[View] Ulan Butong is a three-dimensional landscape blending grassland and forest, with elegant and beautiful Yin and soft in the south, masculine masculinity in the north, colorful feasts in the four seasons, humanistic and natural symphony of lakes and wetlands, and characteristics of biological diversity and multiple experiences.
The tourist highlights of Wulanbutong Grassland are rich and varied, covering natural landscapes, cultural history, special activities and food. The following is a detailed introduction: Natural Landscape - Vast grassland and diverse landforms: Wulanbutong Grassland is located in the Inner Mongolia Plateau, with an average altitude of 1,640 meters, and the grassland is vast. The eastern and central mountain ranges in the scenic area are continuous, and there are many sand dunes in the northwest. There are also wetlands, rivers, lakes, etc. For example, there are large areas of wetlands along the Wulan River and Jiangjun Paozi, with excellent vegetation and rich species.   - Colorful autumn colors of Wucai Mountain: From September to October every year, Wucai Mountain presents a colorful landscape due to its rich vegetation. The birch and poplar trees are yellow, the maple and oak trees turn red, the pines and cypresses are green all year round, and various shrubs are also of different colors, as if the palette has been overturned.  - European style scenery area: The rolling hills and grasslands are dotted with sparse or dense birch trees. The grassland and forest are perfectly integrated, and the scenery is charming, comparable to the European grassland scenery.   - Panlong Gorge: The Sarik River flows through the mountains and ridges in this valley. The steep banks are densely forested, and the valley bottom is covered with water and grass. The river is winding like a dragon for dozens of kilometers.   Humanities and History - Ancient battlefield site: This was the ancient battlefield where Emperor Kangxi of the Qing Dynasty personally fought against Galdan. There are ruins such as General Paozi, Twelve Camps, and Tong Guogang's Tomb. It is said that General Paozi was formed by the gushing out of groundwater after the Qing army's artillery scattered Galdan's camel formation.  - Film and TV shooting base: Wulanbutong is a famous film and TV location shooting site. More than 60 film and TV works such as "My Fair Princess", "Kangxi Dynasty" and "Emperor Wu of Han" were filmed here. There are many stone tablets of film and TV dramas in the scenic area, which has become a popular choice for tourists to check in. Special activities and food - Folk culture activities: Grassland Nadam is a traditional Mongolian festival, with horse racing, wrestling, archery and other competitive events. In addition, there are bonfire parties, Wulanbutong Night and other activities, where tourists can sing and dance with herdsmen and experience ethnic culture. - Grassland entertainment projects: You can experience horse riding, camel riding, sand motorcycles, sand sliding and other entertainment projects, galloping on the grassland, feeling the pleasure of the wind whistling in your ears, or take an off-road vehicle deep into the hinterland of the grassland to explore those little-known beauties. - Mongolian specialties: There are meat delicacies such as roasted lamb legs, beer-baked lamb, and air-dried beef, as well as special drinks such as kumis. Visitors can taste the authentic Mongolian flavor.

Fragrant Hills Park is absolutely gorgeous in autumn, and the most beautiful sight here is undoubtedly the red leaves. The red leaves in Fragrant Hills Park are traditional and very unique. When you come here, you can enjoy the red leaves. There are several routes, and the best route is on the south side. If you go from the south, you can see many beautiful red leaves. After enjoying the red leaves, you can also visit other attractions in Fragrant Hills, such as the red Shuangqing Villa and other ancient sites.
A must-visit in autumn! Fragrant Hills Park holds Beijing's most captivating four-season poetry. If you were to ask which Beijing park embodies the beauty of each season to its fullest, the answer would undoubtedly be Fragrant Hills Park. Nestled in the foothills of the Western Hills, this classical garden not only carries a thousand years of history, but also offers a visual feast, making it a must-see destination for countless visitors. Spring in Fragrant Hills is a gentle prelude. Wild peaches and apricots bloom along the mountain path, their pink and white petals drifting in the wind, creating a romantic "flower path." Within the park, the century-old cypresses sprout new green leaves, creating a striking contrast with the red walls and yellow tiles of the temple. A stroll through the garden is a delight.

The Summer Palace, nestled against Longevity Hill and Kunming Lake, covers over 300 hectares, with water accounting for about three-quarters of its area. Surrounded by mountains and water, it is a royal garden renowned for its breathtaking scenery. Its pavilions, halls, corridors, bridges, and terraces each possess unique characteristics, borrowing scenery from the natural environment to elevate the Summer Palace's beauty far beyond the garden itself. In 1998, the Summer Palace became a World Heritage Site.
A Brief Introduction to the Flowers, Trees, and Plants of the Summer Palace: Ancient and Famous Trees: * **Chinese Pine:** An evergreen tree with a beautiful shape, widely distributed throughout the Summer Palace. * **White Pine:** A precious tree species, named for its unique white bark. * **Chinese Arborvitae:** Commonly used in landscaping, highly ornamental. * **Chinese Scholar Tree:** Flowers in summer with a strong fragrance, a common street tree in Beijing. * **Ginkgo:** Its leaves turn golden in autumn, adding much autumnal color to the Summer Palace. Flowers and Plants: * **Magnolia:** Blooms in early spring with pure white or pink flowers, exuding fragrance, a top choice for spring flower viewing. * **Peony:** Known as the "King of Flowers," its blooms are elegant and magnificent. * **Plum Blossom:** Blooms in late winter and early spring, highly cold-resistant, symbolizing perseverance. * **Lotus:** Blooming gracefully on Kunming Lake in summer, the lotus flowers stand tall and provide a refreshing feeling. Chrysanthemum: A representative flower of autumn, with many varieties and vibrant colors.

I only come here in autumn and during the Spring Festival. No matter the season, if you've read Shi Tiesheng's "Me and the Temple of Heaven," you'll find peace in its timeless and profound atmosphere; walking through it, all the noise in your heart will subside...
Shi Tiesheng Ditan Temple is a famous Beijing scenic spot. It is clean and has a good environment. It is generally well received. It is quite recommended and affordable. It is recommended for people from all over the world to visit, especially for travel enthusiasts and those with children.

Autumn was a great time to visit. Traffic was congested on the weekend, and roadworks were underway near the attractions. The parking lot was quite large, but the path from the parking lot to the entrance was made of cobblestones and wasn't very smooth. The area inside isn't actually very big; you can walk to each of the smaller attractions, especially the God of Wealth Temple and the Stone Fish Touching Area (there are long queues there).
The road to Tanzhe Temple is currently under construction, with some sections now only open in one direction. I recommend going early or avoiding weekends and holidays. The temple itself is also undergoing repairs, with some areas fenced off. The ginkgo trees haven't even turned yellow yet, but burning incense and worshipping Buddha isn't affected. I especially love standing between the two ginkgo trees; I feel so insignificant.

The Old Summer Palace (Yuanmingyuan) was a grand imperial garden, with incredibly beautiful mountains and waters. The expansive waterways allowed waterbirds to soar freely over the surface, and fish swam leisurely and contentedly. The ruins section within the garden was a key area, serving as my country's most famous patriotic education base and irrefutable evidence of imperialist aggression against China.
Lao She said, "Autumn in Beiping is paradise." So true! Autumn in Beijing's hutongs is full of life. It's time to take some life photos of autumn! Sharing the captivating beauty of autumn in Beiping that I captured with live photos. Taking good pictures is as easy as breathing.

The scenery was absolutely beautiful, especially this time of year. The autumn leaves were ablaze with vibrant colors, creating a truly breathtaking spectacle. We had a fantastic time. The toboggan run on the mountain is an extra charge.
I've visited Hongluo Temple in Huairou countless times. Last time I came to make a wish, and this time I made a special trip to fulfill that wish. In late autumn, Hongluo Temple is also a rare and exceptional place to view the red leaves. Immersed in this landscape where the ancient temple and the red leaves intertwine, you can not only escape the hustle and bustle but also feel a sense of tranquility and beauty.

Очень красиво! Брали билет с подъемом на канатке, чтобы успеть посмотреть побольше, обратно шли пешком. Если подниматься на Северную часть - то потом почти всегда идешь вниз :)
Liu Yicheng, the tour guide, gave an excellent explanation. His explanations were detailed, enthusiastic, and engaging. It's clear he's a passionate history enthusiast who simply wants to share knowledge.

I absolutely loved Mutianyu! The scenery between 14 and 20 is the most beautiful! The shuttle bus and cable car saved my life! We couldn't climb the Hero's Slope, but those who made it, I salute you guys, you're real heroes!
Mutianyu is majestic and picturesque, a pride of the Chinese people. The tour guide service was warm, and the bus was very clean. Thanks to Busda. I love the Great Wall, and I love China.
