Huangling is the most beautiful village in China. It is located at the junction of Zhejiang and Jiangxi. If you drive by yourself, you need to get off the highway and then walk along a rural road to get there. There is free parking in the scenic area. The cable car to the scenic area is mandatory. The ticket plus the cable car is 140, which is a bit expensive. The scenery on the mountain is very good, but there seems to be no lights at night, and there was a rainstorm, which felt a bit dangerous.

Although it's not rapeseed blossom season in March, I still couldn't help but marvel at nature's wonders. There are two routes from the base of the mountain to the summit. The first route follows the navigation (after passing the ticket gate, it leads directly to Observation Deck No. 1). The descent, guided by a local, passes the most beautiful observation deck. There's also a scarecrow park nearby; I recommend visiting when the sun isn't too strong to take photos. From the base to the summit, various B&Bs are lined up along the way, generally quite affordable. At the summit, there's a four-star B&B. The infinity pool was my main attraction, but unfortunately, it was under maintenance during our visit. If you want to see the sunrise, sunset, stars, and sea of clouds, I recommend staying at the top, where most of the properties are single-family and cost a bit more. The thousand-year-old Tachuan is peaceful and solemn in winter. There are very few tourists. There are only two of us and another family of three. We can't appreciate "one of the four most beautiful autumn colors in China" at all. We plan to visit again in autumn when the leaves turn red.

Because of the time arrangement, I only saw the night view. I feel that it would be better during the day. Several attractions are not open at night, but you can taste the food. Also, if you come to Hongcun, it is best not to get off at Huangshan West Station, because there is no bus to this place. It costs about 200 yuan to take a taxi.
We went around 3 p.m., and it was a bit overcast, with soft lighting, perfect for taking photos. The night view of Yuezhao is stunning at night, so if you have enough time, you can stay overnight to experience it all.
The Hongcun Aju performance was fantastic, telling the story of the resilience of Huizhou women. The live performance simulated rain and snow, so you'll need to wear a raincoat or use an umbrella to protect yourself if you're sitting in the front row. After the performance, you can take photos with the performers, and there are international performers, so it's worth seeing.

Maybe it's because it's off-season, there are not many people in the scenic area. I didn't see many staff members, most of them were selling snacks. So I can't talk about service, the scenery is okay. The big Buddha is impressive
During the last week of summer vacation, I took my parents, children, and my aunt and uncle to Jiande for a second visit, catching up on the Daciyan Rock we missed the previous time. Looking at the online guide, I was worried my 70-year-old parents wouldn't be able to climb the entire loop, but in the end, all seven of us went down the dry slide together. It was so much fun! The beauty of Jiangnan's Hanging Temple is undoubtedly the best in Jiangsu and Zhejiang. In summer, I highly recommend taking the cable car, walking along the way, taking photos, refilling water bottles, and resting in the pavilion. You can complete the entire loop. It took a little over four hours, and then we took the super long slide down the mountain. It was perfect. In autumn, you can even see the huge ginkgo tree on the mountain, which is even more beautiful!

Hangzhou Qingshan Lake is really fun! I went to play last weekend and it was like breaking into a fairyland. The lake is particularly clear and sparkling. The water forest is super shocking, and the cedar trees stand upright in the water and are lush. I rented a kayak and shuttled through the woods, and it felt great. There are still many people picnicking on the shore, and the atmosphere is particularly good. When I was tired, I went to eat local specialties. The taste was also very good. The treasures must come if they have the opportunity!
When we were there (March 29,2025) it was cold and windy with shower rain.We expected to see green water forest (Matcha lake as someone calls) so this attraction was the first place we came when we visited Hangzhou but it wasn't green at all so we didn't buy the tickets to get in just walk along the free path.Anyway you can see this place from this free area.If you don't expect anything this lake is still worth to visit just spend your time walking here but sunny day may be better.
