Ticket booking is convenient. You can enter the park after printing without changing tickets. The guide in the scenic area is a plus, very interesting, and there is also "Raiders of the Lost Ark" which is very interesting for children. The staff is also very friendly. The explanation is very detailed
The Count's Castle itself is an ancient building. If you want to see European castles, it should be a good choice. The most important thing is that you can see the whole picture of the city of Ghent from the castle. The view here is particularly good, which may be greater than the castle itself. The museum in the castle is not interesting. Two hours of browsing here is enough!

to better enjoy a center city walk, start from the Reep, and enter the city center through the Limburgstraat. you will first encounter Gerard Duivelsteen, a castle-like residence from the 13th century, before arriving at the cathedral and the magnificent Van Eyck panels. from there on, you have different options for further discovering lovely Ghent. enjoy
Ghent is a very beautiful city. Everyone must come and experience the air. For those who like privacy, I recommend coming very early in the morning or around 20:00. On Sundays, there will not be many people and it will be convenient to take pictures without people because during this time, everyone is not awake yet and everyone has gone home. Around 9 am, shops will open for everyone to shop, which is why there are so many people. And most restaurants on Sundays will open late and most shops for shopping will be closed on Sundays. For those who plan to buy souvenirs on Sunday, change your plan to a weekday instead so that you will have more options. But most importantly, for those who come to visit Belgium, don't forget to try the waffles in Ghent and visit the various buildings. Thank you to everyone who read until the end to this point. And I hope that every picture posted can explain everyone's decision to travel to Europe. I wish everyone a safe trip. 🥰

Ghent is the third largest city in Belgium and was one of the largest and wealthiest cities in Northern Europe during the late Middle Ages. Much of the city's medieval architecture is still intact, including St. Nicholas Church. St. Nicholas Church (Sint-Niklaaskerk) is one of Ghent's oldest and most famous landmarks. It was built in the early 13th century as a replacement for an earlier Romanesque church.
St. Nicholas Church is one of the oldest and most famous landmarks in Ghent, Belgium. Construction began in the early 13th century as a replacement for an earlier Romanesque church, and continued throughout the rest of the century in the local Scheldt Gothic architectural style. Typical of this style are the use of blue-grey stone from the Tournai region, a single large tower above the crossing, and slender towers at the corners of the building.

The Ghent Museum of Fine Arts is the largest museum in the city. The museum is quite good, with many artworks, including many paintings and fine arts. Many of the things are very good.
If you are interested in art, then this museum is worth a visit. You could easily spend 3 hours or more walking between the rooms and studying the wide variety of pictures, from portraits, landscapes, religious and still lifes, from artists including Rubens and Magritte. Open Tuesday to Sunday from 1000 am to 1800 pm; admission is 8 euros or 6 euros for seniors.
