we went, so it was a great experience. You can order lunch a la carte, and the spicy hot pot and beef noodles were both delicious. The only problem was that towels were only available at the entrance, so you had to walk quite a distance to get a new one...

It's been nearly a year since I last wrote this review. Actually, it doesn't really make much sense anymore. A year ago, the Changchun Zoo and Botanical Garden's Journey to the West Night Tour was still a nascent hit. Now, it's become a viral sensation. The Monkey King, the Ox King, and the Jade-faced Princess have become internet celebrities. Changchun Zoo and Botanical Garden is one of the few urban parks with a limited area and a long history. For years, it was primarily a morning and evening leisure destination for nearby residents. But in just a few years, the people of Changchun have revitalized the park out of nothing, transforming it into a popular online attraction and tourist destination thanks to the Journey to the West Night Tour. Their enthusiasm is truly impressive. It's worth visiting for this reason alone, but I won't go into detail. Oh, I should add: Changchun Zoo and Botanical Garden has always adhered to its mission of providing a place for citizens to relax. In other words, the ticket prices are quite reasonable and the value is good.
Changchun Zoological and Botanical Park, located in Nanguan District, Changchun City, Jilin Province, covers 74 hectares, including 8.8 hectares of water surface and 0.8 hectares of built space. A specialized park with its primary social functions as a conservation and exhibition center, it also serves as a wildlife science education and promotion platform, providing conservation education, research, earthquake macroscopic observation, and recreational activities. Changchun Zoological and Botanical Park was originally built in 1938 during the Japanese occupation of Changchun. Known as the "Xinjing Zoological and Botanical Garden," it was also commonly known as the "Tiger Park" or the "Nanling Zoo," and was known as "Asia's No. 1 Park." When Japan surrendered in 1945, all of the park's lions, tigers, and other large predators were poisoned and killed. Other animals, lacking care, starved to death. During the Kuomintang occupation of Changchun, the park became a training ground for its troops, destroying its facilities and trees. The once-thriving park was reduced to a ruin of broken walls and overgrown weeds.

The moment I stepped into the Shenyang Museum, I was enveloped by a strange tranquility. Beneath the soaring dome, light, like a messenger of time, gently shone upon the neatly arranged display cases. Behind glass barriers, the artifacts—gold embroidery on Qing Dynasty dragon robes, charred wood carvings from the Xinle Ruins, and ritual instruments from the Bronze Age—rested peacefully. Meticulously labeled, scientifically illuminated, and temperature-controlled, they evoked a unique museum-like "perfect solitude." As I left the exhibition hall, the setting sun filtered through the vast glass curtain wall, bathing the entire museum in a golden glow. I realized that the true value of a museum lies not in the number of "objects" it preserves, but in its ability to inspire visitors to make the leap from "viewing" to "understanding." History is not a sealed specimen but a memory that needs to be activated. Those glass display cases are both barriers and windows. The key lies in our willingness to unlock them with the key of imagination, allowing the artifacts to breathe again and history to speak once more. What the Shenyang Museum ultimately left me with was not the memory of the artifacts themselves, but the revelation of a method: true historical understanding occurs when the viewer's soul trembles, when the glimmer of the past illuminates the present of our existence through the intermediary of objects.
This trip to Shenyang finally revealed that, besides the Liaoning Provincial Museum, the Shenyang Museum is also a truly outstanding destination. While its collections lag behind the Liaoning Provincial Museum in both quantity and quality, the selection and layout of its exhibits differentiate it from the Liaoning Museum, a testament to the museum's thoughtful approach. The Shenyang Museum's smaller size and smaller visitor numbers make for a more manageable and less tiring visit. The exhibits feature artifacts from the Stone Age, feudal dynasties to modern times, the Qing Dynasty imperial family and its history, and collections from the Shenyang Palace Museum. The Khitan pure gold mask is a highlight among the museum's treasures.

The price/performance ratio is very high and economical. After taking the photo, the staff contacted us immediately to inform us of the precautions, etc. However, this rafting is only suitable for the elderly and children. It lasts about 30 minutes, the water flow is gentle, the scenery is beautiful, and it is a Buddhist rafting.
There is not much to say about this time. We didn’t drift enough, so we came for a second trip. The main reason was that the kids liked it. It is suitable for both young and old. We even saw a little squirrel 🐿. The friends who drifted with us were also very awesome. We didn’t have to paddle at all. It was all thanks to everyone, haha.
