My day trip to Bipenggou was an amazing experience, and I have to give a shout-out to our guide, Nana! This day trip to Bipenggou completely exceeded my expectations! The colorful forests were like an oil painting, the reflections in Longwang Lake were crystal clear, the snow-capped mountains of Yanziyanwo were right before my eyes, and the red rock beach was dazzlingly red—everywhere was breathtakingly beautiful. Even more fortunate was having such a reliable guide! Before departure, she gave detailed advice on what to wear and tips for dealing with altitude sickness. The itinerary was perfectly timed, avoiding peak crowds and allowing ample time for photos at each key attraction. The guide was professional and considerate, not only vividly explaining the stories behind the sights but also proactively helping us take group photos and finding the best vantage points. When she noticed someone experiencing mild altitude sickness, she immediately brought out spare oxygen cylinders and glucose, patiently answering all our questions, making the trip incredibly worry-free. The pace of the itinerary was relaxed, and the shuttle bus connections were smooth, requiring absolutely no planning. With such beautiful scenery and a great guide, this trip was both enjoyable and relaxing. I've already recommended it to my friends, and I definitely want to go with Nana again next time!
Bipenggou is one of the most beautiful place to visiit in Chengdu, this trip is very worth my money.

A near-perfect scenic area. The staff are enthusiastic and responsible. The area is sparsely populated and very peaceful in winter, perfect for hikers. The round trip hike to Flower Child is 27 kilometers with an elevation gain of over 1000 meters, offering a certain level of challenge.
It was perfect timing to catch the rime ice after school started, with the mountains and fields covered in white. Be aware of altitude sickness. The shuttle buses in the scenic area are fine, probably because there are fewer people in winter, the buses aren't crowded, and the departure intervals are relatively short.

It wasn't too difficult, a leisurely walk, and the trail conditions were excellent. The only downside was the limited number of hiking medals. I arrived a Friday morning before 10 am during fall break, and as soon as I logged in, it said all the medals were gone. The main reason I brought my child was to get a medal.
1. Natural Scenery: Visitors generally praise Mengding Mountain's sea of clouds, tea gardens, and forest landscapes, describing them as dreamlike and ethereal. The summer temperature is pleasant (around 23℃), making it a perfect summer retreat. 2. Cultural Heritage: As a "World Sacred Mountain of Tea Culture," Mengding Mountain focuses on tea culture. The "Dragon's Eighteen Styles" tea ceremony performance and the Tea History Museum are highly praised, and visitors can experience the joys of tea picking and tasting. 3. Family-Friendly: Some reviews mention that the scenic area is suitable for family trips, with convenient facilities and strong interactive elements, such as tea picking activities and tea garden walks. 4. Historical Sites: Historical sites such as the Red Army's Baizhangguan Battle Memorial Hall attract educational visitors, enhancing the depth of the visit. 5. Convenient Transportation: Only a 1-hour drive from Chengdu, it connects to nearby attractions such as Bifengxia and Shangli Ancient Town, offering flexible itineraries. In summary, Mengding Mountain, with its unique natural and cultural resources, has become a popular choice for tourism in Ya'an, especially suitable for tourists who enjoy tea culture, natural scenery, and historical exploration.

Although autumn has passed, you can still catch a glimpse of some autumn scenery. The scenic area is large, the air is fresh, and you can go hiking to enjoy the scenery and experience the beauty of nature in different seasons.
Golden leaves carpeted my feet, autumn colors shifting with every step. Looking up, every step revealed a new hue, every glance a new scene, layer upon layer, reflected in the clear blue water. The entire mountain and the entire body of water were bathed in the vibrant hues of autumn. ~~~~Songpinggou

Shenmu Lei Scenic Area's main attractions include Redwood Terrace, Shenmu Lei, the Root Sculpture Garden, Pagla Sacred Mountain, Kazi Peak, Jianjian Mountain, the Five-Colored Pond, the Pine and Fern Garden, and the Bijiaopo Rhododendron Forest. The scenic area is primarily characterized by forests, snow-capped mountains, streams, alpine meadows, and alpine calcified flow pools. Verdant meadows are scattered among the forests, and surrounding them are undulating mountains, some steep and towering, others winding and winding.
It's a small attraction, not crowded, but the view after climbing the mountain is also beautiful! It's cool on the way up, and the climate changes a lot! After the tour, it rained heavily halfway down the mountain! It was so cold!

Tangjiahe offers a beautiful environment and a healthy ecosystem, with clear air and comfortable temperatures. The wildlife is spotty, and we mainly saw 🐒 and 🐿️. The 🐒 are very active, so be careful not to touch them, as they might grab you or steal your belongings. However, the attractions weren't particularly interesting. We mainly visited the Xiangfei Trail, Linghou Valley, and Shuilungou. The giant panda area wasn't open to the public, so while we might have seen some, it was a disappointment.
There are not many people at the scenic spots after the festival, so you don't have to queue up. You can take the scenic panda car to see the scenery along the way. There are several scenic spots on the way where you can ask to get off. After playing, wait for the next scenic bus. It is recommended to take the bus for the whole journey, look at the scenic spots where you need to get off, and tell the driver when you return, and he will stop. The driver will remind you when he sees animals on the road and drive very slowly so that you can take pictures. At present, some scenic spots are under maintenance, so the tickets are already discounted. It is recommended to take the scenic bus, which is nearly 30 kilometers round trip.

A truly perfect recommendation! Our group of 9 and a half senior citizens chartered a car to explore Chongqing, visiting Fairy Mountain National Forest Park, the Three Natural Bridges, and the Wujiang River Viewpoint (Wujiang Gallery). The experience far exceeded our expectations! The driver's car was not only spotless, but the interior temperature was also perfectly set, making the seniors feel comfortable and at ease from the moment they got in. The driving was also exceptionally smooth throughout the journey, without any bumps or jolting, giving us a great sense of security. He provided detailed explanations of Chongqing's local customs and culture along the way, and the itinerary was well-planned, with perfectly timed stops at each attraction – neither rushed nor overly drawn-out. What's most commendable is that the elderly members of our group tend to be talkative and ask many questions, but the driver was incredibly patient throughout the entire trip. He answered every question, whether it was a repetitive one or a minor inquiry, with great care. At the attractions, he proactively reminded us to be careful where the roads were slippery, to avoid getting lost, and to avoid backtracking. He even explained the tour route clearly and thoroughly. He was considerate and thoughtful in every aspect, ensuring that the elderly had a happy and worry-free trip. Such a wonderful driver deserves double praise!
A Trip to Fairy Mountain: A Healing Journey into a Real-Life "Oriental Switzerland" Having long heard of Fairy Mountain's reputation as the "Number One Pasture in Southern China," this trip truly lived up to its name! Escaping the city's sweltering heat in the height of summer, the cool 22°C here felt like natural air conditioning. The lush green forests and boundless grasslands intertwined, making every snapshot a wallpaper-worthy moment. Strolling along the wooden boardwalk, herds of cattle and sheep grazed leisurely on the meadows, the wind rippling through the meadows like waves of green, the only sounds being birdsong and the wind—even the air felt sweet and refreshing. The highlight was the horseback riding experience. Galloping across the open grasslands, feeling the wind through my hair, instantly forgot all my worries. I also checked out the popular miniature train, winding through the forest like stepping into a fairytale. In the evening, I checked into a guesthouse by the grasslands, where a sky full of stars awaited me. Dinner featured a whole roasted lamb, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, paired with local plum juice—a truly hearty and rustic experience. The scenic area boasts comprehensive facilities and convenient transportation, offering unique enjoyment for families, couples, and friends alike. This hidden grassland paradise in Wulong, Chongqing, combines the vastness of northern grasslands with the delicate beauty of southern landscapes, making it absolutely worth visiting repeatedly. Next time, I'll definitely bring a tent to watch the sunrise and sunset on the grassland!

Wenshu Monastery in Chengdu is the best-preserved Qing Dynasty imperial Zen temple in the city center. It's easily accessible by subway, admission is free, and you can experience the "millennial temple + old Chengdu slow-paced lifestyle" in just 1-2 hours. Location: Located in Qingyang District, the center of Chengdu, adjacent to the "Wenshu Monastery" station on Metro Line 1, making it easily accessible. Status: A key cultural relic under provincial protection in Sichuan Province, and the best-preserved Qing Dynasty imperial Zen temple in the city. Highlights: The temple's treasures include an imperial plaque from Emperor Kangxi, the skull relic of Xuanzang, a thousand-year-old ginkgo tree, and calligraphy by Mi Fu from the Song Dynasty. Features: Free admission, complimentary incense offerings; enjoy tea in covered bowls and affordable vegetarian meals within the temple, experiencing the slow pace of old Chengdu life. Hours: Open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. A visit can be completed in 1-2 hours, and can be combined with visits to Taikoo Li and Chunxi Road on the same day.
The performance at the Liyuan Guild Hall is wonderful! The face-changing master changes his face in an instant, mysteriously, the fire-breathing stunts make the flames soar into the sky and shock the audience, the shadow play and diabolo acrobatics are lively and vivid, and the long-mouthed pot tea art is smooth and flowing, which makes people unable to take their eyes off every minute and every second! The actors have a solid foundation, and in the interactive session, they can also high-five with the face-changing master and feel the changes of the facial makeup up close, which is very immersive. Drinking tea in a covered bowl in the quaint theater is like traveling back to the heyday of the Liyuan. There are no boring moments throughout the whole process, which is absolutely worth the ticket price! An audio-visual bomb that blends tradition and modernity, the first choice for Chengdu cultural experience!

Unfortunately, the cable car was under maintenance, so we couldn't take it. Walking up would have taken too much time, so we only made it to Quanzhen Temple before turning back! A bit of a disappointment! Qingcheng Mountain was still a bit chilly at the end of November, probably because we didn't see the sun! With its towering ancient trees and rich Taoist culture, Qingcheng Mountain is definitely worth coming back to take the cable car to the top again!
Mount Qingcheng boasts lush vegetation, abundant forests, and high humidity. Combined with its altitude of several hundred meters, the temperature is relatively low, making it an ideal summer retreat. Streams flow through the mountains, their sounds adding to the tranquil atmosphere. Yuecheng Lake's calm surface reflects the surrounding mountains and trees, creating a picturesque scene. As a renowned Taoist mountain, it possesses a rich cultural heritage. The architecture on the mountain is largely inspired by nature, blending seamlessly with its surroundings and exuding natural charm. For example, the Demon-Subduing Stone is said to be a remnant of Zhang Tianshi's battle with eight demons, and it was also a filming location for the 1986 TV series "Journey to the West," adding to its mystique.

Although there are many warning posts online, you really have to experience it for yourself to truly appreciate the scenery! Also, timing is crucial; a crowded trip will definitely diminish the experience. The eastern route is beautiful and perfect for family hikes! There are also many monkeys along the way, completely different from those in zoos.
It was pretty good. During the spring and autumn holidays, we took the kids to see the colorful forests, and we accidentally climbed to a peak of 3800 meters. The kids were perfectly fine, but we adults were exhausted. The Red Stone Beach on the west route still had some red rocks, and the monkeys were quite fierce. The colorful forests on both sides of the mountains on the east route were beautiful; we'll go again in the summer.
