Fenghuang Ancient Town is very large and is divided into two parts by the Tuojiang River. It is located in the Xiangxi area at the junction of Chongqing, Guizhou, Guizhou and Hubei. It is surrounded by mountains and rivers and has pleasant scenery. The former residences of celebrities, restaurants, homestays, bars and beverages are scattered throughout the ancient town. I personally think it should be ranked among the top ancient towns in China and I recommend it.
Fenghuang Ancient Town, formerly known as Zhenxian City, covers approximately 10 square kilometers and is located east of the Wuling Mountains and the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau. It gets its name from the green hills that resemble a phoenix with outstretched wings. The ancient town is home to 28 ethnic groups, including the Miao, Han, and Tujia. Over 120 traditional Ming and Qing dynasty dwellings and 68 cultural relics remain, with bluestone streets and stilt houses along the Tuojiang River forming its iconic landscape. Key attractions include: Stilt House Clusters: These wooden structures, built along the Tuojiang River, embody the distinctive characteristics of Xiangxi folk houses. Ancient City Towers: The well-preserved east gate, Shengheng Gate, and the north gate, Bihui Gate, are remnants of the Qing Dynasty stone city defense system. Cultural Relics: 68 cultural relics and historic buildings, including the former residences of Shen Congwen and Xiong Xiling, showcase the diverse cultures of Han, Miao, and Tujia.

Orange Island overlooks Yuelu Mountain to the west and Changsha City to the east. Surrounded by water, it stretches for 5 kilometers, measuring about 40 meters across at its narrowest point and 140 meters wide at its widest point, with a maximum width of just over 300 meters. Its long and narrow shape resembles a dragon. Its most famous feature is the magnificent stone statues of great men.
Changsha's Orange Island, nestled in the heart of the Xiangjiang River, resembles a long, emerald green dragon and is known as "China's No. 1 Island." Lush green trees and fragrant orange orchards adorn the island, while a monumental sculpture of a young Mao Zedong stands at its center, majestically gazing out over the Xiangjiang River. It serves as both a leisure haven for residents and a sacred place for historical reflection. Strolling along the island's edge, visitors can admire the magnificent riverscape, depicting "the river overflowing with emerald green, a hundred boats vying for the current." It is Changsha's most iconic city symbol and cultural landmark. Features: 1. Core Elements: Identify the location (the center of the Xiangjiang River), shape (the long dragon/aircraft carrier), iconic landscape (the Mao Zedong sculpture), and natural features (the lush green trees and orange orchard). 2. Function and Significance: Mention its leisure function, historical significance (a revolutionary memorial), and status as a cultural landmark. 3. Artistic Concept: Invoke the phrase "the river overflowing with emerald green, a hundred boats vying for the current" to add literary flair and highlight the scenic value. 4. Word Count: Strictly limit your content to around 100 words (approximately 98 words excluding punctuation). 5. Concise Language: Use concise and powerful vocabulary (e.g., "lying quietly," "standing tall," "majestic," "gazing," "magnificent," "visiting," "visiting," "landmark").

Take a look at the scenery along the Xiangjiang River. The moment the pavilion is opened and lit up is quite spectacular. You can also see the overall appearance without buying a ticket. The performances are divided into outdoor and indoor. There will be a schedule. Just follow the schedule to go to different locations. There are no seats. You need to grab a standing position in advance. It's a bit tiring. The indoor air conditioning is not very good. It is very hot when there are many people.
The night view is pretty good, mainly because of the evening performances. Overall, it takes less than an hour to complete the tour, but the tickets are relatively expensive. The introduction to Du Fu is not very detailed.

The scenery is very nice, natural landscape, the merchants are also very friendly, you can watch performances in the evening, there are quite a lot of people, it is very lively at night, you can go a little later, it is very convenient to take a taxi, you can stay there, and the ticket can be reused within 3 days.
Furong Town has beautiful scenery. There are waterfalls and stilt houses in the ancient town. The sense of layers is very strong, and you can take great photos everywhere. The scenic spot is not far from the high-speed rail station, and it takes about 20 minutes to get there. However, it is basically difficult to call an online taxi in the scenic spot. You can only take a taxi, and you have to wait for the taxi to come. It is not very convenient. I hope it can be improved in the future.

It's very beautiful, with plenty of food to eat outside, and the prices at the stalls are very cheap. Yellow peaches cost ten yuan for five pounds, which is the most affordable price among the scenic spots I visited in recent days. Unfortunately, it's not convenient to carry them when traveling. The lighting ceremony inside at night is really beautiful. There are many separate fees in the scenic area. They are not expensive, but there are many of them. They are all a bit similar. I felt dizzy and wanted to vomit after playing with my children.
It's good to go in before 16:30 and walk around until the evening. You can eat and eat along the way. If you are tired, you can sit in any store to rest. There are many things to eat. The performance is still worth watching, but you have to catch the performance time.

Climbing the Yueyang Tower and gazing at the vastness of Dongting Lake, I finally understood the grandeur of "holding the distant mountains and swallowing the Yangtze River" as described by Fan Zhongyan. Thousands of years have passed, and the towers have been rebuilt and destroyed, but the scenery of "morning sun and evening shade, a myriad of scenes" remains. Standing here, it seems as if I can hear the ancients sighing, "worrying about the world before worrying about myself." If you come to Yueyang, you must come here to experience its beauty.
The ceiling of Changde Hotel was amazing. I was completely captivated by it after staying there once. From the cozy public areas and the good sleep in the guest rooms to the smart details and practical bathroom facilities, I was pleasantly surprised. The service at the front desk was excellent. As soon as I walked in, Xiao Xiang greeted me with a smile and a warm welcome. It was very comfortable and the check-in was very quick. As soon as I walked in, he kindly asked about directions and introduced me to the hotel. It is the best choice for value for money.

Yuelu Mountain is the tail peak of Nanyue 72 peaks, at an altitude of 300.8 meters, located on the west bank of the Xiangjiang River. It is a very rare urban mountain-type scenic spot. Yuelu Mountain is a huge "plant museum". There are 174 species of plants in the scenic area, 977 species, ancient trees and famous trees, and they can be seen everywhere. Yuelu Mountain is a famous mountain, and there are many scenic spots. There are 21 key cultural relics protected at the provincial level. The secludedness of the night pavilion, the depth of Yuelu Academy, the ancient history of Lushan Temple, the Qing Dynasty of Yunxi Palace, as well as Baihequan, Yuwang Monument, Ernan Poetry Carvings, Yusheli Tower, Yinxin Stone House, etc. are all fascinating. There are also celebrities such as Huang Xing, Cai Yue, Chen Tianhua, which are more solemn in the cangsong and cypress. Yuelu Mountain integrates the Confucianism, Buddha and Tao of the essence of ancient Chinese culture, and includes the cultural connotation of Yuelu Mountain that was jointly developed by the great minds, the old monks and the sauvignons. The famous pavilion of Love Wanting was founded in 1792 by Luo Dian, president of Yuelu College. It is also known as the four famous pavilions in China, the Zuiweng Pavilion in Zhangzhou, Anhui, the Huxin Pavilion in Hangzhou West Lake, and the Taoran Pavilion in Beijing Taoran Park. Love Wanting original red leaf pavilion, because "parking to love Fenglin night, frost leaf red in February flower" renamed love Wanting. In 1952, Hunan University was renovated, and the president Li Da wrote a special letter to Chairman Mao and wrote the "love Wanting" pavilion. In 1969, Yuelushan Park was rebuilt, and Chairman Mao's cursive handprint "Qiyuan Spring-Changsha" was engraved in the algae well, adding luster to the ancient pavilion. The ancient Lushan Temple was built in the first four years of Xijin Tai (268 AD), and the four words "Gu Lushan Temple" on the mountain gate were written by Li Yan, a calligrapher and literaryist in the Tang Dynasty, and printed from the stone of Lushan Temple. Yunxi Palace was built in the 14th year of Mingchenghua (1478 AD) before this legend Huang Guanyu Shimu this famous mountain resort for retreat, but there is no literature to test. Baihequan is located on the south side of the Guanyin Pavilion of Yuelu Mountain, a famous ancient well in the Song Dynasty. During the War of Resistance Against Japan, the pavilion was scrapped. In 1956, the Changsha Municipal People's Government rebuilt Baihe Spring. Make tea with this spring water, the spring water is refreshing, and it can prolong life, which is a must in Yuelu Mountain. From ancient times to the present, residents from far and near have the habit of coming here sooner or later to get water and drink.
The teacher who gave the tour was very good. He took us all the way from the Dongfanghong Square to Yuelu Academy. He also gave explanations along the way. It included reservations and tickets for Yuelu Academy. It was really good value for money!

It's worth a visit. It's recommended to go at night because the sun is too strong during the day. However, the children had a lot of fun. The wild people of Malan Mountain had water splashing interactions, and they were still happy even if they got wet... The layout of the venue is a bit scattered, the signs are clear, and the waiting time for some projects is a bit long. It is recommended to inform tourists of the approximate waiting time and whether each project is open should also be clearly informed
Changsha Window of the World is located on the banks of the Liuyang River in the northeastern suburbs of Changsha City, Hunan Province. It covers an area of 400,000 square meters and is a comprehensive theme park that integrates architectural wonders from all over the world, song and dance performances from all over the world, large-scale equipment amusement, pioneering fashion activities, and film and television shooting bases. Changsha Window of the World was built in 1995 and opened for trial operation on October 1, 1997. It is one of the first 4A-level tourist attractions in the country.

I had read a few reviews that commented that the show was a bit old, with acts that are outdated.Boy am I glad I still went ahead and book the tickets for the show. The performances are varied, from somber to sweet to lighthearted. It is in a variety show format, with each mini act showcasing a different minority tribe and their customs. The"corpse driving" segment really brought the tears out of me. Especially when the mom embraced her son's body and wailed. This act talks about the bravery of the heroes who will defend the nation to their deaths, and the custom of "driving the corpses" back to their hometown to return the bodies to the parents. It gives a whole new meaning to this practice and the host even said that the ritual is not supposed to be scary. All the performers gave their best for the audience. I am glad I paid for the SVIP tickets. Every penny is worth it. They really worked hard to entertain us!
I bought the cheapest C-zone tickets and took my family of three to the show. The show was divided into indoor and outdoor venues. You could watch the indoor performance first and then the outdoor venue at no additional charge. The show itself was quite good, and it was fun to take my family out for a trip!

Changsha is really amazing, the nightlife is too powerful, and I still have to turn over the table and wait for dinner at 12 o'clock in the evening. The popular online celebrities are all in a row of 3 or 4 hours and hundreds of seats. I really don't understand why young people are willing to pay for such a long queue time now? Anyway, I don't want to. The lights at Tianxin Pavilion at night really still meet the nightlife of Changsha. You can go and see it.
The night show is a bit more expensive than the daytime show, but it has a light show that takes great photos, and there's also a song and dance performance, which everyone does well. Plus, there are some interactive games with the audience, which adds to the fun. It's worth the price.
