There were so many people and tourists that I didn't have time to take in many things. It's like a low-end version of the Forbidden City in Beijing. Many of the artifacts on display were discarded from the Forbidden City. Some rooms were off-limits, so people crowded around the entrances to take photos. There was no lighting inside, so the photos didn't look great. The architecture is still quite distinctive.
Shenyang's city walls are practically gone. Only three gate towers remain, which is a shame. Photos show how beautiful and magnificent the old walls were. If they were all preserved, it would be as magnificent as Xi'an, especially with the Qing Dynasty Forbidden City. We really hope to preserve historical buildings; they have their own unique beauty! In the past two years, Shenyang has made great efforts to preserve some of its old buildings, giving this old industrial city a new tourist attraction. I hope Shenyang continues to improve.

Xinghai Park is definitely worth punching in! The sea view here is superb, the blue sky and blue sea are fun. The amusement projects are super rich, the sea bungee jumping is super exciting, the Ferris wheel can enjoy the panoramic view, and the beach can play in the water. Whether it is a parent-child, a couple or a holiday, you can have fun.
The boss of Dalian has a special love for Xinghai Park. When I was a child, every summer, I went to Xinghai Park to swim was the happiest thing. At that time, there was no Xinghai Bay Bridge, and Xinghai Park was almost a wasteland.

Discovering Kingdom Castle was such a pleasant surprise! The European-style castle architecture looked like something straight out of a fairy tale, with intricate brick and stone carvings that were truly captivating. During the day, there were parades with floats and lively actors. At night, the light show turned on, and the entire castle was ablaze with color, accompanied by music that made it look like a magical movie. The attractions were also fun, from the thrilling roller coaster to the family-friendly magic games, it was a blast and absolutely worth the price of admission!
Many projects in the park require separate charges, such as VR experience, horse riding 🐴🐴, the commercial atmosphere is too strong, the staff are very enthusiastic, the stimulating projects in the park are not friendly to children under 1.45 meters, but it also reflects the rigorous management of the park. The giant squid is really delicious, and the queue is also very long, basically starting from 30 minutes, so be mentally prepared.

Oriental Water City is built with quite unique features. You can walk around during the day. In the evening, many Dalian-style restaurants are open. It is good for dinner, drinks and relaxation.
It takes about 10 minutes to take an electric boat. The scenery along the way is still quite beautiful, but the boat is a bit fast and you can't enjoy it slowly.
On that day, the full ticket for those over 1 meter was 60 yuan, and those under 1 meter were free but could not occupy seats. I don't know why I could only buy one ticket on Ctrip that day, and the other two were bought on the mini program. Ctrip can adjust this.
Being in Dalian Haichang Oriental Water City is like being in Venice abroad. The environment is beautiful, the cruise ships shuttle at night, and the scenery is beautiful! I took the children and the elderly out for a tour, and the children and the elderly had a very happy time. Good reviews!

For those who like to see natural landscapes, this is the best viewing position. You can see both the sea and the city. The ticket to the scenic area is a bit expensive, but you can walk up by yourself, which only takes about ten minutes.
