In general, it is pretty good, there are many activities to play and the scenery is great. The only problem is that it is too sunny and hot in July. It is recommended to choose a cooler season to play.
It is best to visit the two islands of Xiangshawan in two days. It will be very relaxing and you can play everything. When the desert is windy, the sand is still easy to fly. You can prepare a soft gauze curtain to cover your face. You can buy a second-hand sandboard when you come and sell it when you leave. You don’t spend much money, but the children can play by themselves at any time. It is very comfortable to stay in the desert from 5 to 7 o’clock. There is not much sun, fewer and fewer people, and a large area of desert is to yourself. We went in early in the morning to play land projects on Xiansha Island and played for a whole day. We went to Yuesha Island after checking in on the first day. We played all afternoon and came out of the desert after 7 o'clock. The children were very happy

The self-driving trip from Ordos City to Yemingsha Tourist Area was not long, and the scenery along the way was also very good. It was really fun when we got there! Once we got there, we saw golden sand dunes everywhere, which was particularly spectacular. I rode a camel first, slowly wandering in the desert, feeling like a time-traveling traveler. Then I played sand sliding, "whoosh" rushing down from the high sand slope, the wind whistling in my ears, my heartbeat accelerated! Lying on the sand and looking at the stars at night, the Milky Way was so big and bright, so beautiful that I was speechless. This trip was fun and unforgettable, I will come again next time!

The Qixing Lake Desert Ecological Zone is really fun! When I got there, the continuous dunes were like golden waves, which was spectacular. I first experienced the exciting desert cross-country. The car galloped between the dunes, dived for a while and climbed for a while. My heartbeat was almost bursting. Then ride a camel slowly and sit on the camel's back, feeling that time has slowed down. In the evening, watching the sunset on the bank of Qixing Lake, the afterglow spilled on the body, warm, I was stunned at that moment, I really strongly recommend everyone to feel it!
The specific location of the lone tree and sand dunes is at the westernmost part of the entire scenic area. After entering the road, pay attention to the right hand side. If you look carefully, you can directly see the lone tree. There will be a road with ruts to enter, but non-off-road vehicles should not enter because there is a short sandy road. When we went there, a car got stuck there and had to be towed. Non-off-road vehicles can only park on the side of the road and walk more than a kilometer to enter.
Swan Lake is beautiful to watch the sunset.
