It is highly recommended. It is one of the three major grottoes in China, along with the Mogao Grottoes in Dunhuang and the Yungang Grottoes. There are 2,345 caves and niches from the Northern Wei Dynasty to the Song Dynasty, and more than 100,000 statues. It is a scenic spot with great artistic appreciation value.
The Longmen Grottoes left a deep impression on me. Each Buddha statue is so vividly carved that it feels like you're breathing history. Standing before the grottoes, I couldn't help but feel awe at the wisdom and craftsmanship of the ancients. This place is not only a treasure trove of art but also a spiritual sanctuary. I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys history and art; it's definitely worth a visit.

It is worth seeing if you take your children to visit, from south to north; the ancient buildings are grand in scale, showing the country's grandeur; the ancient trees are towering and block out the sun, reflecting the antiquity; there are many kinds of ancient steles, from the Li Si Stele of the Qin Dynasty to modern times, reflecting many important historical and cultural information.
The scenery was average, but there were still a lot of people. There was nothing to do except go upstairs.
For our family outing, we opted for a full hike up the mountain, from Hongmen to the summit of Yuhuang Peak. The summit was cloudy.
Descending by cable car and bus, we were treated to a sunset by the time we reached Zhongtianmen.
The main goal was to have a good meal without any bitterness. The cable car took 7 minutes, and the ticket price seemed a bit expensive.

It's worth a visit. It's a cool spot in the hot summer, and the fish in the spring are plump. It would be nice if there were more places to relax and sit for a while. You can scan the QR code to listen to the tour guide at the scenic spot, which is definitely worth learning from other attractions.
Today's trip with guide Wang Ping was a very pleasant one. During our morning visit to the panda base, Wang was very familiar with the route and led us efficiently, managing each section of the tour with excellent timing. We were able to fully appreciate the pandas without any unnecessary detours, and the pace was very comfortable.
However, I was a little disappointed that I didn't get to hear Wang's explanation during our afternoon visit to Sanxingdui. Her professional introduction would have made the trip much more enriching. I hope to have the opportunity to travel with Wang again next time to make up for this small regret.

A must-visit place when visiting Kaifeng. The ticket is valid for three days of play. It is similar to Wansui Mountain. You can choose one of the two. Several big shows are must-sees. This park really has everything to play. There is a cute pet zoo, an amusement park, a haunted house, a parade, a music festival-like program, and various interactive games with NPCs. The Jiaozi you earn can be exchanged for various entertainment projects or items in the park. It is a very fun park. You can play in it for 3 days without repeating yourself.
First impression: Huge crowds!
The scenic area is quite good, with a three-day ticket for ¥80. It's quite large and has a great theme. The only downside is that the performance schedule and real-time location information provided by the scenic area aren't very clear. In 38-39 degree weather, I spent three hours running back and forth to find the shows before I could figure out their locations. The dome movie, which Xiaohongshu highly recommends, was really average. The line at one point was over 120 minutes. It wasn't that amazing. It was similar to the dome at the Shanghai Science and Technology Museum, but it's far inferior to what you'll find in Shanghai. Don't be fooled!

This annual pass includes access to four scenic areas. The most fun is definitely Wansui Mountain, with its endless variety of performances. There's a large stage near the fountain where the children play, and it features a rotating cast of magic, experiments, acrobatics, and more. I especially loved the acrobatics; the performers were amazing, their skills were truly impressive. I also visited Han Garden, which showcases various stone tablets and has daytime performances. I didn't go to Iron Tower Park or the city wall because it was too hot, but I'll save that for another time, since I have an annual pass.
Wansui Mountain is truly a place where you can't fully explore and enjoy it in three days. It's so huge and packed with people, with all sorts of performances, NPC interactions, and entertainment. As long as you have enough energy, you can enjoy everything. Three days is not enough. Wang Po's Matchmaking was so popular that it was packed with people. I was surrounded by people as soon as I got to the platform with my arms around me. I almost fainted from the heat. I had to keep shouting "Please, please, please" to get out when I pushed the cart.

Only Henan Drama Fantasy City is really the best drama project I have seen in recent years. It describes Henan culture and Henan people vividly. The two big plays of the railway station and Lijia Village are so tearful.
It's a very interesting theater. You can queue up with the mobile app and choose your favorite play to watch. The actors' acting is online and the script is of high quality, but the format is quite similar, mostly dialogues across time and space, which is a bit boring after watching it for a long time.

This Kaifeng Mansion is a new building, completely different from the previous one, so it's quite large and full of signs of new construction.
