The Longmen Grottoes are worth a visit. You have to hire a tour guide to explain the history thoroughly so that you can understand the inside story. The tour guide is also very good. She explains some places first and then takes everyone up to see them. In this way, you can see them with knowledge and understand them very clearly. The night view is very beautiful and cool. There are a lot of tourists during off-peak hours. It is conceivable that there are many people traveling with children.
The famous Longmen Grottoes were incredibly crowded during the summer, making it incredibly hot. We had to queue up to climb the steps to see the caves. The Vairocana Buddha lived up to its reputation and was quite impressive, but the rest was just okay. While the Longmen Grottoes are a bit less impressive than the Yungang Grottoes, they're still worth a visit. For a cooler experience, rent an electronic guide during the off-season and take your time exploring and listening. The parking lot outside the scenic area is quite large. We parked at the northwest gate, but it was still quite a walk to the scenic area. We definitely need to take one of the electric sightseeing carts, as it's quite demanding. If you have time, visit Bai Garden, home to Bai Juyi's tomb. A full day is enough to explore it. Half-day guides are just superficial.

We bought the entrance pass from Trip.com when we were on the train to Tai’an from Beijing and receive the confirmation instantly. After checked in hotel, we went to the park and able to use it without any problems. For non-Chinese citizens like us, you’ll need to go to the manual checkpoint on the far left, show them your passport, and scan the QR code (or let the staff will typed in your passport #). If the entires hiking path is paved, but the upper part near the mid hill(ZhongTianMen中天门)and the top are quite steep, can be challenging. We went there to challenge ourselves so we hiked the entire trail, and next day our calves and thighs are too sore to walk. We saw a few descending hikers whose legs were shaking as we hiked uphill. There are plenty vendors and restaurants at each summit, and the costs are pricey like how other attractions all over the world usually jack up the price. The vendors are very helpful but not pushy. The scenery of the park is breathtaking.
The fun of climbing Mount Tai is to exercise your willpower with your children, but the weather is too hot and we all got sunburned. I also want to emphasize that the environment of Mount Tai is too bad, with garbage all over the ground. It is really not suitable.

The scenery was pretty good, and even though it was summer, the boat wasn't hot at all. The only problem was the ticket purchase time was a bit awkward, and I had to check frequently to get the seat and time I wanted.
I took advantage of my free time on a business trip to visit the legendary Baotu Spring. Although it was a weekday, there were still a lot of people. The park is shaded by green trees and the spring water is clear, making it a great place for a stroll. A great experience

It's definitely worth coming here! The scenery is so healing, and any photo you take is a good one. The route planning is also clear, and it's very comfortable to walk around. The staff are also very friendly, and we didn't encounter any crowded or unpleasant situations. We had a lot of fun~
The four hours spent exploring the area, steeped in history and featuring exquisite gardens, flew by with the guide's guidance. The three national treasure buildings and three unique features offer a stunning display of classical culture. Highly recommended!

The tourist attractions are basically concentrated on South Street and West Street, which is quite lively. However, the ticket system is a bit inconvenient and lacks freedom, especially for tourists who are short on time.
Pingyao Ancient City is the best-preserved ancient county town in my country. The existing city walls were rebuilt during the Hongwu reign of the Ming Dynasty, dating back over 650 years. The buildings here are not newly constructed imitations of ancient architecture; the streets, shops, and residences retain their Ming and Qing dynasty appearance, and the original inhabitants continue to live their normal lives within the ancient city.

Iron sparks scatter like a galaxy, a shower of stars, the most beautiful meteor shower on earth, yet also the most searing narrative of survival. Young bodies, clad in thick protective armor, endure the thousand-degree scorching heat with their flesh, in exchange for a fleeting splendor. They wield not molten iron, but the weight of their livelihoods. In the rift between tradition and modernity, they forge intangible cultural heritage into a totem of blood and sweat. This scene is both magnificent and profoundly weighty—it turns out the spark of culture has always been carried by the most fervent of mortal bodies.
The night view is beautiful, there are a lot of interactions, there are performances and shows, you can change clothes and take pictures, there are a lot of things to eat, and there are many beautiful attractions that are worth a visit.

The scenic area is suitable for all ages, and there are too many performances, including opera performances suitable for the elderly, NPC interactions suitable for young people, and large parades in various squares.
Adult tickets are 80 yuan, children's tickets and student tickets are only 40 yuan. You can play for three days, and there are attractions in two other scenic areas, performances, and staff interactions. It's really great😄😄😄😄

This place is truly worth a visit. Spend a day immersing yourself in the pure, unspoiled culture of the Central Plains, encompassing stories from thousands of years ago, modern times, happening right next to you, and stories you've heard since childhood. The visuals are powerful and impactful, and each theater experience is unique each time you visit. The price may seem high, but it's truly worth it. Many of the plays are touching, and many leave you thinking. 🤔 You can spend a whole day there, and there are places to rest and eat. The area is well-established, and the service is excellent. It's also a great place for photos and check-ins. I wouldn't recommend bringing young children, but it's educationally valuable for those in elementary school. This place embodies youth, history, open-mindedness, impulse, passion, and regret...
It's a place you can spend a whole day in. Due to time constraints, we only bought a ticket for one big show. The rest were many small shows. The performances were all great, and the scenes were great, very suitable for taking pictures. It's still nice to walk around and watch the performances slowly.

If you have faith, go to Mount Wutai. If you like taking photos, go to Mount Wutai. If you hike, you must climb to the Big Snail Peak. Climb the 1,008 steps to see all the other mountains. The mountain is in the clouds, the temple is in the mountain, and you are in the temple.
🌿 August Zhangzhou Wutai Mountain Travel Review 🌿 1️⃣ The climate is pleasant, the summer resort Wutai Mountain has a high altitude, and the average temperature in August is between 10℃-20℃, and the maximum temperature rarely exceeds 25℃. It is a great choice for summer summer in North China. 2️⃣ The Buddhist culture is deep as the head of China's four famous Buddhist mountains, and Wutai Mountain has a rich Buddhist cultural heritage. Xiantong Temple, Tayuan Temple, Bodhisattva Ding and other temples have a long history and magnificent architecture, which is a good place to feel Buddhist culture. 3️⃣ Wutai Mountain is composed of a series of mountains and peaks. The top of the five platforms has a wide view and spectacular scenery. Dongtai Wanghaifeng can watch the sunrise and clouds. Beitai Yedoufeng is the highest peak in North China, and it has snow all year round. 4️⃣ Convenient transportation from Taiyuan Wusu Airport by bus to Wutai Mountain Scenic Area, about 3 hours by car; from Beijing Liuliqiao by long-distance bus, about 5 hours by car, convenient transportation. 5️⃣ Rich activities - Tour to Taiwan: You can choose to walk five Taiwans, the whole journey is about 50 kilometers, it takes 2-3 days to experience a deep pilgrimage. - Zen beauty hotel: The top of the mountain temple can hang orders to stay and experience the temple life; there are many Zen homestays to choose from at the foot of the mountain. 6️⃣ Practical Tips - Tickets: 135 yuan in peak season, 118 yuan in off-season, half price for students and the elderly. - Accommodation: It is recommended to book in advance, especially in peak season. - Food: The price of food and beverages in the scenic area is high, it is recommended to bring some dry food and water. 🌟 In summary, Wutai Mountain is a place that integrates natural scenery and Buddhist culture. It's a very historical place that has witnessed the changes and development of local history and culture. It's a very good experience. I suggest you go and have a look if you have time. It's a very good place.
Zhang Yimou's film "Raise the Red Lantern" has immortalized the red lanterns of the Qiao Family Compound in our hearts. The once-popular TV series "Qiao Family Compound" further showcases the cultural heritage of this compound and the legacy of the Qiao family, a prominent Shanxi merchant family. The Qiao Family Compound boasts a rigorous layout, ingenious design, and meticulously crafted bricks and tiles, meticulously crafted with detailed brackets and eaves, and richly decorated with gold. The entire compound is awash with brick, wood, and stone carvings. Various motifs symbolizing auspiciousness, enlightenment, and hope adorn the door lintels, beams, guardrails, eaves, window frames, and screen walls. The courtyard is imbued with a humanistic charm and a vibrant spirit.
