On the last day in Lhasa, I searched for this teahouse and came to try it. This is a teahouse in a nunnery, and it is run by nuns. The place is very authentic, not a place to entertain tourists, so you can really feel the taste of local life. I ordered Tibetan noodles and wide noodles, which I really think are delicious. The taste of the soup base makes me want to drink a few bowls. The texture of the noodles is also good. I have to order sweet tea, which is served in a traditional pot and is very distinctive. $11 is really affordable. I met local grandpas and grandmas in the store, they were very nice and chatted with me.
A very old temple teahouse in Lhasa, affiliated to Canggu Temple, so all the monks from Canggu Temple are working inside. The tea is delicious, one pound is five yuan, I like to eat vegetarian buns, a few are affordable, one yuan each, and a bowl of noodles is five yuan, the price-performance ratio is very good. For one person, a pot of tea, a bowl of noodles and five buns are enough. The environment is unique!

A genuine internet celebrity shop, the Potala Palace is basically full of tourists checking in. The most attractive thing should be the photos and messages on the wall. All the walls are covered with them, and there is not even a gap to fill them. The staff have to climb the ladder to fix the photos on. The yogurt cake is delicious and refreshing. It has a fresh fragrance after being sprinkled with barley flour. The yogurt is OK. It is better not to add ice cream. There is white sugar on the table. If you feel it is too sour, you can add some. There are other snacks. If you are tired of climbing the Potala Palace, it is just right to eat something and take a rest.
When traveling to Lhasa, it is essential to try their local yak yogurt. Many people recommended this store, so I tried it. It is an Internet celebrity store. You basically need to queue up during holidays. It is easy to find. There are many postcards and wishing labels left by tourists in the store. The yogurt tastes really sour. With the sweet rose jam on the top, the taste becomes better. The yogurt is very thick. You can try it. It is their specialty dessert. I tried it because every table ordered it. I am not used to the taste of barley. My friends who were traveling with me finished it. Haha.

Lao Guangming Teahouse really surprised me. There are so many people here. It should be the largest teahouse in Lhasa. 90% of the tea drinkers are locals, and there are tourists occasionally. You can find a seat by yourself, and sit wherever there is one. Basically, you share a table with Tibetan people. They are very friendly and it is very pleasant to chat with them. The environment is really ordinary, even a little dirty. Sweet tea requires a deposit of 10 yuan for a pot. When I left, I forgot to come back and talk to them and refunded it. The Tibetan brother told me that it is best to drink it cup by cup, and the taste is different each time. The potatoes are okay, and it smells good when I see other people eating Tibetan noodles. You can come and sit, you can really feel their happiness.
Lao Guangming Gangqiong Sweet Teahouse is a time-honored sweet teahouse in Lhasa. It is a large place with many people. Sweet tea is like bubble milk tea without pearls, and you won't get used to it. We ate freshly fried potatoes and fried noodles here, drank several cups of sweet tea, and solved our breakfast and lunch together.

The taste is very suitable for me, delicious! Recommended! I hope more people can come here. There are also sticky notes on the wall with photos or messages of various people. The boss is also very kind. In short, I recommend this place!
This is the most satisfying restaurant I've eaten in Tibet. The Matsutake Chicken Soup Noodles is suitable for those who don't eat spicy food. It's a small restaurant with one boss and one waiter. The boss is basically in the kitchen. If you want to eat something, just look at the sign on the wall and shout at the kitchen door. I wanted to order a single vegetable, but the boss said that vegetables were not available a la carte. Later, he gave me a mini plate of vegetables. The egg crisps and yogurt were also delicious. I went there again before leaving Lhasa today. The Matsutake in the Matsutake Chicken Soup Noodles felt a little uncleaned and tasted a little sandy, but it didn't affect my love for it.

After many years, I came back to this Tsom Jelly. It was actually more of a memory. A roadside shop on Ecological Road. I walked here with a group of friends after watching the sunset at Yaowang Mountain. Unfortunately, we are all gone now. There are still many people queuing, mixed with tourists and locals. But the taste is not as good as before. The jelly is so-so, the fries are not crispy enough, but the yogurt popsicles are good.
A small shop with a simple appearance. There are always a lot of people queuing in front of it. When I came to Lhasa, my friends recommended this shop to me. Auntie had to arrange it. The jelly is so delicious. It is sticky and tastes great. The homemade chili oil is very fan. The potato strips are also delicious. The sweet tea is also delicious. Nice🌸

Come to Lhasa to play, you have to eat well! I originally wanted to go to a small shop full of Tibetans to eat a bowl of Tibetan noodles for 6 yuan, but my companion couldn't stand the strong and solidified smell [JoyTears][JoyTears][JoyTears], so I searched for this "Junshi", which is near the Jokhang Temple. The house number is not conspicuous, but it is very surprising to go in. The ingredients are all found in the mountains. It is a very interesting video of foraging. I ate a bowl of Tibetan wild mushroom chicken soup noodles, which tasted very delicious. It was served with fruits and side dishes, and ordered another portion of yak beef. It was December at this time, and there were newly picked Tianma. It was the first time to taste steamed Tianma with honey. Later, I wanted to taste a small mouthful of noodles, and the store owner happily agreed. I didn't expect that another big bowl was served. Hahaha, it felt like I ate two servings. The environment is also very comfortable. My companion didn't sleep well the day before because of altitude sickness. After eating, he actually fell asleep in the store. It is really a very leisurely store!
Ten-day Tibetan seasonal set meal (Barkhor Street): On the last day of the Tibet trip, I had a flight in the afternoon. I planned to go to Barkhor Street again in the morning. I searched for nearby food and saw this recommended restaurant. My wife's romantic journey 5, Liu Tao and others also came to taste it. Come and taste it before leaving Lhasa. It only opens at 10:30 in the morning. I strolled around and came here when it was open. The decoration style is simple and Japanese. The food is the first Tibetan organic set meal. I ordered a Tibetan wild mushroom chicken soup powder set meal, and seasonal wild vegetables + fruits + organic yak yogurt were given as a gift. The price is more expensive than ordinary rice noodles. The soup base of the rice noodles is very rich and sweet. The menu introduces that the soup base is freshly boiled for 6 hours, using selected wild mushrooms, medicinal materials, native hens, pork bones, etc. Rice noodles can be added once for free. The cold dishes and snacks are also delicious. Because I didn't have breakfast, I ate a bowl and a half of rice noodles by myself, which was enough.

"Internet celebrity Namtso, taste the taste of Tibet" It has a strong taste, distinct sweet and sour, and pure milky fragrance, just like the pure blue sky of Tibet, dotted with white clouds. Take a sip carefully, and the realm produced cannot be surpassed by ordinary yogurt. This is the Tibetan yak yogurt. This is a popular Internet celebrity yogurt shop located near the Jokhang Temple in Lhasa. It is under an ancient tree with a story on the prayer path of Barkhor Street outside the Jokhang Temple. This tree is currently the oldest tree in Barkhor Street. Legend has it that it was broken from the princess willow planted by Princess Wencheng. After being planted, it survived and grew into its current appearance. The store's facade is not big. It is really a small store. A large black felt says "Ancient Tree Yogurt". There are only 6 small tables inside. The layout is very Tibetan, with yak skulls, Tibetan ornaments, and a memorial wall with signatures of tourists from all over the world on the wall. I heard that their yogurt uses local specialty yak yogurt, and the taste is not as sour as other handmade yogurts in Tibet. It tastes sweet, but it still feels very sour. But if you still can't get used to it, you can add white sugar, which really effectively reduces the sourness. There are a full range of yogurts on the desktop price list. According to the boss's wife, osmanthus yogurt has a strong osmanthus fragrance; plain yogurt is sweet and sour; ginseng fruit yogurt uses small ginseng fruits in Tibet, which is rich in nutrition; there is also yogurt ice cream made from pure yogurt; refreshing yogurt cake, sour and sweet, and barley grains, which are endless aftertaste after eating. But I personally like Namtso yogurt the most. The yogurt is soft, tender and sticky, the taste is mellow, and the style is special. It is very suitable for taking photos of Internet celebrities, you know... A cup of yogurt carries thousands of years of history, culture and life changes of the Tibetan people, but what remains unchanged is the taste of Tibetan yogurt and the enthusiasm of Tibetans for this taste! Tips: Ancient Tree Yogurt Per capita: 16 yuan Business hours: 10:30-20:00 Address: Under the ancient tree, No. 28, Barkhor South Street, Chengguan District, Lhasa, Tibet Autonomous Region.
Ancient Tree Yogurt is on Barkhor Street. Go along Barkhor Street and turn a corner to Maji Ami. You will see a tree. This is the yogurt hidden behind the tree. This is authentic handmade yogurt. As you can see from the menu, the price is very affordable and the cost performance is very high.

It seems to be quite popular. You can see it near popular attractions. It is a new Tibetan drink that packages traditional tea drinks. It is more popular among young people. There are many choices of drinks. After a day of playing, I urgently need a cup of butter tea to replenish my energy. Looking at the production process, a large piece of butter is added, and the taste is relatively strong. The waiter specifically reminded me that it is salty when I ordered. In fact, I like salty milk tea. This restaurant is next to the Potala Palace, and you can take a photo with the Potala Palace from a distance.
Adiao sweet tea is very popular on the Internet. When I passed by the streets of Lhasa, I queued up to buy a drink. The shop is very small and the decoration style is very unique, with Tibetan literary style. I bought the special barley sweet tea and experienced the special tea of Tibet!

After trying Bazaar yogurt, I also tried Auntie Zhong's. I found this one near Labai. Auntie Zhong's shop is on the signboard of opening in 1987. Now it is more appropriate to call her Grandma Zhong. Each can of yak yogurt costs 10 yuan. It is packed in a unique wooden can. You can add barley grains to change the taste. It feels good. Fresh and plain is the most beautiful.
The handmade yogurt is really mellow and tastes great. I bought another one before leaving.
