🌟Shanghai local cuisine with one Michelin star 🍎The portions of their dishes are small, so be sure to make a reservation! The location is suitable for 4-6 people. The seat is not big (B5), but the service is pretty good. Water will be poured all the time. It is not bad if you are treating guests. 🦀Crab Meal Bibimbap (199 yuan for 1-2 people) This is really good if you can order small portions. If there are not many people, the waiter will help divide the mixture after mixing. It is good for four people to have a small taste. 🍗The braised pork (27 yuan per serving) is for one person. If you don’t want to be too tired, you can share one piece for two people. The waiter can also help cut it. If you eat a small amount, it will feel good and it will feel more refined. 🍲The lion's head (1 portion 27 yuan) is also served per person and comes with soup. If you don't order the soup separately, this is a good treat and tastes relatively light. But the food was served very slowly. Even the pan-fried buns came and this one hasn’t been served yet. 👍The other dishes are also pretty good, and the taste is more memorable than the first time I ate it many years ago ⚠️Be sure to make a reservation! The queue on site started at 16:30 and ended up on the road until we came out at 19:30 after finishing our meal. 💰About 180 yuan per person
It is a local cuisine restaurant that has been open for quite some time. The environment is more characteristic of the 1920s and 1930s. The food is very exquisite. No matter it is dishes or dim sum, there is always a constant stream of diners. I always order the crab roe rice!

2022 Start the Michelin journey 2023 Continue the Michelin journey15 A Michelin one-star restaurant opened in a small house on Yuyuan Road, one of the 64 roads in Shanghai that will never be widened. There is no set menu, so we order a la carte; mainly local dishes, smoked fish, fried shrimp, chicken head rice... are all must-order dishes; smoked fish made on site, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, very fresh; fried shrimp, using sea shrimp, I was told not to use river shrimp, sea shrimp, the size will be larger & the taste is similar, but after trying it, the taste is quite different, so I still have to use river shrimp; chicken head rice is a fresh product, with green beans, the color and taste are excellent; boiled dried shreds, fresh and sweet; three dim sum, standard.
Food, service and ambiance is excellent in this restaurant. we ordered the common Shanghainese dishes. al came in a timely manner and wellpresented. our server was courteous and efficient.

Went here due to very close to our hotel. A hidden gemNice ambience, very good food considering it is a Michelin star restaurant. The service is also superb
The dishes here are absolutely amazing! Lao Zhoutou strongly recommends (color 1. June yellow stewed rice cake, the skin is very thin, the taste is superb! 2. Soy sauce crab and drunken crab, fresh and delicious, let people linger! 3. Asparagus salad, refreshing and greasy, perfect for summer! 4. Oil gluten soup, delicious, one bite after another Q! © The overall environment is very relaxed and the service is very thoughtful. Dear children, hurry up and try it when you have time?

It’s been a long time since I’ve eaten at Green Wave Restaurant and I suddenly wanted to feel nostalgic. There was a slight queue at the door before 11 o'clock at noon. I entered on time at 11 o'clock and was arranged to be seated on the second floor. Two people sat at a table for six. The hotel is a three-story building imitating the Ming and Qing dynasties, with blue tiles, red balustrades, and raised cornices. You can see the Jiuqu Bridge and the Lake Pavilion from the window. The store is decorated in an antique style, and the private rooms and lobby all have the traditional charm of the Chinese nation. The reception was very warm, they poured hot water and brought menus. The service attitude was kind, meticulous, timely and thoughtful. The dishes are characterized by being eclectic and drawing on the strengths of others. Lubolang's dim sum is also well-known in Shanghai. Eyebrow cakes, shredded radish cakes, jujube cakes, mushroom vegetable buns, osmanthus pulled cakes, etc. are famous for their small size, color, flavor and shape. The specialty crispy black cod 108 yuan is rich in color, salty and sweet, and the fish meat is crispy but not crispy, with a slight thorn. Green Wave Gallery's Sixi Zao is a combination of edamame, river shrimp, duck tongue and abalone for NT$158. The texture is tender and delicate, and the marinade is fresh and fragrant. The Colorful Jiugongge by Skilled Hands costs NT$168. It is very exquisitely made and has a lifelike shape with bright colors, rich fillings and delicious taste. The stir-fried hand-peeled river shrimps cost NT$278. The shrimps were embellished with fish roe and were tender and smooth. The taste was light and fresh. Some of the shrimp shells were not peeled off, which affected the quality. Jiuqu Crispy Eel 138 yuan The shredded eel is deep-fried and crispy, with a rich, sour, salty and slightly sweet taste. Jiangnan three shrimp lion head is 118 yuan. The shrimp roe is lightly sprinkled with shrimp oil to make a sauce. The shrimp paste is wrapped in lettuce and mixed with minced meat. It is crispy and tender. However, the minced meat is minced by a machine and does not taste as good as hand-chopped meat. Braised pigeon eggs with scallops, matsutake mushrooms, NT$68, the soup is refreshing and fresh, the matsutake mushrooms and bamboo fungus are fragrant and soft, and the pigeon eggs are soft and tender. Tianrun Dahongpao costs 188 yuan for a pot of tea with a rich, mellow color and rich aroma. It deserves to be called a well-established local restaurant. The food tastes good and the ingredients are of good quality. The environment and service are also very comfortable. However, the details of some dishes need to be improved.
[Taste] I have been eating here since I was a kid, and the taste hasn't changed much over the decades, although the price has increased a lot. Dim sum is a specialty, and there are hundreds of them. I always order small rice dumplings, osmanthus cakes, eyebrow cakes, and shredded radish cakes. I was a little disappointed when the shredded radish cakes were too salty last time. [Service] It is pretty good among state-owned restaurants. [Environment] It has been renovated once, and the B-level has improved a lot, but there are too many people and it is not suitable for talking.

The water-free and oil-free Eight Treasure Duck is so delicious that you can't stop eating it. Eight Treasure Duck contains duck meat, salted egg yolk, chestnuts, lotus seeds, glutinous rice and other ingredients. It feels like a duck meat version of "big zongzi".
I think China has a rich variety of food, such as traditional Shanghainese dishes, Sichuan cuisine, Cantonese dim sum, etc., old Beijing noodles with soybean paste, Xinjiang pilaf, roujiamo and oil-splashed noodles from Xi'an, Shaanxi, spicy hot pot from Chongqing, Sichuan, etc. Of course, you have to come to Inner Mongolia to try our mutton and beef.

[Taste] This restaurant has been open for many years, and the signature dishes are still the same. I have eaten here for so many years, but I never get tired of it. It is as delicious as ever. [Small wontons with yellow croaker sticks] is really delicious. The soup base is fresh, the yellow croaker meat tastes good, and the wontons are also delicious. I drank two bowls directly. The other dishes are also delicious and suitable for various gatherings.
It is also an old restaurant in Shanghai. I like it very much because it insists on not following the trend of Internet celebrities. Most of the people here are real foodies (●'◡'●) It's a pity that we went there late that day (actually it wasn't that late, the business was really good haha), and several signature dishes were sold out. But it still caught the appetite of me and Teacher Xu~ The fried shrimp and Jingjing's home-cooked method taste a little different, but they are still delicious. The shrimp shell is very crispy and can basically be eaten hehe~ The mouth-watering chicken and Maoxuewang are delicious, the big pot is also cheap. There is no bamboo clams, but the clams are also very plump. In short, I have a good impression. Next time, I must go early and try the signature ₍˄·͈༝·͈˄*₎◞ ̑̑ Ps. Parking depends on luck. There are a few parking spaces opposite, but it depends on luck.

Lao Zhengxing is my favorite restaurant. The sauce is now available in small portions, which is good. The hairy crab is also delicious 😋, and the waiter's attitude is also very good 👍. In short, it is one of the restaurants I must eat when I return to Shanghai. It has one Michelin star.
It's an old restaurant, and the taste is always stable. [Taste] |Special fried shrimp^You can try it, Shanghai specialty, slightly sweet taste, and the shrimp is quite fresh. |Eight treasures spicy sauce^Must try, not spicy, the ingredients are sufficient. |Crab roe and yam rice cake^The taste is also good, the crab roe is rich, and the rice cake tastes good. [Service] The service attitude of the restaurant staff is quite good.

The Shanghai scallion chicken is tender, and every strand of meat is soaked in the aroma of scallion oil; The Huaiyang braised dried shreds look plain, but the taste is good, the slices are very fine, and the soup base is average; The fried eel paste is sprinkled with chopped green onions and minced garlic, otherwise it is greasy; The signature fish maw and yellow croaker are quite creative, the yellow croaker is very fresh, and the soup is even fresher, which has been praised by everyone. It is quite popular, and the waiting time is quite long during peak hours.
Yuyan Mansion on Nanjing East Road is on the 6th floor of Hongyi Plaza. It is full even on weekdays. The glass duck is indeed their signature dish. The skin is crispy and the meat is tender. The stewed noodles are also refreshing and delicious. The portion is also large. I originally ordered other dishes, but the waiter reminded me that the portion was relatively large. The service was very good. I will come again, for sure.

I went there twice with my colleagues. The main dish is slightly modified and creative local cuisine, and the taste is OK. The environment is a bit like a bar or nightclub, which is fashionable. There are not many private rooms and no independent bathroom. It is not suitable for business banquets, but it can be chosen for friends' dinner and couples' dates.
Met with some girlfriends who I haven't seen for a long time here. The view of the lobby for four people is OK, but the long row layout feels a bit weird. The four-person group purchase set meal we ordered has a rich variety of dishes. The cold dishes include cherry goose liver, ham lettuce, Napoleon, and hand-shredded chicken; the hot dishes include roast duck, yellow croaker, shrimp, crab meat tofu, braised pork, corn and corn kernels, and the dim sum includes rice wine dumplings and bean paste crisps. We ordered a pot of jasmine tea, which is also very fragrant. The waiter is very diligent and keeps helping to pour tea and change small plates for serving dishes.

This restaurant is located in Lippo Plaza on Huaihai Road. There are not many people. However, because it was my mother's birthday, I still booked a private room in advance. The private room is very beautiful and has a minimum consumption. This restaurant has many special dishes. You must order the "Garlic and Date River Eel". The eel is very tasty with garlic flavor and the local thick oil sauce. The taste is just right. The "French Red Wine Foie Gras" melts in your mouth, has a silky texture, and feels like eating cheese. There are too many delicious dishes, just look at the pictures. The service is also very good.
Yuanyuan Jinmao Fashion Life Center Store, the new Chinese style decoration style is high-end and classy. Through the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of Lujiazui, which is pleasing to the eyes and satisfying at the same time. The entrance is arranged as a flash check-in point, a touch of bright orange is full of vitality🧡 The cart is full of orange juice soda, and the nostalgic transparent glass bottle is inserted with a chicken soup straw. A mouthful of thick oil and red sauce, a mouthful of sour and sweet, really makes people call it addictive~ 🍷 Ice Smoothie Red Wine Goose Liver🍷 The most creative goose liver like dessert, with red wine flavor and salty and sweet neutralization, the delicate goose liver melts in the mouth like smoothie. The first-class Kung Fu dish, 🦀️ Crab roe and fish head🐟 uses 8~12 catties of reservoir fish head, so there is no strong earthy taste, crab roe is opened on the same day, each store is limited to 5, eat it is a profit!
