The park is conveniently located with direct subway access. The facilities are extensive, with attractions for both adults and children. While it was a bit crowded in late August, the lines for popular attractions were 60-120 minutes. However, there were many performances, and I took my children to five or six. I recommend Hammond's Restaurant, which serves delicious food and generous portions. I went there around 3:00 PM and the average wait was half an hour. I also watched the Hogwood Castle light show in the evening.
I had a lot of fun and didn't buy a special express pass. But the children were able to play all the activities they wanted, including the light show and the float parade. This trip around the world ended successfully.

It is a once in a lifetime opportunity and one of the most important historical monuments in China. The annoying task is getting there since it is around 55 kilometers away from Beijing and in Beijing itself you have to make many subway stops. My experience was not excellent due to the weather ...it was raining and very foggy so many things were not visible. Check the weather forecast before booking a ticket. the prices are reasonable but I found the cable car to be super expensive for a very short ride. It was 140 RMB going and coming back. All in all, it was an enjoyable experience.
Proper preparation is needed. Ensure to buy tickets in advance. Do not buy food as all restaurants are very expensive as it is isolated. No one speaks English. Use trip.com to buy the postcard entrance with u limited bus and cable. If you are arqif of heights, don't go. The wall is amazing, and the views are spectacular. Just prepare everything details and if you are with children be ready to walk lot.

The scenery is beautiful and worth a visit, but the surrounding environment needs improvement. The road is too narrow, and I hope the government can expand it. I hope the My Fair Princess attraction will inform everyone that vehicles cannot exit once they enter, as this would be very inconvenient for tourists in a hurry. Because I couldn't exit after entering, I spent almost two hours wandering around enjoying the beautiful scenery, and there was only a one-way road inside.
The air here is very fresh, and the grassland is vast and wide, which is suitable for taking photos. The temperature difference between morning and evening is large, so please remember to bring some thick clothes. Overall, the temperature is relatively uniform and still very beautiful. I personally recommend that you must visit Princess Lake.

The Mountain Resort lives up to its reputation. Although we went there in autumn, it was still shaded by green trees, with beautiful scenery and a large space. There are mountains, water and cruise ships. It was a lot of fun to take the children there!
If you haven't been there, you must go and see it. If you have been there, it's just like that! It's too big and you need to take a shuttle bus! There are a lot of people during the summer vacation! Parking is difficult (unless it's early in the morning or in the evening)

The setting is beautiful. I checked in advance and exited through the second exit. The first section was truly beautiful and relaxing. The air smelled of freedom. The farmland and flower fields were a bit underwhelming, not as beautiful as the sunflower fields on the way from Datan Town to the South Gate of the Tianlu. We exchanged our paper tickets at the South Gate at 9:00 AM and exited through the second exit at 3:30 PM. It's a good day's adventure. The wind was strong on the mountain, so a jacket was definitely needed.
It is very beautiful. The wind blows the grass low and you can see cattle and sheep. It is a feast for the eyes and the soul. If you come here, you will walk the whole way. You will regret it if you walk halfway. The hero slope is exciting and the end of the sky is free. Fortunately, I left about 4 hours, otherwise I really couldn’t see the scenery behind.

Shanhaiguan is a must-visit when visiting Qinhuangdao. This was my second time there, driving from Beijing. It was already 2 p.m. when I arrived. I went straight to the scenic area, but the parking lot was a bit far. I bought a package ticket for two adults and one child on Ctrip. It was convenient and quick. I could just scan my provincial ID or QR code, skipping the line and saving on water. The scenery was quite nice once inside, and the area was relatively clean. Climbing the city wall and gazing out over the mountains beyond the pass was a breathtaking sight. I hadn't had time to explore the ancient city before I headed to my next attraction, Laolongtou.
Shanhaiguan is worth a visit. The scenic spots are fun to visit and not tiring. You must navigate to the ticket gate from the parking lot. There are many places in front and you don’t need to take an electric car at all. The official parking lot of Gao Dedao is not at this location and you still have to take an electric car.

The experience was average, with a queue of about three hours. The cable car ride took about 10 minutes one way, and the boat ride back took about 10 minutes. The scenic area lacks amenities, the queues are poorly organized, and queue-jumping is common. The sanitation was poor.
As a cableway, while it's just a cableway, it's incredibly meaningful. Feeling the salty sea breeze from the sea while gazing at the sandy shore is a truly captivating experience. Despite the two-hour line, it's still worth it. I recommend going early in the morning and queuing for the return trip right after getting off the cableway (this only takes about 20 minutes; if you wait a little longer, an hour, or even later, you're not sure how long the line will be). Of course, if you have more time, you can explore the area and take photos. The island snacks are clearly priced, so a bit of a premium is understandable, as they have to be transported to the island. If you buy tickets on-site, you only need to buy the cableway. Online, you must include the boat tour, but the boat tour has a fixed schedule. I couldn't catch the 9:00 am ticket, and I couldn't wait for the 10:30 pm ticket, so I gave up. What a waste!

• High Historical and Cultural Value: The Ming Tombs, the burial complex of Ming Dynasty emperors, are a treasure of Chinese history and culture, vividly depicting the rise and fall of the Ming dynasty. Each mausoleum carries a unique historical story, offering a deep understanding of ancient royal culture and the imperial mausoleum system. • Exquisite Architectural Art: The buildings within the mausoleum area are magnificent and exquisitely crafted. The Hall of Grace in Changling is one of the largest existing wooden structures in my country, and its use of golden nanmu wood embodies the majesty of the imperial family. The intricately carved and lifelike stone statues lining the Sacred Road showcase the masterful craftsmanship of ancient artisans. • Beautiful Natural Scenery: The Ming Tombs are situated on the southern slopes of Tianshou Mountain, amidst rolling hills, crisscrossing rivers, and lush greenery. The beautiful natural scenery complements the magnificent ancient architecture, creating a tranquil and solemn atmosphere, allowing visitors to enjoy the beauty of nature while touring historical sites.
We set off on time, wearing headphones to block out the noise, and the explanation was smooth. Some of the knowledge I had only seen in textbooks before, this time I was able to see it in person and someone helped explain it to me, so I gained a lot.

After watching the "Impression" series, I felt this one was still a little off. The content wasn't rich enough. While watching, the three generations of grandparents and grandchildren in the back row (the child was estimated to be around two years old) were particularly ill-mannered. The grandmother kept asking the child if he wanted to eat and if he had eaten enough... Even though I kindly reminded them to stop talking, the two adults ignored me and continued to engage in conversation with the child, which really dampened my mood!
👆Historical Restoration and Artistic Innovation: The performance centers on the civil and military achievements of Emperor Kangxi. Through six chapters, including "The World," "Nature," and "Heavenly Questions," the show unfolds a grand narrative, from the construction of the Mountain Resort to the establishment of Chinese territory. The play features over 500 actors and nearly 100 war horses, employing high-tech techniques such as mountain projection and laser arrays to recreate classic scenes such as the imperial hunting expedition and Zhuangzi's dream of the butterfly. 👆Audiovisual Stunning and Immersive Experience: Using the Danxia landforms of Yuanbao Mountain as a natural stage, the lighting design incorporates authentic landscapes such as the Mountain Resort and the Little Potala Palace, creating a panoramic theater with a 5-kilometer radius. Special scenes, such as galloping horses in a rainstorm and the misty rain of Jiangnan under a curtain of rain, heighten the dramatic tension through weather changes, earning audiences hailing them as "heaven-sent special effects."

Dove Nest Park is large and has many recreational facilities. You can take a boat ride and go to the beach. However, you can't swim in the sea. If you want to swim, I recommend going to Tiger Rock Marine Park, which is great for playing in the water.
Dove Nest Park, also known as Eagle Corner Park, is a National 4A Scenic Area located in the northeast corner of the Beidaihe coast. It is one of Beidaihe's most famous attractions and the best place to watch the sunrise. With its dense greenery, dense trees, and lush grass, Dove Nest Park is an ideal habitat for birds and a renowned world-class birdwatching destination. In the early morning, as the sun slowly rises from the sea, its golden rays cast a mesmerizing shimmer across the water. The park's Eagle Corner Pavilion, with its quaint and imposing architecture, bears witness to the passage of time. The Seaview Corridor, with its painted beams and pillars, tells the story of Beidaihe.
