On the way from Linzhi to Tibet, I decided to go to the scenic spot on the spur of the moment and entered at 8 o'clock. As the first wave of guests, there were very few people and the environment was good. It was okay to just wander around.
Kadinggou is simply a hidden easter egg in Nyingchi! Although it is not as famous as the Yarlung Zangbo Grand Canyon, it is absolutely cost-effective. The ticket is only a few dozen yuan, and it is worth a visit. As soon as you enter the door, you will be covered with green eyes. The towering trees block the sun, and the oxygen is as abundant as if you have turned on an air humidifier. The most amazing thing is the waterfall, which falls from a cliff more than 200 meters high. The water mist floats on your face and feels cool. Standing next to it in summer is as refreshing as natural air conditioning. Going inside is more exciting- The naturally formed Buddha statues on the rock wall are simply amazing! Especially the "Heavenly Buddha Waterfall", the water flows just down from the Buddha's head, and the rainbow appears when the sun shines. The old Tibetan lady kneels down and kowtows on the spot. The visual impact is amazing. The plank road is built very humanely. The old lady can walk with a cane, and you can pick up wild walnuts along the way. When you are tired of playing, you can sit in the Tibetan pavilion and eat barley cakes, listen to the sound of water, and watch the prayer flags dancing in the wind. You will feel purified.

Norbulingka, the "paradise" of Lhasa! Under the azure sky, Tibetan palaces are scattered in an orderly manner, with shining golden roofs and gorgeous murals. Walking through it, you will feel like traveling through time and space, with towering ancient trees and fragrant flowers. This is not only a summer palace with a long history, but also a habitat for the soul. With exquisite architecture and profound culture, every place is unforgettable! When you come to Tibet, you must visit Norbulingka to feel the charm of tranquility and sacredness~
Norbulingka is located in the western suburbs of Lhasa, next to the Tibet Museum. If you want to visit, you can go to the museum first, and then go to Norbulingka in the afternoon. It is a small park. It takes two hours to visit the whole site. The scenery is very beautiful and you can take a rest inside, which is very comfortable.

On the morning of the trip to Sap, we drove to a place where we could just see the snow-capped mountains. It was still dark. When we looked up, we saw the towering snow-capped mountains within reach. We immediately decided to get off the car and slide down the hillside to the lake. It might be because it was dark, or it might be because we were shocked by the scenery. The slope was very steep. When we saw it again on the way back, we couldn’t believe how we got down. We walked along the lake, saw the golden mountain in the sun, and saw the reflection on the lake. I think I will never forget it in my life.
The scenery of Sapu Mountain is really impressive, and the spectacular peaks make people admire the magic of nature. However, the travel experience is generally just average, probably because I am not prepared for the long journey. If you plan to go, make sure you are well prepared and equipped.

Nanshan Park is located in Chengguan District, Lhasa City, Tibet Autonomous Region. It is located directly south of the majestic Potala Palace. A green mountain separates it from the Lhasa River and Liuwu Bridge. After climbing to the top, you can see the entire city center with the Potala Palace as the center. There are also four big characters "Long Live the Motherland" on the back mountain, which will be lit up at night.
Come to Lhasa, not only the Potala Palace, but also the Nanshan Park is worth punching in. In Nanshan Park, you can have a panoramic view of the majestic Potala Palace and walk on the green mountain trail. Standing on the observation deck of Nanshan Park, the scenery of the entire city of Lhasa is unobstructed, the Potala Palace in the distance is solemn, and the red walls and white tiles shine a sacred light under the sun. Along the winding path, there is a unique vegetation on the plateau, and the breathing is full of freshness and freedom. I heard that when night fell, the lights were on, the city and the starry sky were shining, and I could have a beautiful visual feast. Unfortunately, I rushed to the itinerary and couldn't linger at night. The city of daylight is well-known, the sunshine on the plateau, the grass and trees are in the distance with the snowy mountains, bringing you a unique oxygen inhalation holy place experience, feeling the gentleness and magnificent beauty of Lhasa. Climb along the mountaineering trail in Nanshan Park to see the green plants swaying in the highland wind. On the top of the mountain, the Potala Palace is unreservedly displayed in front of you. The weight of history and the spirit of nature are perfectly intertwined at this moment. Here, every step is the scenery, every eye is shocking.

The scenic spots in Tibet are scattered and the signs are not very clear. Unless you have done your homework, it is not recommended to go there by yourself. It is easy to get lost. The Yarlung Zangbo River is the "mother river" of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. It originates from the Jiemayangzong Glacier in the Himalayas. It is 2,057 kilometers long and is the world's largest canyon.
Yarlung Zangbo Grand Canyon: A Shocking Journey of Natural Wonders I booked a trip to the Yarlung Zangbo Grand Canyon on Ctrip. It was an unforgettable natural journey. Starting from Linzhi, we passed through the winding mountain roads and finally arrived at this place known as the "last secret place on earth". Scenery The magnificent scenery of the Grand Canyon is breathtaking. The Yarlung Zangbo River is turbulent, the cliffs on both sides are towering, and the occasional waterfalls make the whole scene look like a work of art carefully carved by nature. Especially the looming mystery of Mount Nanga Bawa adds to the excitement of the trip. Experience The route of the sightseeing bus is well designed, and each viewing point gives us enough time to take pictures and enjoy the scenery. The driver is very familiar with the road conditions and feels safe during the driving process. At the Love Square, we also experienced some local cultural activities and felt the strong ethnic customs. Tips - The best time to visit is from May to October, when the weather is good and the chance of seeing it is greater. - Remember to bring sunscreen and warm clothes because the temperature difference in the canyon is large. - For friends who have altitude sickness, it is recommended to prepare relevant medicines in advance. Summary This trip to the Yarlung Zangbo Grand Canyon is a feast for the eyes and soul. Whether it is natural scenery or cultural experience, it is worth a visit. Ctrip's service is also in place, making the entire itinerary very smooth. Highly recommended to travelers who like nature and adventure! Overall rating: 5 stars (full score) I hope this review will be helpful to friends who plan to go to the Yarlung Zangbo Grand Canyon! #Yalun Zangbo Grand Canyon #Natural Wonders #Tibet Travel

Behind the Potala Palace is a very beautiful park called Zongjiaolukhang Park. It is an open urban park in Lhasa that integrates natural landscape and cultural history. It is an important place for tourists and citizens to relax, take photos, and experience Tibetan culture. There is an artificial lake in the park called "Longwangtan". Wild ducks and bar-headed geese often inhabit the lake. The reflection of the Potala Palace is a popular photography location.
Zongjiao Fukang Park, located at the foot of the Potala Palace in the center of Lhasa, is an ideal place for Lhasa citizens and tourists to relax. This park combines natural beauty with cultural heritage, with ancient willow trees, tranquil lakes and rich wildlife. The park is divided into four seasons, the autumn is golden and the winter is a paradise for migratory birds. It not only provides a beautiful environment, but also has a number of cultural activities, which is a great place to experience Tibetan culture and enjoy the beauty of nature.

20220608 AM 1. You must drive to the scenic spot in the "Yani National Wetland Park" if there is no bus. "Ya" stands for the Yarlung Zangbo River and "Ni" stands for the Niyang River. The first stop of the scenic spot is the "Niyang River Scenic Belt", which is the wetland landscape along the Niyang River before the confluence of the rivers. 2. From the first scenic spot "Niyang River Scenic Belt", it takes a quarter of an hour to drive to the second scenic spot "Benri Scenic Area". The Benri Sacred Mountain on the north side is the birthplace of the native religion of Tibet. Tibetan believers often walk and worship around the mountain, measuring its circumference with flesh and blood. 3. The Benri Scenic Area is the confluence of rivers. The only landscape is the first glass viewing platform in Tibet, where you can see the magnificent scene of the Niyang River merging into the Yarlung Zangbo River. There is a Douyin shooting point on the viewing platform. There is a pair of male and female statues outside the viewing platform (the female looks like Tibetans, and the male looks like the Qing Dynasty, the meaning is not clear). Below the platform is the cruise ship dock, the island in the river (it is impossible to pass, only trees are planted but no bridge), the imitation Mongolian yurt, the dining area and the small fountain. 4. It takes half an hour to visit the Benri Scenic Area. It is estimated that you can walk to this scenic area from the wooden plank road along the river from the "Niyang River Scenic Belt" just now. The wooden plank road will pass through landscapes such as "Tibetan King's Tomb" and "Benri Holy Spring". You can walk carefully and observe them while waiting for the second visit.
Traveling here in winter, the surroundings are very empty and there are not many people. It feels a bit deserted. If it were summer, it would be more interesting. Along the way, I also met many Tibetan compatriots who came to pilgrimage. Their persistence is admirable!

The environment is beautiful and surfing is fun, it is worth experiencing. The hot springs are naturally formed, and a bath is very good for the body, but avoid exposure to the sun because of the ultraviolet rays on the plateau. It is best to take sun protection measures in advance, and it is also good to hold an umbrella.
Namtso Lake is located in the central part of Tibet. It is the second largest lake in Tibet and the third largest saltwater lake in China. The lake is 4,718 meters above sea level and is rectangular in shape. Namtso Lake means "Tengri Sea" in Tibetan and Mongolian, which means "Heavenly Lake".
