We stayed in the family room with our children, and it was a fantastic experience! First and foremost, I must commend the staff for their exceptionally smooth and efficient communication. We had a few minor inquiries, and they responded quickly and enthusiastically, resolving them flawlessly. Even more surprising, they proactively upgraded our room – their thoughtfulness was truly remarkable!
Our children loved the upgraded room; the space and decor were perfect, and they had a blast playing there. The hotel's location is impeccable, within easy walking distance of Ocean Park and the charming Dongyi Town, making it incredibly convenient for children to explore and explore, saving them significant time and energy.
Overall, the service was attentive, the room was comfortable and child-friendly, and the location was fantastic. This is a fantastic choice for a family trip and I highly recommend it to families with children! I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip!
