The roast duck has a crispy skin, is oily but not greasy, and melts in your mouth. Paired with the crust, sauce, and side dishes, it has a very rich flavor.

During my vacation in Melbourne, a friend recommended a Yunnan restaurant to me. The restaurant is decorated simply, with black as the main color. When ordering, the waiter will take the initiative to introduce the dishes, and the service is also very diligent. Steamed chicken, cross-bridge rice noodles, various mushrooms, etc. are all must-order dishes of Yunnan cuisine, especially cross-bridge rice noodles: a bowl of hot chicken soup + a dozen small dishes of ingredients + a bowl of rice noodles with rice fragrance, the appearance alone makes people full of appetite.
It is really the canteen of the University of Melbourne. After class, I can't think of what to eat, so I come here to eat a big crispy beef rice noodle. It is also my favorite. I heard it is very authentic. I just think it tastes pretty good.

I had a great experience dining at this hot pot restaurant! The environment is clean and comfortable, the decoration is beautiful, and the hot pot is excellent.
Recently, Jay Chou’s new variety show “Rap Dream Factory” dominated the hot searches as soon as it was aired! As a superstar in the Chinese music scene, Jay Chou teamed up with Liu Genghong, GAI, Wang Hedi, Ouyang Jing and other stars to prove with their strength that "Chinese pop is the coolest"! Jay Chou's Melbourne check-in guide: 1. Flinders Railway Station: Jay Chou’s chosen check-in spot, with a perfect camera position and the exclusive “Jay Chou Bench” for fans around the world to check in. 2. Shu Da Xia Carlton Store: I had dinner at the same table with Jay Chou. The giant dragon head sculpture in front of the store was super photogenic. 3.Hosier Lane Graffiti Street: Melbourne’s city card, colorful graffiti, high production rate. 4.Royal Arcade: A wonderful fusion of Victorian architecture and local shops. 5.Bourke St Street Art: Various talented artists perform on the bustling Bourke St. 6.Fitzroy: Australia's coolest neighborhood, bohemian pubs. Come and follow Jay Chou's footsteps and check in these interesting places in Melbourne CT! #I'll take care of the beautiful mountains and rivers #Play outdoors #Photography guide for scenic spots

Wanshou Palace/Flower Drum, I have wanted to eat it for a long time~ The first dish is pearl meat, which is literally the meat wrapped in pearls in shells. The taste is very similar to chewier scallops, and it goes well with asparagus. The second dish is shrimp meat rice rolls, which are so-so. The third dish is four kinds of Hong Kong-style dim sum. After eating siu mai with rice inside, I don’t think it’s so delicious to eat meat inside. The fourth dish is Peking duck. The manager said that the fat in the roast duck was specially cut out because Westerners don’t like it. However, the exquisiteness of this dish lies in the special sauce that draws the duck shape, which is very interesting. The fifth dish is crispy roast chicken. The skin on the outside is indeed very crispy and the meat inside is just tender. The side dishes after the meal are very refreshing and greasy. After the whole meal, I have to sigh that this is indeed the finest fine dining in Melbourne Chinese food.
Had lunch here, we were made very welcome and seated promptly even without a booking. We ordered off the spring menu and found the food delicious, the tenderloin steak melted in the mouth, the duck was also very tender, we couldn't fault the food, the toffee apple was delicious, it was like a piece of art in its own right.

The best northeastern cuisine in Australia, Nanbowan! This name is really not modest! The big ribs are really authentic, the soft and hard texture of the sweet and sour pork is better than many restaurants in China that boast of being awesome, and the dumplings are full of northeastern style. The queue at the door is simply unstoppable! A must-visit store when you come to Melbourne. Tell the boss that you are a friend of Panda and you can get a discount!
Nanbowan is a Chinese restaurant that has been selected into the list of Ctrip Gourmet Restaurants. Every time I come to Australia to play or visit relatives, I have to check in at this restaurant. The environment of this restaurant is pretty good. The taste is also quite good. Many celebrities have checked in here.

Come for morning tea on the weekend, and there are quite a few surprises~ The lava buns are salty and fragrant, and the hot fillings are filled with uneven salted egg yolk particles. After biting through the dough, they rush into the mouth, warming the heart instantly. The egg tarts are crispy and delicious, the egg liquid is not too sweet, and the puff pastry is baked just right. The pandan steamed cake is small and exquisite, mixed with pandan leaves and milk fragrance, soft and palatable, and very comfortable to eat. The puff pastry barbecued pork buns, beef offal, and barbecued pork rice rolls are also delicious without being impressive. There is also a strong garlic flavor of chicken feet, and a slight toughness. The whole table is pretty good. Except that the shrimp dumplings are too dry and the skin is broken, and the stuffed tofu tastes out of tune, the overall satisfaction is satisfactory
The foie gras sauce wrapped around the snow crab brings a mellow taste without covering up the freshness of the snow crab, thus adding a layer to the taste of the snow crab. As soon as it is served, you can't help but suck it in big mouthfuls, full of freshness, fragrance and fatness. In front of delicious food, manners are not worth mentioning.

In winter, you can have a super authentic Dawei old hot pot, which is simply a happy feeling [色][污] As soon as you enter the door, you can feel the familiar Sichuan hot pot taste and atmosphere, authentic nine-grid pot bottom, rich and diverse ingredients, you can adjust the bottom material according to your own taste, and match it with a variety of creative drinks. Even the brown sugar glutinous rice cake, toothpick beef, and other snacks are authentic. This meal is the real healing [smirk] It is said that the business is very hot, remember to make a reservation in advance
The local Chinese told me that the best Sichuan hotpot in Melbourne is the one with good chili oil in the bottom of the pot, seasoned with authentic Sichuan sesame oil, and it goes really well with Australian beef and mutton.

Secret Kitchen China town, this time when my friends were having a party, we chose this restaurant because the portions are generous and the food tastes good, so many people would invite guests here.
I found that green beans are really common in Melbourne. Secret Kitchen is a very good restaurant. The food is really delicious. The roasted meat and stewed meat are all very good, and the presentation is also very delicate. However, the portions are very large.
