It's so beautiful! When it comes to viewing maple leaves in Eastern Canada, Algonquin is a must! The peak time of the Algonquin maple leaf color change is a high probability event in early October, and the maple leaves change color in layers and are gorgeous.
Algonquin Park is the oldest and most famous forest park in Ontario. You can drive around after buying a ticket at the entrance. There is a main road of more than 50 kilometers that runs through the entire park. Visitors can stop anywhere they like along the way. Of course, there are signs and parking areas for specific attractions. After getting off the bus, there are trails that lead hiking enthusiasts into the depths of nature. Some are half an hour away, and some are farther away. You can do it according to your ability. There are also museums and camping spots in the park to meet the different needs of tourists. If conditions permit, you must choose autumn, preferably late autumn. Why? Because the autumn in the country of maple leaves needs no explanation.

Mount Royal Park is located in the center of Montreal, with Mount Royal, a famous landmark of Montreal, as its back. This park is large and well-greened, making it a great place for a family outing. 1. Located in downtown Montreal, very convenient. 2. Free, no reservation required, go whenever you want. 3. There are different views in each season, but autumn is the most beautiful. 4. You can see the Montreal city skyline from the top of the mountain.

The Montreal Botanical Garden is located near the Olympic Park. It covers a large area. There are indoor tropical botanical gardens and outdoor areas, which are divided into Chinese garden, Japanese garden, Aboriginal cultural garden, etc. The garden is so big that it takes a whole day to visit it. We were exhausted after only walking part of it! It would be great if there were electric cars in the garden! We didn't see any particularly precious flowers and plants. When we went there, there happened to be a Mid-Autumn Lantern Festival, which is worth seeing!

There is a Ferris wheel near the port, from which you can have a view of the entire old city. In winter, the port needs to be viewed from outside, as it is almost entirely covered in white snow.
The other side of the old harbor has gradually developed into a park, with a Ferris wheel, cotton candy, and various Halloween props. It's a pity that Xiaobao couldn't come, otherwise he would have been very happy. The seagulls are still free to join in the fun in the old harbor, not afraid of tourists at all. From time to time, runners pass by on the tree-lined path beside the old harbor, and there are also mothers pushing strollers.

It is an hour's drive from Old Quebec. Because it is a weekend, there are so many cars. We arrived at 9 o'clock, and the parking lot was full, so we could only park on the side of the road. You need to buy tickets to the park, not by vehicle but by person, 8.75 Canadian dollars per person including tax. Many locals come here to hike and boat. The park is very large, and there are free shuttles to distant attractions. We wanted to see a nearby waterfall, but we walked for two hours on the mountain road according to the instructions, but we still didn't get there. We asked the locals who were hiking, and they said they still had to walk for another hour, so we had to give up. Although we didn't see the waterfall, the autumn scenery of the park is indeed beautiful. I like the mountains and water here, the air here, and the autumn here.
Gatineau is Ottawa's backyard. Ottawa can also enjoy the beauty of Gatineau. Canada in autumn is really charming, but it's a pity that Canada's autumn is too short.
