It was my first night tour of the ancient town, and it was a fantastic experience. I booked my boat tickets in advance on Ctrip, so I arrived at the departure pier at night and lined up to check my ticket before boarding. It was very convenient. The boat wasn't large, only seating about ten people at a time. The waterways of Sanhe Ancient Town are illuminated by blue or yellow strips of light on both sides. The first arch bridge the boat passed was bathed in a water curtain, and the sight of dancing butterflies was truly captivating. Once under the bridge, the curtain naturally stopped, preventing visitors from getting wet. We then encountered musical fountains in the river, and a section of the road was lined with twinkling night lights reminiscent of fireflies. We then passed several more arch bridges, each featuring a vivid display of dancing peacocks and the Cowherd and Weaver Girl meeting on the Magpie Bridge. Each water curtain was vibrant, with perfectly balanced colors. The boat trip was truly a journey of tranquility, allowing us to experience the charm of this water town and its rich heritage. It was a truly worthwhile experience!

I came here with my wife and the elderly in my family. It was really nice, with beautiful scenery, shady trees, and a fusion of classic and modern elements. I will go back to see the night view next time!

The transportation is convenient. You can get off at Jiulianwei subway station and take the scenic bus directly to Chaohu Lake. The scenery is pleasant all the way along the shore. It is easy to visit the scenic area. Sanhe rice dumplings are delicious.

Is Sanhe Ancient Town worth visiting? 
|You will know after you go there. It costs about 30-40 yuan to take a ride from Hefei, and it takes about an hour. 1️⃣ There are not many Hui-style buildings that I want to see the most, but you can still take pictures of the horse head walls from certain angles. 2️⃣ You must take the 20-yuan one-way cruise ticket, which allows you to roughly see the scenery on both sides of the river, and it is also very comfortable to blow the wind. 3️⃣ The ancient town is well preserved. The most worth seeing is Yang Zhenning&#39;s former residence, which has many childhood photos on display and explains his life in detail. 4️⃣ It is highly commercialized, and there are photo studios everywhere for taking hairpin photos and ancient style photos.
