The environment of Tianmu Hot Spring is really great, and the service attitude is very thoughtful. Every time I come here, I feel as comfortable as coming home. The last stop of the four-day Lushan trip was Lushan Tianmu Hot Spring. Because we neglected to pay attention to the business hours, we arrived at the destination at noon, but were told by the lobby that the business hours would not start until 2 pm. The beautiful Xiyan from the guest room department learned that we came from other provinces and changed the departure point of the train from Lushan Station to the relatively far Nanchang West in order to come to Tianmu Hot Spring. For this reason, she even paid a special cost to charter a car to send us to the station. After learning this, the beautiful Xiyan contacted Manager Guo of the Hot Spring Department very enthusiastically. Manager Guo arranged for the handsome supervisor Chen to make an exception to open the hot spring for us when the staff had not yet come to work. It was so touching and warm! We were instantly warm.
