Queenstown Gardens is worth a visit! It is located on a small peninsula by Lake Wakatipu in the southeast of Queenstown🌊 Although it is a garden, it is actually a large public green space, and no entrance fee is charged🎫 As soon as you enter the garden, the towering ancient trees instantly bring tranquility, which is completely different from the bustle of the city. Strolling along the trail, there are surprises in all seasons: flowers bloom in spring, trees are shady in summer, forests are colorful in autumn, and winter is quiet and peaceful🍃 In addition to natural scenery, there are cultural imprints here, and you can see the bronze statue of William Gilbert Reece, the founder of the town🗿 If you want to relax, sunbathe on the lawn and have a picnic, which is very comfortable; if you want to move around, you can play frisbee golf, tennis, lawn bowls and other projects, and children can also play in the playground🎾 When you are tired of playing, go to the lake to watch ducks swimming, or admire the mountains and lakes in the distance, which is a visual feast.
Queenstown Gardens is located in the southeast of Queenstown, on a small peninsula by Lake Wakatipu. The garden is close to the city and the environment is quite quiet. There are towering ancient trees and not many people. The trails in the park are surrounded by trees and flowers. It is a good place for leisure strolls. The garden is not very big. It is a good choice to stroll along the lake after dinner.

Wanaka Lake is the fourth largest lake in New Zealand. It is the location of the popular tourist attraction, a lonely tree, about 70km northwest of the destination, Queenstown. The tree in my mind should look like Figure 5, but in the season without rain, "loneliness" can be so close to us [snickering]. It was dusk when we arrived in Queenstown.
Created by giant glaciers 10,000 years ago, Lake Wanaka and Lake Hawea sit side by side, separated by a small strip of silvery white land called The Neck. Surrounded by stunning mountains, the two lakes have beautiful pebble beaches and are a popular attraction for locals and tourists, especially during the long, warm summers.

The water of Lake Wakatipu is particularly blue! The entire scenic area is completely free. You can take a walk by the lake. There are flowers in spring and leaves in autumn. You can play water sports in summer and enjoy the snow in winter. It is especially suitable for tourism all year round, each with its own beauty! 🌹 Although the lakeside town of Queenstown has only 10,000 or 20,000 people, it is crowded with tourists! There are delicacies from all over the world here, so you don’t have to worry about not getting used to them. 😊👍
Lake Wakatipu is the third largest lake in New Zealand. In addition to its beautiful scenery, it is also the center of New Zealand's outdoor activities. Mountain skiing, surfing, parachuting, jet boats, whitewater kayaking are all available here. The world-famous bungee jumping first emerged here.

This is definitely a must visit when you stay in Queenstown. The beginning of the trail is steep but if you take your time it's ok and you can do it easily. It took me an hour to get to the top! Don't stop after the basket of dreams, it takes another 20 minutes to get to the top and it's definitely worth it. Some reviews say the view from the top is the same as the basket of dreams, this is totally false, you can see 360 degrees of view from there without any trees blocking the view! Go, you won't regret it!
Queenstown Hill is located in the east of Queenstown. It is a very tall hillside. You can take a cable car up the mountain to see the whole Queenstown and the surrounding beautiful scenery. The air on the mountain is very fresh, but a little cold, so remember to bring more clothes to keep warm.

At fifty years old and sitting in an office all year round, can we really reach the top? We planned to give up and turn back several times, but the foreigners who came down the mountain kept encouraging us: don’t stop, up the hill; worthy. Although people kept passing us from behind, we finally climbed slowly to the top of the mountain like a racing turtle. The whole round trip took seven hours. If we really do it, the invincible scenery is the best reward for us!
Roy's Peak Trail is an excellent hiking route for climbing Roy's Peak and visiting the beautiful lake scenery around it. There are both mountain climbing and wading journeys here. The various hiking experiences give people a very pleasant and satisfying feeling. It is definitely worth exploring.

Signal Hill in Dunedin is the highest mountain here. In ancient times, it was also an important coastal defense site. Now there are radio transmitting and receiving devices on Signal Hill. The scenery here is also very beautiful. From a high vantage point, you can overlook the beauty of the entire Dunedin and the coast. It is definitely worth a visit.
Like Qingdao Signal Hill Park, Dunedin Signal Hill is not far from the sea, the commanding height of the city, and the best location to overlook the whole city. It is not difficult to find that the entire city of Dunedin is undulating, and at the same time it is surrounded by mountains and the sea.
