Bringing your baby to Shenyang, the Forbidden City is a must-check in place. Unlike the grand luxury of Beijing's Forbidden City, the area here is about its 1/12, which is the "early startup" palace before the Qing Dynasty entered the customs. The overall feeling is very simple, and it can even be said to be a bit "low-key." The most intuitive feeling is that the "Palace is higher than the Pavilion" statement has been confirmed here - Phoenix Building as the gate building of the harem, it turned out to be the highest building of the entire Forbidden City! It's a great place to take children. There's a beach, which the kids love. Be sure to line up early for the shows, as they're often crowded during the summer, so the tours can take a long time. Visiting all five pavilions requires some stamina. The Lingjiao Bay near Tiger Beach Park is beautiful, and after visiting Tiger Beach, the sea views are great.
There were a lot of ticket sellers at the entrance. I personally felt the experience was poor for two of the 4D rides, so if you don't have children with you, you don't need to buy tickets. You can buy tickets inside the cable car, so don't believe the salesperson at the entrance who says you can't buy tickets inside. The shows in the two main halls were okay, and you could just walk around after the shows. You don't need to go everywhere, as it's tiring and unnecessary.

Hai Zhi Yun really took my feet off. The hike was hot and tiring. While the water was clear, the beach was small and crowded. I highly recommend Bangchuidao over Hai Zhi Yun! It's the most beautiful beach I've ever seen in Dalian. You can grab a mat and lie on the beach, enjoying the breeze, the sound of the waves and the chirping of seagulls, and the sun. It's so relaxing.
The beach of Bangyu Island is like sprinkled silver! The sand is thin and soft, and it is not awkward to walk barefoot. The sea is clear enough to see the small stones at the bottom of the water, and the Bangyu Island in the distance is like an emerald. There are pine trees on the shore, tired to rest in the shade of the trees. Many people set up tents and picnics here, and the atmosphere is particularly pleasant. In the evening, when the tide is low, you can pick up small conch, small crabs, and bring your baby to play for an afternoon, and you don't want to leave.

I was so happy and fortunate to meet our guide, Mr. Ren! He accompanied me on a journey through millennia, allowing me to understand how this land, where farming, nomadism, hunting, and fishing, has blended together to achieve civilization and prosperity.
His explanations were incredibly vivid, bringing the artifacts to life. His images were fitting, and his historical background information was clear and accessible. Archaeological discoveries are more professional than what you'd usually see reported on the news, and only he could reveal the mysteries and cultural heritage they hold.
Teacher Pan's lectures were excellent, both insightful and humorous, and the information sank seamlessly into my head. It was one of the most worthwhile lectures I've attended in Shenyang.
The Liaoning Museum was incredibly crowded. I bought a ticket for the 11:00 a.m. National Treasure Liaoning ticket, but ended up getting in 10 minutes late because of the line at the entrance. I suggest a dedicated reservation system to ensure a safe entry. The performance was also worth it; the choreography and music were beautifully coordinated. The afternoon performance was awkward, though; if you booked a lecture, it would almost certainly overlap, so you'd have to go early in the morning. But from a practical perspective, it's much more rewarding to see the exhibits first and then the performance.
The exhibition hall was nice, with Heytea, bread, and delicious and beautiful Zanhua ice cream. There was also plenty of water. Aside from the leg strain, everything else was fine.

In the summer, there are fewer people, so we drove straight into the scenic area's parking lot after checking our tickets. We didn't wait until the maple leaves turned red, as we were mainly bringing our elderly family members to escape the summer heat. To save energy, we bought a ticket at the scenic area's electric car station and took the bus to Qicai Ping. Then, we walked back along the stream, enjoying a leisurely stroll along the way, shaded by trees and accompanied by the bubbling stream. It was a very pleasant rest and cool breeze.
I'll return in autumn if I have the chance; I'm sure the vast maple forest will be even more beautiful.

Discovering Kingdom Castle was such a pleasant surprise! The European-style castle architecture looked like something straight out of a fairy tale, with intricate brick and stone carvings that were truly captivating. During the day, there were parades with floats and lively actors. At night, the light show turned on, and the entire castle was ablaze with color, accompanied by music that made it look like a magical movie. The attractions were also fun, from the thrilling roller coaster to the family-friendly magic games, it was a blast and absolutely worth the price of admission!
Many projects in the park require separate charges, such as VR experience, horse riding 🐴🐴, the commercial atmosphere is too strong, the staff are very enthusiastic, the stimulating projects in the park are not friendly to children under 1.45 meters, but it also reflects the rigorous management of the park.
