The Rainforest Walking on Mount Keno is a journey of depth and pristineness. Along the winding path into the forest, you can feel the breath of trees with a strong earthy and plant aroma. The canopy is dense, the light is mottled, and the pace is slow on the soft, wet leaves. Along the way, you will pass by suspension bridges, streams and waterfalls, each like a natural punch point. Occasionally, you can hear the chorus of birds and insects, and the foot sounds intertwined with natural rhythms, so that people can immerse themselves in it. Guides guides the hard-to-find wild plants and fungi, which are a fun to explore on foot. What impressed me most was an open viewing platform, where the valleys, rainforests and distant mountains were clear and the view was wide and quiet. The wetness of the rainforest and the refreshingness of the mountain breeze make the whole experience both relaxing and exhilarating. This hike is not a simple walk, but a rhythmic exercise in dialogue with nature, and the body and mind are re-adjusted by the forest.
