This is a very cost-effective restaurant, not worse than the Deyuelou next door. I ordered local chicken soup, bracken and braised tofu, all of which were delicious. The local chicken soup tasted sweet and refreshing without any seasoning, the chicken was tender, and the portion was large. The proprietress was very enthusiastic and kind, and the price was not expensive, only 100 yuan for two people. It also has the best viewing position in Hongcun. From the sunset to the lights of thousands of houses, it is very artistic to have dinner with the moon lake light and the Hui-style buildings with pink walls and black tiles. If I have time tomorrow, I want to go again. You must not miss their restaurant when you go to Hongcun~
Their stinky mandarin fish is not big, but it is marinated just right. The more you eat, the more delicious it is. I ate half a bowl of rice with the stinky mandarin fish. The pickled cabbage fried with fresh bamboo shoots is also not inferior. On the way here, I saw the bamboo forest all over the mountain and expected that the bamboo shoots here must be good. At first, I thought I couldn’t eat so much by myself, but I didn’t expect that the native chicken pot, stinky mandarin fish, dried bamboo shoots fried meat, zongzi-flavored spareribs, and loofah and bean curd soup we ordered made our friends who went with us eat well. I was so lucky to be driven away by the so-called Internet celebrity restaurant Longfeng Hui Cuisine Restaurant (I wrote a bad review for it, and it seems it failed the review), and then I found this restaurant with a better environment and better taste, especially the stinky mandarin fish, braised spare ribs, fresh bamboo shoots and bacon, which are all very authentic. The homemade bayberry wine is not bad, too.
The hotel has good features, next to the ancient city wall of Huizhou, with an ancient atmosphere. The stinky mandarin fish and hairy tofu are both worth tasting, and the per capita consumption is not expensive. I ordered a stinky mandarin fish dry pot for 128, but there was no price on the sign. The stinky mandarin fish next to it was 98. The sign is unclear, which makes people suspect of misleading. Although it is 30 yuan more expensive, it makes people feel uncomfortable. I hope the store can understand consumption.

The environment in Hongcun is super good. The restaurant in this hotel has very thoughtful service and the local specialties are very delicious.
How can you not come to Hongcun when you come to Anhui? This time we came to Hongcun, a village in Chinese paintings.
This time we stayed at Hongcun Qingmei Academy·Shilili Hot Spring Hotel, which is only a few minutes' walk from Hongcun, which is very convenient.

Shilili Qingmei Academy is built on the mountainside, located on the hillside, occupying the best position overlooking Hongcun. Moreover, because of the 18m terrain difference, each room is basically a landscape room with unobstructed view. You can see the scenery by opening the window. From my room, you can see Qishu Lake in the distance.

The hotel is really super big, with an 8,000-square-meter private Hui-style garden, which can be a scenic spot in itself. Walking into the hotel, it was as if "Grandma Liu entered the Grand View Garden", opening the door to a paradise, which was a surprise.

The hotel's hot spring must be experienced. The hot spring, one of the "four wonders" of Huangshan, was moved into the bamboo forest. There are 9 private hot springs that can be soaked all year round. The privacy and environmental atmosphere are great!

The hotel has its own restaurant, the chef is very skilled, you must try the smelly mandarin fish, bamboo shoots and roasted pork, chicken soup when you come to Huangshan Hongcun... There is also free sweet soup in the evening, iced green bean soup, the sweetness is just right~
