As I said, you should climb Huangshan at an off-peak time. Not only are there fewer people and the scenery is beautiful, but the housing prices are also cheap. It is also convenient to come from the Yangtze River Delta region. The only problem is that local taxi fares are relatively expensive, and the cost of scenic area tickets plus the cable car is not cheap either.
Overall, it's a great summer getaway, perfect for a stroll and a look. Highly recommended. Scenery: Excellent Fun: Perfect for the whole family Value: Excellent value. The night view is also fantastic. I've always wanted to visit Huangshan, and this year I finally got to do it.

Before I went there, many people on the Internet said it was not worth going, but after I went there, it was very worth it. The scenery is beautiful and the architecture is unique. It feels like I have been to a fairy tale drama. Although the snack street is commercialized, the prices are still reasonable.
The design of Wangxian Valley is quite successful, seamlessly blending in with the authentic mountains and water. Remarkably, despite constant renovations, it hasn't disrupted visitors' enjoyment. I visited last November and returned again this past April, and I haven't experienced any signs of fatigue. Visiting Wangxian Valley is essential in the afternoon to fully appreciate its beauty. Wait until nightfall, when the lights come on and the view of the cascading stars hanging from the cliffs is truly breathtaking.

Autumn Drying: Huangling's autumn harvest is a truly unique sight. Hundreds of Hui-style dwellings are staggered across a slope with a hundred-meter drop. As the sun rises above the mountains, the colorful harvests of the harvest are displayed on the drying racks and in the round drying plaques of the Hui-style dwellings throughout the mountain village, creating a unique agricultural spectacle. Red peppers, yellow corn, purple eggplant, and other fruits, like nature's overturned palette, adorn the ancient village with a picturesque ambiance. Terrace Flower Sea: Take a cable car ride up and overlook the vast terraced flower fields, a breathtaking display of vibrant colors that blanket the mountains. In spring, the rapeseed blossoms are a sea of golden yellow, like a golden ocean; in autumn, the terraced fields and the ancient village complement each other, creating a natural, idyllic oil painting.  Huaxi Water Street: This is Huangling's signature attraction. The entire street is covered in water mist, and the flowers along the street are enchantingly beautiful in the mist, creating a fairyland-like experience. The gurgling stream, accompanied by the surrounding Hui-style buildings, creates a unique Jiangnan landscape.   Hui-style Architecture: Huangling preserves a large number of ancient buildings from the Ming and Qing dynasties, representing a prime example of Hui-style architecture. The stone, brick, and wood carvings are exquisitely crafted. The area boasts a complete collection of cultural institutions, including opera stages, water-mouth forests, academies, and ancestral halls. Strolling through the area feels like stepping back into ancient times, allowing you to deeply experience the profoundness of Hui culture.

I went to check out the night view the night before, and bought a ticket to the pavilion the next morning. It was 38 degrees Celsius, and I took a sauna. The setting sun and the solitary wild goose flew together, and the autumn water and the sky were the same color.
The 50 yuan ticket to visit Tengwang Pavilion at night is more valuable than the ticket to visit Tengwang Pavilion during the day. It is a great place to take the children to check in. Standing on the attic overlooking the scenery on both sides of the Ganjiang River is very beautiful and very photogenic!

Lushan is picturesque and particularly beautiful. It is definitely worth a visit. This should be the most beautiful mountain near Wuhan. Of course, the cost is also high, but the scenery is really beautiful.
The ticket to Lushan is not expensive, but there is a cable car, sightseeing bus, small train, and some trains, all of which need to be purchased, especially to go to San Diequan. You have to go up and down the same way, climb the stairs, and climb until you doubt your life. It is said to be more than a thousand, but it really feels like climbing to the end. We went to San Diequan after climbing the five peaks. It was from 7 o'clock in the morning to 6 o'clock in the evening because the sightseeing bus stopped at 7 o'clock. The ticket can be used repeatedly, but you have to pay for the cable car once you use it. My physical strength is limited, so I booked a two-day trip and only went up and down the mountain for one day.

The typical Hui-style village landscape, with its Nanhu Lake and Yuezhao, elevates Hongcun's architectural design compared to other villages. The idea of "a step back, a waxing moon, a waning moon" is ingrained into our daily lives. There were quite a few students painting; next time, they could bring pen and paper for some sketching and pass the time. However, as a 5A scenic spot, it could certainly add some intangible cultural heritage experiences, such as woodcarving and root carving workshops or fish lantern making. Otherwise, it's just a stroll without any fun, which feels a bit lacking.
The parking lot is often full, a testament to Hongcun's popularity. Hongcun's South Lake is particularly beautiful, bustling with people, shoulder to shoulder. Check-in photos are everywhere.

The scenery is beautiful and unique. It's also very cool up the mountain, a great summer retreat. The cool breeze is very comfortable, and the climb isn't tiring. However, the management of the cable car up and down is a bit poor and needs to be improved.
The second stop was Sanqingshan, a place with a ethereal aura and breathtaking scenery. The west coast was under renovation, so I took the middle loop to avoid exhaustion. The Oriental Goddess, the Giant Python, and the Penguin Presenting Peaches are must-sees.

A trip to Jiuhua Mountain is a journey of mental and physical hardship, physical exhaustion, and even physical deprivation. Although we took a bus and a cable car, after the cable car, we still had to hike for 60 minutes (with a 30-minute break) to reach Datiantai Temple. The steep climb was a physical and mental exercise.
It is convenient to purchase tickets on Ctrip. Just show the QR code when checking the ticket. In addition to the bus ticket going up and down the mountain, you can also take the mountain shuttle bus from Huxingshan Station to Wolshenbojeon, Tiantai and other scenic spots.

The resort is perfect for an evening visit. There's a barbecue viewing platform where you can enjoy a meal while watching the fireworks and drone show. However, it's expensive, costing 60 yuan per person for a seat. Of course, you can choose not to eat and watch from the side areas.
Because we went there at 6pm, I felt that the price/performance ratio was not high. I only went in to watch a fireworks show and iron flowers, and there was no interaction afterwards. This ticket should be valid for 2 days.

Taoyangli might be a good place for those who enjoy taking photos. I didn't hire a guide, and the weather was hot, so I just took a quick look around. This was my first time in Jingdezhen, so let me share my personal experience. Maybe it was because it was a summer weekend, but when I got off the high-speed train, it was packed. It felt like the entire train had already gotten off. I couldn't get a ride-hailing service, so I had to wait in line for a taxi, which was incredibly long. My next complaint is about the taxis in Jingdezhen. They don't follow the rules. Many taxis pull in, then stop halfway and the drivers get out to solicit passengers. The staff ignore them, saying it's not their responsibility. As a result, those in line watched helplessly as the incoming taxis picked up those willing to pay a higher price and drove away. It took over 40 minutes before my turn arrived. As my car pulled out of the station, I saw a traffic patrol car coming out of the basement. I was puzzled. Law enforcement officers should have been present, so why didn't anyone show up to take care of things during that long wait? Jingdezhen is a popular destination, and I hope the transportation system improves. Otherwise, I doubt anyone who's been there will be willing to come again.
The check-in process was very pleasant. It was done quickly, and the front desk was very kind and patient. "The overall service was excellent, and I was very satisfied with the room. Because we were an extra person, we had to pay an additional 29 per person for breakfast, but with a wide variety of options, the price was quite good for the price."
