The weather was good and the scenery was beautiful. Fortunately, I didn't give up this attraction. I personally think the most beautiful scenery is the section from the ticket gate to the self-drive parking lot. It's so beautiful.
It's a beautiful place, really nice. I drove in by myself and then took the sightseeing bus in the park. It's a beautiful place. I recommend everyone to go and see the mountains and rivers inside.

The scenic area is about 30 kilometers from Jiulong County, but there is a 10-kilometer-long bad road just outside the county, with shell craters and washboards. The car chassis is not very friendly and there is no mobile phone signal. It is troublesome to have any problems with the car. The scenic area is very large, but there is only the lake to play, or you can hike around the lake, ride horses and take pictures. There are many such scenery in western Sichuan, and it doesn’t feel very special. The ticket price is not high, and the key is that the parking lot is charged. It’s no wonder that few people come! The overall price-performance ratio is indeed not high
The journey is a bit far, 4 to 5 hours from Kangding or Mianning. But it is worth going. There are buses at Minzu Square at 7:50 in the morning and 5:30 in the afternoon. The bus will return after it arrives at the scenic spot. Half a day is enough for the scenic spot. If you don't drive yourself, go in the morning and charter a car at noon. You can send your luggage in the scenic spot and there is lunch, which is of good quality.

Haizi Mountain Nature Reserve is located in the north of Daocheng, with a total area of 3,287 square kilometers and an average altitude of 4,300-4,700 meters. The plateau is the largest ancient ice body relic on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, namely the "Daocheng Ancient Ice Cap". There are jagged rocks and large and small lakes scattered all over the mountain. On the mountain with an average altitude of 4,500 meters, 1,145 large and small lakes are shining in the mountains like a thousand diamonds scattered by God. Its scale and density are the highest in China. The unique landscape of Haizi Mountain is the stone river, stone sea and glacial rock basins (lakes) of various shapes composed of large and small granite boulders (gravel). There are no trees or rivers in sight, and even wild grass only grows occasionally. It is as "wild" as the surface of Mars photographed by the "Spirit".
Haizishan Nature Reserve is located in the northern plateau area of Daocheng County. It is the largest ancient ice relic on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and is famous for its "Daocheng Ancient Ice Cap". The total area is 3,723 square kilometers, of which Litang County accounts for about 2/3 and Daocheng County accounts for about 1/3. The lowest altitude of the reserve is about 3,400 meters, the highest altitude is 5,050 meters, and the average altitude is 4,000 meters. The reserve is a plateau hill that was raised up by the Himalayas in the ancient Mediterranean. It is part of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. 1/4 of the reserve is ancient The gravel accumulation on the seabed of the Mediterranean Sea, 1/4 is the original forest composed of major tree species such as poplar and cold spruce in the mountains of Sichuan and Yunnan, and 2/4 is the alpine wetland-meadow-shrub. There are a total of 1,145 large and small lakes in the area, and its size and density are unique in China. Because the Tibetan people named the mountain lakes are also called Haizi, it is named Haizi Mountain.
