Very good experience! Especially the guide Shang, who was very knowledgeable and well-cited. I personally felt that he was very detailed and there was interaction during the process. I really recommend it!
It's definitely worth a visit. Our guide, Ms. Wang Hui, was very detailed and professional. The stories were both interesting and informative. It was a super enjoyable trip to the museum!

The scenic area is very large, and there are so many people on weekends that you can't squeeze into the interactive projects. There is a large children's sand park in the scenic area that is well set up. I played there for two consecutive days. The consumption is also cheap. It is worth a visit
The hotel is fine, let me digress a little. This is my first time visiting Kaifeng in 6 years. The only thing that hasn't changed is the two-wheeled and three-wheeled motorcycles running rampant on the streets, regardless of whether they are on the motor vehicle lane or the non-motor vehicle lane, and regardless of the red and green lights.

I am a die-hard fan of Wang Chaoge. Today I finally came to the drama fantasy city designed by Director Wang. The environment is very good and I was shocked as soon as I walked in. I recommend it to play. The performance is vivid and lifelike. I give it 5 points👍👍👍👍👍
Since I only saw one play, I can't fully evaluate the artistic quality of the theater's performances. However, I think it was a relatively successful cultural and creative project, providing a glimpse into Henan's past and present. The stage effects were excellent, and the overall theater design was quite unique. The food was diverse and of consistent quality, and the prices were reasonable for the scenic area. However, time was a bit tight.

The scenic area is not big, the buildings are very delicate, there are many performances, it is quite interesting to follow the rhythm of the performance table. After all, it is a hot day of 30 or 40 degrees, and the actors are performing under the scorching sun, which is also very hard.
Kaifeng Mansion is well worth a visit. The building is quite large and you can spend a long time exploring it. There are many shows being performed at different locations throughout the day starting at 9 o'clock. We went to watch two shows which were very interesting.

Very, very, very good, perfect for taking children. There are many performances and the animals are well-maintained. The Ultraman part was too much for the kids to walk. We also watched fireworks and had a water fight at night. Highly recommended! Although Zhengzhou is very hot, it was nice to visit the animals inside the venue. There are many measures to prevent heatstroke and cool down. There are large fans spraying water mist in the queue. Great!
There are many kinds of animals and performances. Most of the rides are not exciting, which is very suitable for family outings. But try to arrive at 10 o'clock when the door opens, otherwise one day may not be enough. The staff is very enthusiastic, but many projects require a long queue. You can consider the express pass, which is not expensive.

Ms. Chen, a tour guide at the Henan Museum, is a spiritual ferryman connecting millennia-old artifacts with contemporary audiences. She uses her professional knowledge to open the doors of history for visitors, transforming the cold display cases into lively classrooms. Every ornamentation on a bronze artifact, every story told on Han Dynasty brick reliefs, shines anew through her accessible explanations. She is a cultural communicator, demonstrating admirable professionalism. She adapts her pace and depth of explanation to audiences of varying ages and cultural backgrounds, ensuring every visitor gains something from her lectures. Even during crowded holidays, she maintains a calm demeanor and a vibrant enthusiasm, welcoming every inquiring eye with a smile. Even more commendable is her deft incorporation of humor into her professional explanations. A well-placed historical anecdote or a vivid personal story makes the weight of history seem lighthearted and approachable. What amazed me most was when we asked her about famous local snacks in Zhengzhou, she readily offered numerous recommendations and even told us where the closest location to the museum was, even using her phone to provide directions to you, just in case you strayed. Like 👍👍👍
The Jiahu bone flute expressed deep frustration. Some parents, if you understand, explain it to your child. If not, either hire a guide or rent an audio guide, right? You claim you've already rented an audio guide, yet you're still interrupting, telling your child all sorts of backstory, unafraid of getting it wrong... Visiting the Henan Provincial Museum, one of the museum's treasures is the Jiahu bone flute. A parent was talking to a child with an audio guide, saying, "Do you know what this is? It's a Qiang flute." Yes, you have a poem about that, right, 'Why should the Qiang flute blame the willows? The spring breeze doesn't reach Yumen Pass.' Yes, sweet child, that's awesome! If I were the Jiahu bone flute, I'd be shattered right there... The Jiahu bone flute, crafted 8,000 years ago from the middle Neolithic period, is the oldest and best-preserved wind instrument discovered in my country to date. The bone flute is 23.6 cm long and has seven tone holes drilled into its body. Made from the ulna (wing bone) of a red-crowned crane, it boasts a beautiful tone and a complete musical scale, capable of producing music that approximates a seven-tone scale. This proves that the bone flutes crafted by the Jiahu people over 8,000 years ago already possessed seven tones, earning it the nickname "China's First Flute." Historians have commented that "Jiahu culture, represented by the Jiahu bone flute, marks the first step in humanity's transition from barbarism to civilization." Qiang flute? Hum... The Qiang flute is also an ancient Chinese folk instrument with a history of over 2,000 years. At this age, it would be considered a national treasure in most other countries, but it's still considered underappreciated in China. The Qiang flute is a single-reed wind instrument popular in the Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture in northern Sichuan, where the Qiang people live. Its main differences from the bone flute are twofold: it is made of bamboo, and it has two tubes with multiple holes. Despite sharing a similar name, the Qiang flute is not the same instrument. So parents who take their children to the museum, please remember the words of Confucius, "To know what you know and to know what you do not know is true knowledge."

There are free tours in the three main exhibition halls every morning. For paid tours, the museum will help you to join the group. When there are enough people, you will be notified and the fee will be 10 yuan per person. The other exhibition halls will announce the free public welfare tour time. There is also an experience of making Song Dynasty tea snacks, which requires an appointment and is charged. The price is a bit expensive.
Kaifeng Museum Although the museum isn't large and doesn't feature many so-called fine artifacts, it's packed with details and well worth a visit. First, the clock in the first-floor lobby. Besides the time scale, the dial features spiral lines that display the names of Kaifeng throughout its dynasties, moving from the inside out. The hands scroll through these names, reminiscent of the ongoing march of history. In the combined exhibition hall, a series of stacked transparent glass panels vividly depicts the impressive appearance of Kaifeng's city upon city. The Song Dynasty science and technology exhibition in the atrium is even more astounding. The massive water-powered astronomical observatory in the center is a 1:1 replica of the "ancient high-tech" technology I've only seen in books. It's hard to imagine how the ancients designed, crafted, and assembled such a massive, complex, ingenious, and precise object.

Taierzhuang Ancient City is famous for "live ancient canal", the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal passes through the city, 15 kilometers of water street water lanes series of Huizhou, northern, southern Anhui and other eight architectural styles, forming "one river fishing fire, ten miles of song" poetic picture. During the night tour, the rocking boat passed through the lights and shadows, the fire dragon steel flower non-legacy performance was shocking, and the Liuqin play was melodious. 53 field relics such as the war site in the ancient city, the General Administration of General Affairs and other sites told the history. After the restoration, Lunan cuisine and Jiangnan style were integrated, and the aroma of yellow beef noodles and spicy chicken was overflowing. The surrounding Shuanglong Lake Wetland Bird Watching Park can enjoy the ecological secret environment. The tickets include unlimited admission for two days, which is very cost-effective.
My kids were playing a game nearby, not too far away, so I came here to check in. My dad has some feelings for this kind of war site, so he wanted to come and take a look. Zaozhuang was too sunny in July, and I couldn't open my eyes the whole time. The streets and toilets seemed clean. A cigarette costs 5 yuan, and the price seems reasonable. Because it was too hot, I didn't see the evening performance. As a foreign tourist, the ticket price of more than 100 yuan is still a bit expensive. The electric car at the entrance of the scenic area. I think I can rent one. It is very powerful uphill and fun to drive. By the way, there is also a canal museum, which is highly recommended~

The official ticket price for this special exhibition was 58 yuan per person, but we bought it on Ctrip for 29 yuan, thinking we'd gotten a good deal. Although buying the special exhibition ticket didn't require reserving tickets for the main museum, it was crucial to visit the exhibition first before going to the main museum, so I booked tickets for the main museum anyway. Going to the main museum first was definitely the smartest decision, as the special exhibition was just average. The large Buddha statues were all 3D-printed, and the smaller items on display were smaller, with the most significant being the Buddha's eye.
We visited the museum on the afternoon of July 2nd. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and responsible. We were able to learn interesting facts about the exhibits, such as the meaning of "bathing." We also learned about Princess Jieyou's years of enduring humiliation and suffering as a married woman. The guide, drawing on these events, offered insightful and accessible conversations about people and events from thousands of years ago. The guide's introduction was a bit extended at the end, but the final few exhibits truly enhanced the entire experience. The value of cultural relics lies not only in the objects themselves, but also in the stories they carry. A huge thumbs-up for our guide.
