The Xiangfei Garden, a scenic area spanning over 300 mu (approximately 1,000 acres), is located in Aizrete Village, Haohan Township, 5 kilometers northeast of Kashgar City. Development of the scenic area, themed around the Xiangfei (Fragrant Concubine) culture, began in July 2014 and was designated a 4A-level national scenic spot in 2019.
Just wander around by yourself. The architecture is really nice, with original bricks and walls, but apart from the ancient buildings, it is almost the same as a park. It is small in size and I think the ticket price is a bit expensive compared to the content. It is really good for those who like to take pictures, but for those who just want to record and understand the background, there is indeed less content.

We arrived at Zepujin Populus euphratica National Forest Park at 10:30 am. Although we arrived a little late (the staff said that the best view is at the end of October), it is still very beautiful. Any photo can be used as wallpaper. After entering the park, we took the scenic shuttle bus. There are five stops. After passing through the exotic charm of Kashgar, we arrived at our first stop on the southern Xinjiang glaciers: the Aoyitake Glacier in Kezhou.
Entering the Red Mountain Gate, we drove 30 kilometers deep into the snow-capped peaks, following a silvery path of glacial meltwater. On either side were towering peaks, and the vegetation was noticeably less than that of the Tianshan Mountains to the north and south. The Kunlun Mountains truly are something special.
As we deepened into the canyon, we gradually discovered green spruce fields, and the glaciers and snow-capped mountains 🏔️ finally revealed their true colors. It was truly a winding path leading to a secluded place. Many locals were also taking wedding photos here.
Self-driving tours are very convenient. There is a ticket center at the entrance of the scenic area. It takes about 30 kilometers to enter the park. From cloudy days with light rain to gradually clear skies, we can also see the true appearance of the snow-capped mountains.

The Kashgar Gaotai Dwellings, preserved as a heritage park, boast over 600 houses built of mud and poplar wood. They stretch across a gently sloping landscape, with lanes ranging from 6 meters wide to just 1.5 meters narrow. While the houses appear shabby, the sunlight filtering through their walls creates a unique charm.
Gaotai Residence is located in the northeast of the old city of Kashgar, separated from the ancient city of Kashgar by a road. It is a Uighur architectural community built on the loess high cliff. It is more than 40 meters high and more than 800 meters long. It has a history of 600 years. It is a wonder of the ancient Uighur houses and folk customs in Kashgar. As a heritage park, the Kashgar Gaotai houses have more than 600 houses built with mud and poplar wood. They are laid on a slow high slope, the widest of the lanes is 6 meters, and the narrowest is only1.5 meters. Although the houses in the Gaotai houses look shabby, the sun is really unique on the walls.
