The steak buns are of great quality! The beef inside is very chewy and juicy. In addition, their queen rolls are also very delicious, the cake is soft and the cream inside is not greasy at all! ! Durian pan tart is also one of my favorites, with a super rich durian filling, a must-have for durian lovers~
A two-star belcanto without many surprises. I ordered the restaurant's classic menu, which is a bit like the concept of the meal at Elevel Madison Park. Everything is delicious, but the imagination is limited, and it could be more gimmicky and fun.

Both the food and extraordinary service at Alma make it the best restaurant in Lisbon. Each dish is presented beautifully and consists of amazing textures and complex and interesting tastes. The servers are knowledgable and warm and most of all professional. One of our favorite restaurants anywhere.
It was a delightful food journey. All the dishes are beautifully presented and well executed. Very nice explosions of flavors in the mouth. A great experience in Lisbon.

Situated in the lower level of a large Princely mansion, the coveted 16 tufted high chairs aroundThe U shaped bar are the setting for the GASTRONOMIC SYMPHONY. Each diner is a member of the audience. The chef conducts his staff, providing the most glorious presentations and delectable offerings. The maestro discusses the presentations . At the same time the sous chefs are putting the finishing touches on the dishes. The offerings are presented and plated in front of the guest, while watching the various presentations around the bar. The atmosphere is open yet intimate. Each reservation is separate while being part of the total experience. The food! It's a " symphony"Of textures and tastes. The melding of a spice to an herb to a protein. Truly an experience. An OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE.Now, one drawback. The building is historic. As a result there is no elevator. If you are handicapped, not able to walk, then unfortunately you will not be able to experience TWO MONKEYS.
Was absolutely a great experience! I want to thank all of you, with a special thanks to Francesca and Sergio! I will definitely come back!

My mother and I had an unforgettable experience. - the very professional service and sommelier (special thank you for serving us so good)- the wonderful food and presentation on the beautiful plates, - the unforgettable locationThank you all to make sure we could enjoy our evening to the fullest. You’re an amazing team.
From the " welcome" after stepping onto the property, to the end of the evening , the staff were OUTSTANDING.We were escorted to the elevators and our experience began! The 50 Seconds ride to the welcoming restaurants doors did not disappoint! The elegant atmosphere, the floor to ceiling windows and the table scape of linen and fine china were all part of the visual appeal. Our waiters were very attentive. And, the food! The artistry and pagentry to present the chefs creations were military perfection. The food! Each delectable bite was an experience. The creativity of melding each level of flavor was truly a taste sensation. All of the senses were singing.100% outstanding experience.. The wait to get the reservation and the requested deposit were worth it.And, finally the trip to the WC! Not to be missed! The floor to ceiling windows, the artistic sink and the very modern( Japanese?) closing of the doors is worth the experience.

The best Omakase experience ever! The food preparation and cooking were meticulously thought out. The chefs and staff were attentive, warm, friendly, and very kind. What I appreciated most was the unpretentious nature of the experience; everyone enjoyed the incredible food in a relaxed atmosphere.
This is one of the best kaiseki meals I've ever had! The fish was fresh and locally sourced. The staff were wonderful and attentive. I wish I could eat here every day!

This restaurant has only seven tables with the famous Michelin star. It has only been open for four years, and it has already won the Michelin star in two years. The focus of the restaurant is the open kitchen, which is larger than the dining area. A team of chefs prepares each dish in front of you. The decoration of the restaurant is also very stylish. There is a movable chandelier on the kitchen table. Whenever a dish is prepared, the chef quickly pulls the chandelier down and points it at the plate. The two chefs are like doctors performing surgery. Two people and four hands concentrate on arranging the next dish. After the dish is ready, they immediately turn off the light and push it back to its original position. Every time, they show full confidence and bring a visual enjoyment to the guests.
We had an excellent experience on the occasion of my husband’s birthday. The food was exquisite and the staff was absolutely lovely - in particular with our 2 children.

I went to the Eleven restaurant with friends and we opted for the “Eleven” tasting menu with wine pairings. When we arrived, we were taken to the table and stood there kind of “abandoned” for almost 10 or 15 minutes until we were actually served. But after that, the service was very good and the food was very good too. In the end, what I missed, compared to other restaurants with tasting menus I’ve been to, was receiving a copy of the wine menu. But it was very good, and the view from the restaurant over the park in Lisbon is very beautiful too!
The quality was excellent unfortunately during this occasion my main dishes was not warm and had to be send back to the kitchen with no improvement. Overall a pleasant evening

✨Encounter a conversation about taste and art in Lisbon at night🪐💥🐦‍🔥 CURA, located in the Four Seasons Hotel Ritz Lisbon, Portugal, is a one-Michelin-starred restaurant. Its name comes from the Latin word "Cura," meaning "heart and care." Chef Pedro Pena Bastos incorporates this philosophy into every dish, transforming nature's bounty into works of art. 🍷 Careful Ingredients The restaurant diligently utilizes seasonal ingredients sourced from Portugal: fresh seafood, game from the forests, wild mountain herbs, and edible flowers. Each flavor is imbued with the freshness of the Atlantic and the warmth of Iberia. 🍽️ A Journey Through the Art of Taste CURA offers a variety of tasting menus (usually over 12 courses), each one a delightful surprise. For example: 🥦 Nori and sea urchins capture the depths of the Atlantic Ocean. 🌽 Truffles and wild mushrooms recreate the aroma of a forest. 🦪 Delicate duck liver paired with figs and spices creates a layered experience. 🍨 Desserts offer a modern interpretation of traditional Portuguese elements, creating a familiar yet innovative experience. ✨ Space and Atmosphere The restaurant's décor is modern and elegant, with clean lines and soft light and shadow. The natural textures of wood and stone echo the "Cura" philosophy: simplicity meets craftsmanship. 🥂 Recommended Experiences This is more than just a dinner; it's an immersive sensory journey. Pair your meal with the chef's carefully selected Portuguese wines, particularly those from the Douro Valley and Alentejo, to enhance the unique flavors of each dish. 📍 Lisbon, R. Rodrigo da Fonseca 88, 1070-051 Lisboa, Portugal ✈️If you're planning a visit to Lisbon, CURA is a culinary destination worth adding to your list. It's more than just a meal; it's a story about Portugal, nature, and art. 🥂 [Absolutely delicious!! Absolutely amazing! 😋]
We had a wonderful dining experience at Cura. The food was expertly prepared and deliciously creative. The wine list was superb and the staff were attentive and friendly.

It feels very good. The service in this restaurant is very good. The paella is delicious. We tried their signature cod and lobster paella and liked them very much. It is highly recommended by local friends. There are celebrity photos on the wall!
Wow, this meal was the best of this trip! I stumbled upon this internet-famous restaurant by accident. Many soccer stars, including Beckham and Ronaldo, have been here! It was so delicious that I couldn’t help myself and ate too much again, but I was so happy [tears] The feeling of eating seafood was perfect [haha] The key is that the price is so good. This meal in London would definitely break your wallet! [poor] The protein exploded today [longing] I really want to eat here for a few more days [sad]
