The Longmen Grottoes are located on Longmen Mountain and Xiangshan Mountain, on both sides of the Yi River in Luolong District, Luoyang City, covering an area of 31.7 square kilometers. The name originates from Emperor Yang of Sui, whose palace faced Yique. The ancient emperors considered themselves "the true dragon emperor," hence the name "Dragon Gate." The Yi River flows through the grottoes, forming a natural gateway between the eastern and western mountains. The grottoes are located at 112°27'54" east longitude and 34°33'24" north latitude. ‌‌1‌‌

Millennium City Park, Kaifeng, located at No. 5 Longting West Road, Kaifeng City, Henan Province, is a large-scale historical and cultural theme park recreated at a 1:1 scale based on the Song Dynasty painting Along the River During the Qingming Festival. It covers over 600 mu (approximately 166 acres), including 180 mu (approximately 166 acres) of water surface and over 30,000 square meters of landscaped buildings.
I went to both of Kaifeng's two major parks. Wansui Mountain is suitable for young people, while Qingming Shanghe Park is more suitable for children and the elderly. The Jin Dynasty generals are more funny and interactive. The amusement facilities in the Royal Park are free to play unlimitedly. The children are very happy and the actors are very dedicated. They really jumped into the water. The only problem is that the parking is not as friendly as Wansui Mountain. Parking fees are charged. It is recommended to park in Parking Lot 2, which is cheaper.

The scenery is breathtaking! You'll need to take two cable cars to reduce the strain of the climb. The opening of the third cable car will make it more convenient for older visitors or those with children. The 100 yuan cable car ticket is recommended (if you're physically fit and willing to hike, please skip it). KFC coffee, milk tea, and fried chicken are available at the summit, though the price is acceptable. Laojun Mountain's scenery changes with each season, so be sure to check the weather before your visit. Rain, snow, and strong winds can affect visibility.
Laojun Mountain Travelogue: Rain Clears, Mountains Green, Warmth and Respect Blend Yesterday, Laojun Mountain was still shrouded in drizzle. The river rushed like a river, and Parking Lot 10 overflowed into a makeshift waterfall. However, I stumbled upon the most touching scene: an elderly man steadily carrying his elderly grandmother through the puddles. The coolness of the rain instantly filled my heart with warmth. Perhaps the weather favored this celestial mountain, as the weather cleared up today. We rushed early to catch the first-level cable car, where the line was already snaking. As planned, we purchased first-level round-trip tickets and second-level ascending tickets, eagerly anticipating the elevator ride to the Golden Summit. However, we learned the elevator had been out of service for maintenance since March, so we had no choice but to accept this unexpected hike. Thankfully, the scenic area was considerate, providing a buffer between steep steps with flat, circular paths, giving us, despite our limited energy, some respite. Even more moving is the cleanliness of the area—along the Ten-Mile Gallery, trash cans are available every few steps, eliminating the need to bend down. The slogan on the guardrail, "You throw away, I pick up with my life," is heartbreaking. Witnessing two staff members, alternating between crouching and squatting, wielding long tools to meticulously retrieve a mineral water bottle from the edge of a steep cliff, I realized the pristine quality of this 5A scenic spot wasn't achieved out of thin air. This Taoist sacred site, the only one to receive the imperial designation of "Famous Mountain Under Heaven," boasts both the ethereal beauty of a golden temple shrouded in mist and the warmth and perseverance of ordinary people. Such a magnificent scene deserves the collective protection of every foot that steps upon it and every gaze that gazes upon it!

A must-see for martial arts fans! Wansuishan Martial Arts City's amazing attractions revealed! 🎉 Hey guys, as a dedicated martial arts fan, I have to tell you all about Wansuishan Martial Arts City's irresistible attractions! 🎪 "Three Strikes on Zhu Family Village": Stepping onto the set of this project is like stepping back into a war-torn Jianghu. The grand set design and the actors' superb martial arts performances make every move powerful. The roar of artillery fire, the neighing of horses, and the shouting of people created a thrilling atmosphere. Sitting in the audience, I couldn't blink, afraid to miss a single exciting moment. It felt like I was on a real battlefield, charging into battle alongside the heroes. It was so exciting! 😍 🎭 Jianghu Street: This place is a microcosm of the martial arts world. The quaint streets are lined with unique shops selling weapon models and martial arts costumes. Walking down the street, you'd often encounter "jianghu heroes" performing their magic tricks, displaying all sorts of extraordinary martial arts skills, like floating on water and shooting cows from across mountains. Even though I knew it was a performance, I was still mesmerized. I couldn't resist buying a martial arts cape myself, and draping it on, I instantly felt like a chivalrous warrior, strutting through the streets with unbridled dignity. 🤩 🎆 Iron Flower: Wansuishan Martial Arts City becomes even more dazzling at night thanks to the iron flower show. When molten iron is thrown high into the air, it instantly bursts into dazzling sparks, like fireworks blooming across the night sky, breathtakingly beautiful. The golden light cast upon me, as if draped in a dreamy veil. Standing among the crowd, I gazed up at this magnificent spectacle, my heart filled with awe and emotion. In that moment, all my worries vanished, and I was absorbed in this beautiful moment. 🥰
After visiting the Iron Tower, I followed the navigation instructions and walked to the Anyuan Gate city wall. From there, I entered Wansui Mountain, which is located right next to the city wall. Wansui Mountain is a large, modern tourist attraction with diverse functions. There's a children's area featuring cartoon characters, a Chinese Paladin area, a Water Margin City, and an intangible cultural heritage area. The performances are diverse and rich in content. I mainly watched the iron flower show, which was quite impressive, showcasing the fusion of modern and agricultural civilization. Exit the south gate of Wansui Mountain and head to the Bianhe River ferry terminal opposite the Qingming Riverside Park underground parking lot. Scan the QR code to board the round-trip boat. The tour covers the section of the Imperial River during the Northern Song Dynasty, returning near the Bao Zheng Temple. Along the way, there are many man-made attractions and small performances. Because of the rain, the night market at the Bao Zheng Temple was closed, so I returned without getting off the boat.

It's off-season now, so I watched eight small theaters in one day. I really think each one is very good, the actors, makeup, scenery, and plot are all good. I really recommend it.
The happiest thing was seeing Director Wang's work. Every time I go to Zhengzhou on business, I'm always rushed out, and my ticket reservations are repeatedly postponed due to work. This time, I didn't miss the appointment. Even though it was raining, I was still enthusiastic about the show, and there was no need to queue. However, because I had so little time, I only saw two shows, only the Henan show. Having been here, I have no regrets. Next time, I have the chance to come back and bring my children with me.

I finally reached the Golden Summit of Wudang Mountain today! We took the cable car up, but chose to walk down to see more of the sights. My calves are still shaking; I'm really exhausted. In summary, the main reason I felt so tiring was because I wasn't familiar with the route. If you're planning to visit Wudang Mountain, here's a plan: first take a bus to Qiongtai, then take the cable car both ways. First, ascend to the Golden Summit. After descending the cable car, take a bus to Nanyan. Ascending uphill, you'll find the Ximei Temple on the left and Tianyi Zhenqing Palace and Longtouxiang on the right. These places are relatively close, so if you don't burn out, you can easily climb them. Then, take the bus down to Zixiao Palace, Xiaoyao Valley, and Taizipo (the bus driver will announce each stop and ask if you want to get off). This way, you can explore the area easily while still not missing out on the main attractions, making the experience much better. (I was tired again today. I only saw many places from afar and couldn’t reach them [covering my face]. According to the introduction, there are 6560 stone steps, which are very steep. The higher you go, the higher the steps are [evil smile])
My experience at the Holiday Inn Express Xi'an Lintong was absolutely perfect, earning a full five stars! The location is fantastic, and the hassle-free access to scenic spots is a real plus. The hotel is right next to the Lishan Scenic Area, a short walk from the Huaqing Hot Springs, making it incredibly convenient after watching the live performance of "The Song of Everlasting Sorrow." Visiting the Terracotta Warriors was also a breeze, as the nearby Huaqing Hot Springs subway station made it a quick commute, eliminating the hassle of transportation and leaving more time for sightseeing. The meticulous attention to detail made my stay incredibly reassuring. As a mysophobe, I have very high expectations for hotel cleanliness, and this hotel definitely lived up to my expectations: the room was spotless, like a model apartment, the bedding was soft and odorless, the bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, and it was thoroughly disinfected, leaving even the corners spotless. Daily housekeeping was prompt and meticulous, and the changed linens felt fresh and crisp, making for a truly reassuring stay. The service was attentive, and the facilities were incredibly practical. From the moment I checked in, I was completely impressed. The front desk not only handled everything efficiently but also proactively recommended scenic spots and activities. The complimentary Kudi coffee and ice cream upon check-in were truly heartwarming. The memory foam mattress in the room was just the right firmness, making it quiet and comfortable for tossing and turning. The smart home system was incredibly easy to use. The hotel's gym equipment was brand new, and the laundry room even had a dryer, so even on rainy days, clothes wouldn't dry out. It's incredibly travel-friendly. The cleanliness, service, and location were impeccable. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Xi'an Lintong. Highly recommended to any cultural and travel enthusiast!

The scenic area has a good environment and is in the style of the Southern Taihang Mountains. However, there are big problems with the management order. During holidays, there are many people queuing up, and the operation is not timely. It should be that they were not well prepared after the sudden popularity. Everything else is good and the scenery is worth seeing.
Fortunately, we took the A line of the scenic area, which saved effort (going down the stairs). We bought a package ticket and the scenery was great - we could see the mountains, water, and clouds! The road signs in the scenic area were also clear.

Kaifeng Mansion is a modern replica of an ancient government office, divided into two sections, centered around the main hall. The left half, aside from the prison cells, houses dining, entertainment, and a holographic theater, while the right houses the imperial examination hall. Performances revolve around Bao Zheng's case-solving, and there are several of them, making it worth a half-day's visit.
This is considered Kaifeng's busiest attraction, packed with people and groups. The performances are optional, but I wouldn't recommend it. The area is still under construction, and while it's quite large, the historical content is quite limited. The management is poor.

Very satisfied. It's not far from the end of the main street. After getting off the shuttle bus, it's only a few minutes' walk away. It's very clean, the bedding is not damp, and the bathroom doesn't smell at all. The cleaning lady cleans very carefully. There's a convenience store downstairs, and you can eat pollution-free apples. The proprietresses are two very beautiful older sisters. They are very nice. I was really satisfied and stayed there for two days. The scenery of Yuntaishan is very beautiful. The proprietress recommended that if you bring a baby, you must visit Red Stone Man and Quanpu Gorge. The recommendation was very accurate. We also played on the jungle slide in Macaque Valley, and the children were very happy.
Is it worth spending 20 yuan to save 20 minutes of walking up the mountain? Everyone has their own opinion. You missed a little scenery, but you can see another little scenery.
