Because I only stayed in Jeju Island for more than six hours, I can't talk about it, but I went to three places and gave me a good impression. We came from the port. We didn't know Korean and didn't have a taxi software, but we still packaged a car (must go forward and walk more so cheaper) The driver is very enthusiastic but will not speak Korean 🤭 The weather was not very good when we arrived, but it was not hot. The street was very clean and there were flowers and smells everywhere. Every attraction we went to was not big. I think the ticket was 10 yuan. It was a bit expensive. 🙄 (they have discounts) because of time. After going to the Occasion Market, the seafood is fresh, and the orange series is very atmospheric.😃 I bought a bottle of pure-pressed juice and special rice cakes and returned to the boat.🚢
As a popular tourist destination in South Korea, Jeju Island has been evaluated in a diversified way in recent years. It has been praised for its high cost-effectiveness, natural and cultural charm, but also faced controversy and challenges. The following is a comprehensive analysis based on the latest information: --- ### **I. High cost-effectiveness and convenience** 1. **Convenient transportation** Jeju Island implements a visa-free policy for Chinese tourists. The flight time from Beijing and Shanghai is only about 2 hours, and the one-way ticket price of low-cost airlines is as low as a few hundred yuan, making it a popular choice for short-distance travel. 2. **Affordable consumption** The shopping experience on the island is cost-effective. From beauty and cultural products to independent designer brands, the prices are reasonable and the variety is rich. In terms of catering, the per capita consumption of special delicacies such as black pork and seafood soup is low, which is suitable for mass tourists. --- ### **II. The attraction of natural and cultural landscapes** 1. **Unique volcanic landforms** Jeju Island is famous for its natural landscapes formed by volcanic eruptions, such as Hallasan (the highest peak in South Korea), Seongsan Ilchulbong, and columnar joint belts, which are listed on the World Natural Heritage List. The snow scene in winter is described as "poetic and picturesque". 2. **Rich cultural experience** - **Haenyeo culture**: As an intangible cultural heritage, there are about 4,000 haenyeo (mostly over 60 years old) in Jeju Island. Visitors can observe their fishing operations up close and taste fresh seafood. - **Olle Trail**: The 437-kilometer hiking route was selected as "one of the top ten most popular coastal hiking routes in the world" and is suitable for in-depth exploration of natural scenery. --- ### **III. Diversity of activities and experiences** 1. **Water sports** Jeju Island's waters are famous for their clear waters and rich marine life. They are suitable for snorkeling and diving (especially soft coral viewing), and are suitable for novices. 2. **Film and television and e-sports elements** Many Korean dramas (such as "Strange Lawyer Woo Young-woo" and "The Legend of the Blue Sea") and variety show filming locations attract fans to check in, and the snow scene videos shared by e-sports player Rascal also stimulate the interest of young tourists. 3. **Leisure and Art** There are uniquely designed cafes and art galleries (such as the YUMIN Art Museum designed by Tadao Ando) on the island, which are suitable for art lovers. --- ### **Fourth, Controversy and Challenges** 1. **Declining Tourist Attraction** Some Chinese tourists believe that the landscape is highly repetitive (such as Halla Mountain, Sunrise Peak and other classic attractions are prone to aesthetic fatigue), and the advantage of duty-free shopping has weakened due to the rise of cross-border e-commerce. 2. **Varied Service Quality** There are feedbacks that some restaurants and small shops have communication barriers or service attitude problems, which affect the experience. 3. **Safety Concerns** In recent years, there have been many maritime accidents (such as the capsizing of fishing boats), reminding tourists to choose regular travel companies and pay attention to weather warnings.

Hamdeok Beach is located in the north of Jeju Island, about 12 kilometers away from Jeju International Airport. It can be reached by bus and taxi, and the transportation is convenient. The beach offers a variety of marine activities such as transparent kayaks, jet skis, speedboats, etc. There are many delicious restaurants near the beach, such as the seafood restaurant Hamdeok, the black pork restaurant, and the milk tea shop MEGA MGC Coffee. You can choose the hotel according to your needs, ranging from 50 meters to 500 meters away from the beach.
Hamdeok Beach was the beach I chose when I first went to Jeju Island. It is large, has many restaurants, and some hotels provide Chinese services, which is friendly to Chinese people. The beach is like a shallow beach, clear to the bottom, and is a bright green. Some hotels are close to the beach, and you can take a taxi from Jeju Airport to the hotel, which is convenient for transportation.

Whenever I go to a place, I usually go to a famous local night market. I am used to seeing stinky tofu, grilled squid and takoyaki everywhere. When I walked into Jeju Island, Dongmun Market Night Market, my eyes were also brightened. I saw all kinds of fresh food. Black pork, grilled seafood, fried citrus shrimp, Udo peanut chocolate ice cream, abalone, seaweed rice, hamburger steak, and I was curious and surprised. The guy also knew how to dance. It was very interesting and interactive! I tried a roast pork with black bread. The sauce was delicious, the black bread was crispy, and the roast meat was thick and big. It's a bit dry and a little hard to chew 😅 Eat while walking or standing 😋 You can buy a variety of specialties in the market connected to the night market, which is cheaper than the duty-free shop 💰 There are many choices, all kinds of oranges 🍊 The specialties are piled up.
This is similar to the domestic wet market, with seafood, but it seems that there are no restaurants that process seafood on site. Vegetables, fruits, etc. are all available for sale. There is a cooling device on the top of the market, but it doesn't seem to work very well. It's really inconvenient to buy some food in the market and not find a trash can.

Jeju Island's old pedestrian street, compared with the downtown Yeon-dong, there are not many people here, there are many shops, everything you need, sports shoes are very cheap, Internet celebrity small items are also a big shopping spot, there are so many things to see
Qixing Street is just opposite Dongmen Market. There are many duty-free shops there, where you can find shoes that are cheaper and better looking than in China. For example, the pair on my feet is nearly 300 yuan cheaper than the official website, and there should be very few size 220 in China, which is just right.

It was an amazing feeling to a place like this. Extraordinary moment felt in the lap of mother earth under the blue sky. Everyone should try to visit the place like this and admire its beauty with others. It is a place under budget and everyone has an easy excess to the place. For me it was a memorable place as I have travelled with someone very close to me and my heart. You guys can also make memories in the lap of mother earth under the blue sky. It is the budgeted area with public transport facility. What a place to be during past time . You can experience a whole new world 🌍. If you are travel lover then this is for you , you should be there . I recommend to all of you to visit this place once in the life time and make it worthy.Thank you🇳🇵🌼🌸🌺🎉💐🌻🔱🔯🕉
Jeju Love Land is also very fun. Many of the collections in the park are also very good. Many things in Jeju Island look very beautiful, and there are many sights to visit here.
